Hello, and welcome to my secret hideout.

Nothing is quite as it seems in here.

Like my sock drawer.

Usually, there are socks in there,

but sometimes, you never know what you'll find.

No, nothing in there today.

This is my trunk.

Wow!

Magic.

And this is my bucket of water.

It's connected to all the waterways in the world.

I never know what's going to be popping by. Oh. Ah.

This is my magnifying glass.

Almost forgot about this.

Ah! There you are.

Oh - what a funny face. Not as funny as this, though.

Hello. How are you?

I wonder what else we can see around the hideout using this.

Ah-ha!

Look, it's a globe, but it's no ordinary globe.

This is a magic globe.

When I use my magnifying glass,

I can take a closer look at our planet.

Now, where should we look first? Oh, the Arctic.

There's always plenty of great animals there.

Oh, wow!

It's a polar bear!

There's some stiff competition,

but these guys are the biggest bears in the world,

which could mean trouble

when they're trying to hunt on top of thin ice.

Fortunately, though, they've got really big feet,

which spread out the weight on the ice so they don't fall through.

Well, most of the time...

Ah! That was great!

What other big animals can we see?

Hmm.

Ah, yes. Let's take a look in Africa.

Elephants are the heaviest animals on land.

They can weigh as much as ten polar bears,

and some of the males can be twice as tall as me.

In fact, they're so big and heavy they need to careful.

Just falling over with all that weight behind them

might seriously hurt them.

Ho-ho!

But out in the ocean, some animals can become huge.

Let's take a look at the Pacific.

Check this out. It's a humpback whale!

Even though it's so acrobatic, and can jump clear out of water,

it's actually six times heavier than an elephant.

Because all the water supports it's weight, it's easier to get around,

a bit like when you get a bit floaty in the bath.

Wow!

My magnifying glass is really powerful, isn't it?

I wonder what you look like through it.

Come close to the screen, put your hands up like this.

OK. Are you ready?

Ha-ha, you look huge!
