'Only three crews can go through to the next round.

Hello and welcome to Alesha's Street Dance Stars

in the second heat in the series.

15 crews battled their way through the qualifying round.

Five of them are back today to prove they've got what it takes to

secure a place in the semi-finals.

By the end of the show we'll say goodbye to two of the crews,

the other three will be one step closer to being crowned

Alesha's Street Dance Stars 2011.

Before we get going, let's meet the experts our crews need to impress.

Our three judges.

You've got the swagger which is great,

you have so much more potential.

We just want to see that.

I loved it from beginning to the end.

It was very creative.

Very refreshing.

And very mature.

Welcome back, Kenrick.

Turbo, this is our second heat, the pressure on the crews is immense.

As you already know we've seen the first heat

and these guys are probably thinking, what do they bring to the table?

So we've got to bring some fire to the stage

-and I want to see some fire on that stage.

-Good stuff.

Lizzie, how do you deal with nerves before you perform?

Nerves are good. They enhance my performance.

I just hope these guys use it to make their performance even better,

and enjoy the whole experience.

Kenrick, what's the difference between a good and great routine?

The difference between the two is how you deliver your routine

on this stage - pure fire.

Pure fire. Thank you, judges.

Remember our judges are scoring the crews on technique,

choreography and showmanship.

Only the three crews with the highest scores will

go through to the semi-finals.

As before, in the unlikely event of a tie,

head judge Kendrick will decide which crews go through.

So, let's get on with the show. Waiting in the wings,

it's a crew who are hoping to impress

once again with their tricks and togetherness. It's Super Six!

For the qualifier, we were training four or five times a week.

And clearly it paid off as we made it through.

The judges loved our energy and our tricks but they gave us

feedback on our routine to make it tighter.

I loved the way you went into your tricks.

The sections where you're all together - choreographically,

you need to be much, much tighter.

We're going to be upping our game in the heats by bringing

-some individuality. We haven't got super in our name for no reason.

Your one key thing that I liked is that you listened to us

with regards to the routines.

Those routines were so much tighter, so much better,

so much more togetherness.

Running up to the qualifiers,

we rehearsed two times a week for a couple of hours.

Backstage at the qualifiers, we were confident

but when we saw the other teams rehearsing, we got quite worried.

But when we went on stage, we really enjoyed our performance.

Our favourite comments from the judges was from Kenrick.

That was a really nice performance.

Uniform is nice, trainers looking clean, laces white.

Very nice, yeah? Well done.

We're dancers and we don't need tricks and headspins

and backflips to make us stand out.

Now, at the qualifiers,

Kenrick described our next crew as fresh and innovative.

Hoping to hip-hop straight back into our judge's hearts is Nu Flo!

ALL: We're Nu Flo and we're from Stafford!

We've prepared for the qualifiers by doing lots of extra rehearsals

and training really hard.

Altogether, we've practised about 22 hours in a week.

At the heats, we're really determined to impress Lizzie,

She gave us the most criticism at the qualifiers.

Watch your timing at points.

Especially, like, in the popping sections.

As a crew, we've got loads of different tricks

that help us stand out.

We have mixed personalities and laugh together at training

and we think that that will show in our routine for the heats.

We're one of the only street dance crews in Stafford

and we really want to put Stafford on the map.

We're really proud to be through to the next round

and we'll be upping our game.

We rehearsed two or three times a week for the qualifiers,

-but it all paid off in the end.

-We were pleased with the comments.

I need to find myself a red t-shirt, some black shorts

and a pair of trainers that match you guys

so I can jump on stage with you guys.

We're unique because we bring old-skool styles of hip-hop

back to life.

We're all best friends and we just join like a family.

I think we should be upping our game for the next round

as the competition will be getting a lot harder.

At the qualifiers, the judges said this next crew had great technique and an amazing intro.

From Essex, it's K-Lic.

ALL: We're K-Lic and we're from Essex!

In the run-up to the qualifiers, we practised, practised, practised

towards routines, we listened to the music, and hopefully it worked.

The judges' comments in the qualifier were really positive

but they told us to work on our timing and performance.

For me, one of the major things

is performance.

Be more confident in how you display your stuff

because you've got good technique.

We've been a crew for about four months now.

-One of the best things is being in each other's company,

Excited to get through to the heat and can't wait to perform in front of an audience.

OK, I'll get the criticism out the way. There was certain points

where you looked down at the floor.

Even though you've got shades on,

you could still see it. That's that.

You throw that to the side, it's gone.

Now, you guys took on board what I said to you about using each other, connecting.

You definitely pulled that off.

There was a popping section that you started doing towards the end,

and you guys were popping HARD,

like, "mm-mm, mm-mm, mm-mm",
