My favourite memory of the summer has to be my dad who has had his

garden done at his house, completely renovated, and he's outside with a

fire having a Cup of tea. I love it! Mine has got to be when Dick and Dom

said my name in Leeds and I will be the next Blue Peter is enter. It was

here from all over the world with the dream of achieving human powered

flight. Some take the challenge the dream of achieving human powered

off this ten meter board. Don't worry, we will. To down their nice

and easy first. But your arms up and do a straight jump with your arms

myself. This feels really high! Go! everything as tight as you can and

:04:24.:04:53.

feels better. Now that was scary, but we are not done yet. Here I

looks like clingfilm, please tell me it is not. I do not know, I am not

:06:17.:06:25.

sure. Are you jumping off? You look incredible! And that is going to be

:06:25.:06:29.

So that is how it should be done, or maybe not, and now there is time for

:06:29.:06:55.

last-minute preparation and then it is my turn. This is it. My first

:06:55.:07:03.

:11:12.:11:29.

see how mentally and physically tough I am. I will take on the

:11:29.:11:33.

gruelling endurance course in under 73 minutes. It is three miles of

:11:33.:11:40.

tunnels, hills and water obstacles, followed by a punishing four mile

:11:40.:11:45.

run back to base. The man reading my assessment is Captain Ben Chapel.

:11:45.:11:52.

Will this hurt? Mildly. I will take you for a warm up. Let's go! Beast

Blue Peter welcomes the 36th presenter of the show, Lindsey Russell, who was chosen by CBBC's viewers. Lindsey's first live studio show sees her jumping in at the deep end - literally - as she jumps from a 10 metre high diving board in preparation for a much bigger challenge - jumping off Worthing Pier as part of the Worthing Bird Man event. See if she gets off to a flying start!

There's also the chance to catch the first part of Helen Skelton's latest feat of endurance - a gruelling Royal Marine challenge that will push her to the limits!
