It's a lovely morning here on Big Barn Farm.

Old Pop is telling the friends the story of Jack and the Beanstalk.

So he swapped the cow for some magic beans.

He's telling them how Jack sold his mum's cow for magic beans

and grew a beanstalk.

He climbed the beanstalk and found himself inside the giant's castle.

And how the big scary giant

chased Jack all the way down the giant beanstalk.

And with one big chop of the axe, the beanstalk came tumbling down.

And they all lived happily ever after.

Oh, thank goodness for that. I was worried.

Me too! Are there really giants?

Mack the horse is pretty big.

Well, I was always big for my age.

I suppose I'd look enormous if I were an ant, but a giant, no.

Wouldn't it be exciting to be like Jack.

Jack got some beans by selling the cow.

Here's one! Maybe this will grow into a beanstalk.

We're looking for a bean to grow a beanstalk to climb for an adventure.

Well, a few days have gone by here on Big Barn Farm.

There's been lots of sun and a bit of rain.

The perfect conditions for seeds to sprout and grow.

The friends are going back to see if their beanstalk has started to grow.

-It's the beanstalk.

It looks...oh, good enough to eat.

Please don't eat it. That would be a serious setback for a beanstalk.

I think we should all be patient and leave it a few more days.

Another few days have passed here on the farm.

The weather's been lovely, with a few showers.

We heard the giant, but never saw him.

I think the safest thing for us would be to sleep here tonight.
