Hi, I'm Ayshah with your Sunday lunch time Newsround. Coming up:

Goal of the season? Wayne Rooney's wonderstrike tops off a goal-fest in

the Premier League. And a baby gorilla makes a

remarkable recovery, after a tough start to life.

First to the search for the missing Malaysia Airlines plane which went

missing over two weeks ago. More and more countries are getting involved

in the effort to try to find any sign of the aircraft. Satellite

images have shown what appears to be debris floating in the sea, but so

far no actual sighting has been confirmed. It's important to stress

that this sort of event is extremely rare. But why is the search proving

to be so difficult? I've been looking at the huge challenges

facing the investigation. Flying low over the South Indian

Ocean, all eyes are on the water... The search has been focused here for

the past four days. Satellite images showing objects in the water have

made investigators think this might be the area where they will find the

plane. We have eight planes in the area.

Some from Australia and New Zealand and the United States. Visibility is

key. The Australians are saying they are relying increasingly less on

radar and simply looking out of the planes and scanning the vast ocean.

But searching this vast area of ocean isn't easy.

The search point is over 1500 miles off the coast of Western Australia.

It means planes setting off from Perth have around a five hour

journey just to get there - meaning they only have enough fuel to search

for two hours before they need to turn back. The weather has also been

a problem - rough seas, storms and strong winds are common in the area.

To help the search, ships from America, Britain and China are on

their way now too. It's not known if the objects in the satellite

pictures are from the plane but they're the best clues investigators

have so far. And just a reminder that If you're

homework back with red pen pointing out spelling mistakes, you might

like the idea of this... A pen has been invented which

vibrates when you spell something wrong. It uses a mechanism inside to

work out what is being written. It's connected to an app that flashes to

let you know when you've gone wrong. The pen uses normal ink refills but

it does not need ink. Because there are no sensors here, it does not

need special paper. It does not need paper at all. It will work in thin

air. Sport now: it was a goal-fest in the

Premier League yesterday, starting with a 6-0 thrashing of Arsenal by

Chelsea. Arsene Wenger's 1000th game in charge of the Gunners was a

complete disaster and leaves their title hopes in tatters. Jose

Mourinho's Chelsea meanwhile are four points clear at the top of the

table after the win. Second-placed Liverpool kept their

brilliant season going as they also scored six goals, against Cardiff,

with a hat-trick for Luis Suarez. Manchester City enjoyed themselves

too with a comprehensive 5-0 drubbing of bottom-placed Fulham. A

hat-trick here too, for City's Yaya Toure.

But goal of the day and an early candidate for goal of the season

goes to this astonishing strike by Wayne Rooney from just inside the

half-way line, in Manchester United's two-nil win over West Ham.

What a belter. Cricket now: Stuart Broad has said

his players were put in danger when the umpires decided to play on in a

thunderstorm in England's first match of the World Twenty20 cricket

tournament. As their opponents New Zealand batted, huge flashes of

lightning were seen in the night sky. The match was eventually called

off, but because New Zealand scored their runs at a faster rate, England

lost and are bottom of their group. Captain Broad says that safety

should always come first. The health and safety of players and

the crowd is very important. That seemed like threatening lightning to

me. It does not change what we have to do as a team. We can take some

good things from today. We must win our next games.

Next, in some rural areas you can be a long way from your local store.

One inventor has tried to solve that problem, with a giant vending

machine. It has everyday items like eggs, baked beans and loo roll. The

first one has just been put in a car park near Ashbourne in Derbyshire.

There are plans for more in the area.

I'll show you how it works. A wide range of products and I'm going to

buy some tea bags. So I put the code in, 622, then I press the OK button.

The tea bags are then dispensed onto the collection unit and it'll come

down for me. It can also deliver delicate products, like eggs.

Last up, a baby gorilla, whose birth we featured on Newsround a couple of

weeks ago, has shown great improvement after suffering from

pneumonia. The baby girl was born on the 12th of March at a zoo in

America by a rare animal caesarean section, after its mother, Imani,

struggled to give birth. The newborn is now doing so well she's been

released from hospital and introduced to the rest of the

gorillas at the zoo. That's it from me, I'm back at 2pm.
