Good, because today's dance tells a story.

So we're not just dancers, we're storytellers too.

So let's saddle up and ride out on a really royal adventure.

Our story starts with a lonely princess in a tall tower,

who dreams of meeting a brave young prince.

I love storytelling.

The best bit is pretending to be all the characters.

Would you like to do some play-acting with me?

We can start with the brave prince.

We might even find some moves for our dance.

Now, what sort of things does a brave prince do?

He rides a horse.

And he's very brave.

And he searches the kingdom to find a princess.

So let's turn those actions into some princely dance moves.

We can start by getting on our horse,

and then we can gallop along through the forest.

Giddy up, giddy up!

GALLOPING HOOVES

Oh, I like that.

We could use that in our song as well.

Let's just put one arm up and wave it around,

as if we're waving a flag in the air.

Then, I think, we need to turn in another direction,

and giddy up that way as well.

Let's turn this way, and then gallop along this way.

Giddy up, giddy up!

Now, there's something else that princes are.

They're very, very strong and brave.

To show that we're strong and brave, let's put one arm up,

and then the other arm up,

and flex our muscles to show we're strong and brave.

So, we've got our "giddy up, giddy up, giddy up" galloping move,

with our flag-waving move,

and then we turn in another direction, and go that way.

Giddy up! Giddy up!

And then, finally, we've got our strong and brave move.

But there's something missing - something that the prince does.

Let's take a closer look at our story.

Of course! He searches for his princess.

We need a princess move in our song.

So let's take our hands, and bend them round in a heart shape.

We can then put them underneath our chin,

and pretend to be a lonely princess gazing out of a tall, tall tower.

Let's try it again.

We can take our hands, bend them round in a heart shape,

put them beneath our chin as if we're a princess gazing out

of a tall, tall tower.

Oh, you do it better than me!

We've got all our moves, so why don't we put them all together?

You can join in if you want.

We get onto our horse, and we giddy up, giddy up, giddy up!

And then we wave our flag around in the air.

Let's go this way. We go in this direction.

Then we show our strong arms, and then we do a heart shape,

into our princess looking out of a tall tower.

Well, let's try that with some music.

OK, storytellers, I want to find some moves for all the characters

in our fairytale, so you can help tell the story in the Big Video.

We've done lots of princey moves, but now, more about the princess.

Once upon a time, in a tall, tall tower lived a sad, lonely princess.

Oh dear, I hope our story has a happy ending.

I don't like sad stories, and our princess looks quite sad.

This is our princess move,

so let's gaze out of the window looking for our prince.

And because she doesn't get what she wants, she stomps her feet

and she nods her head.

"I said I'd like a handsome prince to cheer things up round here."

Gaze out of the window, looking for our prince.

I like it.

But let's find some more moves for our prince.

We've already had lots of galloping, and now we need a heroic move.

Let's put up our arms like this, as if we're holding a sword,

ready to chop our way through the thorny wood,

and then we can lunge forwards, and then lunge backwards.

Keep that move in mind - but can you remember the chorus?
