-I interviewed a pupil

-By using some yoga moves...

-..we can help the digestive system

-work more efficiently.

-We begin with the child's pose.

-Lean the front

-of the body over the legs.

-Breathing in and out helps

-the body to relax...

-..and puts pressure

-on the digestive system.

-Relax your stomach against the legs.

-Stay there for five to ten breaths.

-Now move on the puppy pose.

-Stretching the front of the body

-opens up the muscles...

-..and allows the food

-to move through.

-Next, begin with the child's pose

-and move on to the downward dog.

-The downward dog pose helps the

-circulation and gets rid of toxins.

-Put your right foot between the

-hands and then your hands to prayer.

-If it's too much, you can

-put your left knee on the floor...

-..or keep it up

-and move the body to the right.

-Bring your hands back to the middle

-and onto the floor.

-Hold the high plank pose

-and then swap feet.

-Put your left foot between your

-hands and hands back to prayer.

-Now turn your body to the left.

-Lie on your back

-with your legs out straight.

-Pull your right knee up

-to your body.

-Press it down to create pressure

-on the colon and intestine.

-This helps to move the waste.

-Repeat with your left knee.

-This puts a bit of pressure

-on the colon and intestine.

-Bring both knees up and squeeze.

-Keep hold of your right knee

-and turn your body to the left.

-Stretch your right arm to the side.

-Stay in this position

-for five to ten breaths.

-Bring your knee back to the middle

-and swap legs.

-Pull your left knee up the body

-and then turn it to the right.

-Stretch your left arm to the side.

-Breathe in to stretch

-and breathe out to relax.

-Stay in this position

-for five to ten breaths.

-To finish, bring your body

-back to the centre...

-..and squeeze your knees

-and rest for five minutes.

-You can do these moves first thing

-in the morning or late at night.

-Mam had gone for a growth scan.

-My brother and I were very small

-they said he had stopped growing.

-She stayed in for a night

-and they decided to induce her.

-He was born with a collapsed lung

-so needed immediate treatment.

-Which hospital did he go to?

-He was in Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor

-and Glan Clwyd Hospital.

-The CD is your way to thank

-the staff in the hospitals.

-How is Caio now?

-He doesn't cry a lot at all.

-He isn't like his sister!

-Is he healthy now?

-Yes, everything is fine.

-Will he need more treatment?

-No, he's putting on weight
