First you need to get three friends together...

two of which will be the side bases.

They're going to create a platform for the flyer,

who goes up in the air performing the stunt and the back spot, who

stands behind the flyer, protecting the head, neck and shoulders.

The two bases are going to take a nice deep lunge, overlapping their

feet, making sure they create a nice platform for their flyer to step on.

The flyer's going to place her right foot into the pocket of

one of the bases. The pocket is where the hip meets the leg.

Be careful, if you put your foot in the wrong spot,

it could be a bit painful.

The flyer is going to step up strongly onto her right foot,

A-ha! The high-speed coin roll, bring it on.

First of all, take the coin and place it between your thumb

and your index finger, like so.

Then tilt your hand about 30 or 40 degrees.

This will allow gravity to pull the coin downwards, like that.

Now, as it falls onto the next finger,

move your middle finger downwards and your index finger upwards.

Then when it hits your ring finger, do exactly the same.

That goes down and your middle finger goes up.
