Morning guys, I'm Naz, it's Thursday and this is Newsround -

here's what's coming up.

Ellie Simmonds answers your questions.

And we meet Sacha the human Swan.

But first - a year ago we told you about the difficult

journey Nujeen was making, fleeing war in her home country

of Syria, and travelling to Germany to find safety.

It was a journey made extra tricky because she uses a wheelchair.

Now, a year on, Nujeen's been talking about her new life

in Germany and her hopes for Syria.

It's a journey for a new life.

This was Nujeen back in 2015.

16 years old and travelling from Syria, through Europe and

towards Germany.

She made the journey with her big sister but had

to leave her mum and dad behind.

It was a difficult journey and involved

travelling by boat, waiting at borders of countries to find out

whether or not she'd be allowed to continue her journey to

safety.

Eventually, she reached Germany where her

brother was already living and has built a new life.

So how does Nujeen describe herself now?

The new Nujeen is just like any other person.

She gets up early, goes to school.

She is a hard-working pupil, I hope.

She speaks German and she's safe.

She's not afraid any more.

She's in safety now but thinks about the

fighting that's still going on in Syria, comparing the country

to a sick person who she hopes will get better one day.

I really miss you.

But don't worry, you just is really, really sick.

But I'm sure you're going to get better, and when you

do, I'll be right by your side.

And when the fighting in Syria does stop, Nujeen hopes to return.

Fresh from Rio, I asked her some of your questions.

She's done it again and she's done it in a world record.

She is the golden girl of the pool, for sure.

Hello, Ellie, thank you so much for joining us here at this event.

Firstly, congratulations.

Thank you so much.

What does it feel like being back?

It's lovely to be back home.

I really had a great games and to celebrate it with

everyone, the great Paralympics that Paralympics GP had.

So, Ellie, our viewers love you and they have been

sending us lots of questions.

Phoebe asks, how do you go so fast at the end of the race?

That's quite a tricky question because sometimes,

for me, being a distance swimmer, at the end of the race, you're quite

tired.

But all I think about is going as fast as I can to touch the

pad at the end of the Paul and hopefully touch first

and touch in a personal best.

Finn says, you are really good at what

you do.

Who got you into swimming?

My parents took me at the age of five and I decided watching

the Athens 2004 Paralympics, I wanted to set a dream of going to

the Paralympics and getting a gold medal.

I went to a disability competition and it all went from

there.

Josh who is 11 and from Suffolk wants to know, how

tough is it being a paralympian?

It's really tough.

I've got to give a lot of dedication and sacrifice

and give it everything I've got.

I train nine times a week plus the gym sessions as well.

It's a lot of hours in the pool.

What did you miss most about home?

I really missed my cat and I'm really looking forward

to giving her a hug.

I'm also looking forward to a roast and my

dad's cooking.

She's done it again.

It is gold for Ellie Simmonds.

And finally, have you ever wanted to fly?

Well one animal expert is doing just that by flying next to swans

on a bird like parachute!

For the next 10 weeks, Sacha will fly the route thousands

of Bewick swans take.

It's all to discover why their numbers are falling.

She's setting off from Russia and will

end up in the South West of England.
