with lots to do and lots to file away.

So now you want to put it all in my greenhouse?

-I'm not sure that's entirely appropriate!

Mayor Bentley? Yes, you'll find him at the mayoral earth-ship office!

Thinking. Bob's building an office for Mr Bentley.

It's called an earth ship, he's using unusual things

like cans and tyres and... other unusual things!

I'm trying to think of one. You could help -

we could look for something unusual for the earth ship!

Oh, yessity-yes! Just you wait and see, Sumsy,

when Mr Bentley's assistant lends a hand,

the job's as good as done!

Bob, may I ask what all these tyres are for?

I'm not sure they're very mayor-like.

Anyway, those bricks might be needed by someone else!

Yeah! There they are! I'm using those bricks to build me barbecue!

Well, this greenhouse isn't needed, is it?

It's just got paper in it!

Bob will need glass for his earth ship, for the windows!

But it won't be any old glass, it'll be...unusual!

Yes, the mayoral earth ship office is the only one of it's kind.

A roof made out of wood, gutters made out of old bamboo.

-It is a very special building.

-You'll need some office furniture.

-A desk, a chair...

-Yes, highly unusual office furniture.

Made out of something highly unusual, like, er...

Like, I'll let you know when I've thought of something!

Here you go, Bob, just as you asked. It's unusual, don't you think?

I took broken bottles - yellow, green and clear ones...

And melted them all down. Turned that old glass no-one wanted

into these beautiful stained windows. Clever, eh?

-Yours are...?

-Glass from a greenhouse, I suppose?

Don't worry, Mrs Bentley, it wasn't being used for anything important,

-it was just full of old bits of paper.

-Like that bit, and that bit!

-My goodness! My important paperwork!

-That's why we want the earth ship!

So Mr Bentley has somewhere for his papers!

-The birds just want to build their nests with it.

Yes, if only he hadn't taken the glass from the greenhouse

they're really important, aren't they?

And thanks to me, they're being turned into bird's nests!

Don't worry! Spud's on the job.

And I can't think of anything for the earth ship!

You mustn't worry if it takes time to think up an idea!

Let's think of a few buildings you already know,

and what they're made of?

Well, Scarecrow Cottage - that's made out of straw.

-Yes!

-And Scruffty's kennel, that's made of tyres and recycled wood.

And then there's my willow tree shelter, and then... I know!

You tell them, Sumsy!

When your unusual office is finished, Mr Bentley,

you'll need some unusual furniture, won't you?

That's right, Sumsy, but didn't you say

you were going to have an idea for how to do that?

What's that? Ah, oh, yes, a highly unusual idea, like, um...

-Twigs!

-ALL: Twigs?!

We can weave you a chair and a desk and other things too, Mr Bentley,

out of twigs, just like my willow tree shelter!

Come on, every one, let's get twig collecting!
