-Drive DMACK Fiesta Trophy.

-It's a 1 Litre Ford Fiesta

-with Turbo.

-It gives out 180hp.

-Ten of us compete in the class using

-the same car, tyres and petrol.

-It's very close.

-I was very happy with the result

-considering we all started the same.

-Where is that car?

-It's in Poland with M-Sport.

-I'm sure it's on its way there now.

-You won't see the car

-until the next round.

-The next time I'll see it

-will be on the Tuesday in Poland.

-Portugal looked like a moonscape.

-It's very hard on us and on the car.

-It's a twisting, turning course

-and it's very mountainous.

-It's hard on the tyres

-and the heat is tough.

-and grandfather rallying.

-My father and grandfather competed

-and gave me the chance to do so too.

-and it progressed from there.

-You're filming the second series of

-Yes, this is Llanblethian Church...

-..which doubles as the church

-of Reverend Myfanwy Elfed in Parch.

-For those who haven't seen Parch,

-could you explain a bit about it.

-Myfanwy Elfed is a young,

-female vicar.

-She has overcome some health issues

-and her future is a bit different.

-She also sees visions.

-Some are ghosts,

-others figments of her imagination.

-These give the story

-a surreal element.

-People believe

-what they want to believe...

-..don't they, Myfanwy?

-Who are you?

-As well as writing for television,

-you have also written a film.

-Y Llyfrgell is my first film,

-based on my novel of the same name.

-It has been an interesting process.

-It's taken a long time

-I spent a lot of time conducting

-research in the National Library.

-Instead of working, I would gaze

-I thought it would be a great set

-for a mystery story or thriller.

-I wanted to give

-this iconic building...

-..an unfamiliar

-but exciting context.

-Y Llyfrgell will have

-Film Festival in June.

-As a mother myself, how do you

-find the time for all these things?

-children and supports their parents.

-The fund-raising never stops and

-Gerallt met a group of cyclists...

-..who face quite a challenge

-Three friends, Greg, Sion and Dewi,

-and three Raleigh Grifter bikes...

-..will tomorrow begin a journey

-from Cardiff Bay to Colwyn Bay.

-Their aim is to raise 5,000 for

-the children's hospice, Ty Gobaith.

-Finding three Raleigh Grifter bikes

-was a difficult task.

-It's not a normal bike,

-but one from my childhood.

-It's going to take six days rather

-than the usual two to three days.

-It's going to be quite a challenge,

-but hopefully, a lot of fun.

-We shall see how it all pans out.

-Grifters are hard to come by but I

-managed to get this one in Llanelli.

-We're hoping to have five days

-of fun and to raise some money...

-..on the journey

-from the south to the north...

-..arriving there next Friday

-having raised money for Ty Gobaith.

-We've set ourselves

-a really tough challenge.

-A lot of people

-think we're quite silly...

-..to take Grifters

-from south to North Wales.

-With the fantastic support

-I've had from my friends...

-..particularly Sion and Dewi...

-..we're going to make it happen

-and cycle from south to north.

-The journey is taking place

-because Greg's daughter, Beca...

-..relies on the services

-and support from Ty Gobaith.

-She has care needs

-and is severely disabled.

-When Beca isn't at the hospice, she

-is lovingly cared for by her family.

-Before very long...

-..she could run faster and jump

-higher than the other sheep.

-When I see you as a family, although

-Beca is severely disabled...

-..she is clearly an important part

-of your daily family life.

-Yes, she is.

-We were fortunate to have known

-a healthy Beca for eight years.

-We know her personality.

-She was able to talk

-and was a happy, lively girl.

-However, I knew that there was

-something wrong.

-She was struck down

-by an epileptic fit...

-..on 1 December,

-almost three years ago.

-She was in hospital for a month.

-During that time, she lost

-the ability to do anything.

-When she came home, she was

-helpless and couldn't talk.

-The hospital told us every day

-that it was our last day with Beca.

-We had to call the family in

-and it was a terrible time for us.

-I can't believe

-what we went through.

-We are so happy that Beca

-is still fighting every day.

-I don't think we could have

-progressed as far as we have...

-..without the help of Ty Gobaith.

-That's why it's called Ty Gobaith.

-They give hope to families like us.

-Jac, Dad's ready to go,

-as are Sion and Dewi.

-What do you think about these three?

-Dad is strong, Dewi is very good at

-cycling and Sion is also strong.

-They are doing something

-very special.

-My sister is very ill.

-We get a lot of help

-from Ty Gobaith in Conwy.

-Beca goes there whenever she wants

-to and we don't have to pay.
