Good reactions, and that's exactly

what we're going to be looking at today.

There are loads of different ways you can react,

like if someone said..."Boo!" you might jump back in surprise.

Or in football, if someone passed you the ball,

you might react by stopping it or kicking it away.

It's really important in football that we react quickly

so we don't lose the ball to the other team.

There are three things to remember, so we can react well.

You need to make sure you're looking...

listening...

and ready to move. Looking...

So, I've split you into two teams.

We've got the butterflies and the bumblebees.

I'm going to call out your team name.

If I do, you need to run to the cone in front of you.

If I don't, run to the other side and tag the other team.

-What does a mascot do?

A mascot's job is to get the crowd to cheer

and wave for the team, bringing them good luck. See?

It's a bit difficult to move in this costume.

And playing for the Footy Pups, it's Big Bow Wow.

The winning mascot will be the one that gets the biggest cheers.

Starting with my first challenge, running a lap of the pitch

All you have to do is a football trick to make the crowd cheer.

You're going to need something really special now, Big Bow Wow.

He's going to do a grand goalkeeping trick - saving four footballs.

Sorry, Rex, Big Bow Wow's reactions aren't as good as the other mascots.

You can't give up, Benny, you're a GREAT mascot.

But it's hard to see and hear inside this costume,

and it's so big, I'm too slow and clumsy to react to anything.

To play this game, you need to react quickly.

When the whistle blows,

one player will throw the ball backwards over their head.

The first player from the other team must use their best reactions

to run forward, trap the ball, control it and aim at the goal.

Once they've taken aim at the goal,

they must run back to their team, and it's the next team-mate's turn.

The winner of this game will be the team that scores the most goals.
