Did you know there are several different ways

of playing the game of football?

There's 11-a-side, there's 5-a-side

and there's blind football and wheelchair football.

Today, we're going to be looking at powerchair football.

To tell us a little more, I've invited along a good friend of mine.

John Bolding, international England powerchair captain

and sporting hero.

When he's not playing with his team,

he can be found coaching younger players.

Charlie and Mackie are training to be the next top powerchair players.

Brilliant! John, can you tell us about powerchair football?

Sure. It's a competitive sport played by disabled people

-in power wheelchairs.

John, what are the three main things to remember

-when playing powerchair football?

-Just like football,

it's look for the ball, teamwork and scoring goals.

against the awesome sea lions of Flipperpool PFC.

To play this game, you'll need to practise your powerchair skills.

After the whistle, the first player circles around the cone

before scoring a goal. They then go around the next cone

to score in the second goal.

The winners of this game will be the team who score the most goals.
