up, so it's time to get moving.

And that's today's team.

OK, guys, gather round,

it's team talk time!

Today, we're going to be

looking at throwing.

Who knows what types

of throw we can do?

Oooh, fantastic, Oscar?

Underarm throw?

Excellent.

Alexis.

Overarm?

Fantastic. Kian.

Overhead.

Well done, they're all

great types of throws and some

of which we might use in football.

But today we're going to be

looking at the overhead throw.

You might use this if you're

a goalkeeper or a player on the

sidelines taking a throw-in.

There are three main things

you need to remember

when taking an overhead throw.

You need to look at where we're

aiming, we need to get set,

in position and we need to

launch the ball forwards.

Get into the set position...

and we're going to launch

the ball forward.

OK, guys, let's go and

have a practice. Come on!

So, I'll split you into pairs. You

need to keep both feet on the floor,

make sure you keep them on or behind

the white line and throw the ball

overhead to each other. Off you go!

Remember to throw the

ball with two hands.

Fahima's got the right idea.

Remember to look, get into the set

position and launch the ball.

Make sure you aim, keep looking

at your partner. Fantastic!

Remember to stay on

or behind the line.

To help throw higher,

bend your knees.

Whilst these guys keep practising,

here's a reminder for you at home.

To throw overhead, remember to

look at where you're aiming,

get set into position and

launch the ball forward.

In your pairs, one of you is going

to throw the ball overhead but

this time you're going to have

to throw the ball over the net.

The other team-mate is going to

be checking that your feet

stay behind or on the white line and

that both of them stay on the floor.

Don't forget to remind your

team-mates of the best ways

to throw overhead.

down the most coconuts.

eight coconuts but the blues

knocked down ten!

My team today have been outstanding

at overhead throwing!

We've tried long throws, we've tried

short throws and we've

thrown to each other.

But most importantly, we've

remembered to look,

get set and launch.
