It looks a bit more difficult than it is, all right?

First thing you need to do

is just put your feet wider than your shoulders.

-I've got quite wide shoulders.

-So we go...

boom...two...three.

This is where it gets difficult.

You've got to know when your falling point is.

Because if you're at your falling point by the second one,

by the fourth one, you're going to be on the floor, crying.

-Yeah, that'll be me.

-So it's...

Three, four.

Yep, that's fine(!)

How do you bend your knees at the same time

as going down in the steps?

Do you know what the trick is? Place your feet slightly inwards.

When you bend your knees, you're bending them in.

And you can apply pressure to each of your feet as you're going down.

-Ah.

-But this isn't just the move, because there's more to add to it.

-Oh, OK.

-As we go into each stage, you do the outward wave.

-Do an outwards wave.

-And it goes like, mm, mm, mm, mm.

-Exactly.

We lean back and, as we're leaning back,

we go shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand.

Back again, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand and we do it four times.

-Do I look cool doing this?

-Definitely.

-Too much for my brain to handle!

We're going to do it to the music.

All of you have to join in,

otherwise I'm going to cry, he's going to refuse to do Sport Relief,

so we'll lose money for charity and it's all going to fail, all right?

So we need to sort this out. It's serious, people.

So welcome to the Games Download. I have Georgia and Aidan here

and today the game we're doing is Mario Party 9.

This is a TV exclusive, it's never been seen on TV before

-and the game actually comes out today.

-Cool!

Although it's called Mario Party 9,

it's actually the 15th game in the Mario series,

so I'm not entirely sure how that works.

There's over 80 mini games, which is a lot of mini games

and it's up to four players, so you can play with your family,

or some of your friends.

One of the good things about this game

is you can also do two versus two, or one versus three,

so there's a lot of variety and you can have fun in that sense.

And you're going to play a game which is three versus one.

-I don't know if you'll be able to do it.

-What controls am I using?

Literally just hold it sideways and use these.

There's three people up the top of the hill rolling boulders down.

To try and stop you from getting one block from the right to the left.

-One coming. No, no, whoa, who!

-Oh! Oh!

But the thing is, it's misleading because there's actually more gaps.

-Georgia, it's about the tactics, come on!

-OK, I'm sorry!

-Now go, now go.

-I'm going, I'm going!

-Not that way!

-Oh, oh, oh!

-Georgia, come on! Go, go, go!

-Stop, stop, stop!

-It's so slow!

-Yeah!

Woo!

-You haven't got time to celebrate, Georgia!

-How many lives do I get?

You've got unlimited lives,

but you've got 25 seconds to get the next two in.

-OK. He's so slow!

-There's a massive boulder coming towards you!

-That's why it's about tactics.

So, Mario Party 9, fantastic game, however, it is...

If you're looking for a bit...

If you're a more seasoned gamer and you want a bit of a challenge,

-not a casual game...

-Just like me.

Yeah, you might want a bit more of a challenging game,

because the objectives are still fairly simple.

There's not a great deal of skill,

just a couple of buttons or movement.

But I do like it. Colourful, light-hearted game.

-It's cool.

-It's fun!

Right, so that was Mario Party 9

and now I'm going to move on to today's gadget

and it's these funky model dinosaurs.

I'll take this one out first.

Yeah, basically, this is what they look like.

-Did you just open his mouth?

-That's so cool!

-No, that's just...

No, it doesn't. I've got a couple here. I'll briefly explain them.

So they come in these flat pack bits and they come out really easily

and they're all labelled and numbered,

so they just slot together.

You don't need any glue, which is good

and they just slot together.

Fun to construct and you get these pretty dinosaurs

and you can give them names, or...

-You can colour them.

-You can paint them.

I painted this one yellow and red for a rather cool effect.

But, obviously, I'm the gadget man,

so I'm not just going to bring on some little, wooden dinosaurs,

but these are actually called the Robotics Dinosaurs and if you turn them on...

-No way!

-No way!

And they make sounds and have their own little movements.

-He's either angry or dancing.

-Let's have a look at the mammothy one.

It's so good you can put them together yourself

and they'll do that.

-Does he move at all, or just...? Oh!

-He walks!

He walks.

-He's good, actually, isn't he?

-Is he going to do a full circle?

He's protecting this one.

They obviously have some kind of relationship.

So, there's four to collect as such.

You've got Tyrannosaurus Rex, a mammoth, a triceratops

-and a stegosaurus.

-I love the steggers.

We've got the steggers

and the triceratops over here on our little dinosaur island,

so we'll go and have a look at that and we're going to put these down.

-Now, if you could help me, we're going to turn them all on.

-I was just about to say that.

DINOSAURS SCREECH

-It sounds like a horror film.

-Are they all on? Is this one on?

-These two are fighting.

-Can everyone just do me a favour?

Could everyone in the studio be really quiet until they all stop?

(OK, now, what's really cool

(about these is they're actually sound-activated,

(so if I go like this, they should go on.)

Oh, I love it!

And that is quite cool, because they're sound-activated.

-They're also movement-activated. Nice one, Georgia.

-Mothering skills!

If you turn one on, then that one will leap at the other one

and then that one will start making noises.

-So it's almost like they interact with each other.

-No fighting, kids!

And I kind of get the feeling that they're sort of alive, almost.

-They are really cool.

-I like them a lot.

-Oh, he's on the run.

-Get him, Georgia.

-He's fine, he's fine.

-He's stopped, it's all right.

OK. We're going to sit down.

That was our little dinosaur island with all our Robotics Dinosaurs.

I think they're cool, but I know I'd get one,

get excited and when it came to popping them out of the things,

I'd end up with extra pieces of wood, or strips missing.

It just wouldn't go well. I'd need to be given a whole one.

Fair enough, cos they're a bit... time-consuming to put together.

Might take you an hour and a half

so if you opened it on Christmas Day...

I don't have the patience.

..you'd have to sit down and put it together.

Also, the Tyrannosaurus Rex isn't generally that bad,

but the other ones, they tend to be a bit loose.

For instance, if it had fallen off the edge of that little ledge,

it might've actually broken. Right, so that was Robotics Dinosaurs.

Now it's time for Tyger Versus,

so if we could welcome on our other fabulous presenters...

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

Here they come. Beautiful as ever.

I felt like I was walking into a dinosaur film.

It's cool, innit?

And Georgia was getting flattened by the boulders.

Right, so it is now time for Tyger Versus,

which is the part of our show where I have a little competition

against one of these guys and we see who wins.

The score is presently 6-2,

so the team are starting on their way

to coming back and saving the title.

-Let's see who the randomizer puts me up against.

-I can't do it.

I can't take the pressure, I'll collapse.

It's you!

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

-If you lose, we lose everything.

-Thanks!

This is quite a simple little Tyger Versus, called Elefun.

in a minute, I'm going to turn it on

and this is going to fill up with air.

This tube is going to come up here, yeah?

There's butterflies in it and they're going to fly out and it's our job to catch them.

Now, the rules are whoever, at the end of the game,

when either they run out or there's a klaxon or something,

whoever goes the most in at the end goes.

-Turn it on and then hold this up.

-No worries, guys.

Turn it and run. Now, run.

-The game's going to start whenever they start coming out.

-Get ready!

This is not a normal glass - I've stuck a bit of paper

on the bottom, as you can see.

That's why you need another piece of A4 paper, white,

so it looks like a normal glass.

If I was to do it on a different surface,

you can tell what I've done and the trick doesn't work.

So you put it on there, on there,

and this is where this comes in.

Using this, you cover up the glass

and you have to kind of judge where the coin is.

You think, "Right, it's round there." Have a little peek, put it on.

Boom! The coin's gone.

CHEERING

They're like, "Oh, I don't know where it is," and you go,

"I'll get it back - don't worry." Cover it up, lift off the glass.

It's back.

The first one is Glee and it is back from its break.

I've been missing it - I'm sure you have.

It has got an explosive episode back.

Will the teacher is going to ask his girlfriend Emma,

another teacher, to marry him.

So the theme of the songs the Glee Club have to choose

are the "pop the question" song.

It's got songs such as Summer Lovin' and Moves Like Jagger.

D'you know what I love? When they sing the Grease songs,

they actually went to where they filmed the film Grease.

So they're singing it on the Grease set.

And at the end, there is a massive synchronised singing routine

to We Found Love. It's full of all the singing, all the dancing.

I particularly like the synchronised swimming.

the daughter Sue has found out that someone from the wrestling team

has a crush on her but because she's like, socially awkward

and everything, will she ruin her chances?

You'll have to watch it to find out.

It's full of laughs and I really like The Middle. Here it is.

Amy Childs and Harry take to the floor. It was hilarious.

Now, as you may know from Dance Download,

our very own Tyger Drew-Honey and Dani Harmer

are going to be in it tomorrow and I can't wait to see how they get on.

In this week's Style Download, I went to visit Sophie,

who needed some advice when it came to packing. Here's what happened.

Hi, I'm Georgia and this is Style Download,

the part of the show where I help a viewer with their style dilemma.

This week I'm helping Sophie, who's in need of some travel tips.

Hi. My name's Sophie, I'm nine,

and I live here with my mum, my dad and my brother.

I like playing the violin.

But most of all, I like going on holiday.

Last time we went away, it was a bit of a disaster.

Sophie ended up packing

near enough whole wardrobe and most of her bedroom.

I'm going away soon and I hate long journeys

but I'm even worse at packing.

We got to the check-in desk - way over on our luggage,

my poor husband ends up packing his pockets

with socks and pants and unloading the cases just to make it lighter.

I always pack too much. I think I need some help.

Luckily, I've got some ideas

that should send Sophie's travel worries packing.

But first, I need to go and surprise her,

I'm Georgia, I'm here to help you

-prepare for your holiday. Is that OK?

-Yeah.

Cool, let's go!

OK, Sophie, so, tell me about your style dilemma.

I'm going on holiday soon and I always pack too much.

Last time, my dad had to stuff socks in his pockets

and I had a pile of clothes I didn't wear.

OK, cos on holiday it's really important you take the essentials,

-but you don't want to take your whole wardrobe.

-It's hard,

because I have so many things I want to take

but I can't take all of them.

It's good to have a choice.

You know what? I've got some ideas that might keep you happy

and I can teach you some tricks that make the journey seem more fun.

-Sound OK?

-Brilliant.

-Awesome! Let's get packing.

OK, Sophie, I want you to get out everything you want to take

-and put it on the bed.

-OK.

There is no way that those clothes will fit in that case,

so I need you to pick out five of your favourite outfits

and then we'll see if we have enough room

-for anything else. OK?

This is much more like it. Cool.

Let's get packing. What you want to do is roll your clothes

because it saves space and it gets the creases out as well. OK?

-Good.

-Let's go.

All packed? Feel a bit lighter than usual, maybe?

Awesome! Now for the fun part - tips on how to relax. Let's go.

OK, Sophie, so what do you like least about travelling?

Being bored, not being able to sleep...everything!

OK. Well, I've got a few tips that will make the hours fly by.

First thing to ensure is that you are comfortable,

so here is an eye mask and here are some accessories.

Let's get customising!

Just a really silly way to get to sleep.

you could play a game with your brother, like the staring game.

'If you think you could do with a few travel tips,

'or you're just going on a long car journey,

'then these could be really useful.'

Nobody likes packing, but it's easy when you know how.

They don't have to be entirely new outfits,

just a couple of accessories are all you need to change one up.

If you're worried about fitting everything in your case...

You'll be amazed how much more you can fit in

and it keeps the creases out too!

Customising your eye mask.

One of the hardest things to do on long journeys is relax.

A great way of nodding off

is by wearing an eye mask to keep out the light.

They're very cheap to buy but often come in boring colours.

To add googly eyes to your eye mask,

simply cut out two pieces of coloured felt in the shape of eyes,

then cut out strips of different colour for the eyelashes.

Add the googly eyes to the felt and stick to the eye mask.

You'll need some small, plastic googly eyes and you can buy them

from any arts-and-crafts shop for a couple of pounds.

Ta-da! You've got yourself a silly and effective mask.

One of the best ways to pass the time is by playing games.

A great game to play with more people is the alphabet game.

Simply pick a topic, like animals or famous people.

If you take A, the person next is B and so on.

It's really addictive

and before you know it, you've arrived at your destination.

I don't need to get too stressed now about our next holiday.

She's given me loads of tips on how to pack

and not to pack too much because you don't need everything.

I think the best part of today, was the surprise from Georgia.

Being such a big Friday Download fan, it's just amazing for her.

The best thing about today was probably meeting Georgia

and just having loads of fun.

There we go, another happy customer.

Sophie will never dread a journey again.

Now there's just her brother to worry about!

Maybe there'll be even more room in her suitcase now...but I doubt it.

There's a new obstacle course called Granny's House

and what the game is,

is you have to avoid pies getting thrown at you,

you've got to mind a front door, a dog and a back door.

-That all makes sense.

-We're going to be looking at 46-year-old Lawrence,

-who is a driving instructor.

-He's a driving instructor?

-Driving instructor.

-He teaches people how to dodge obstacles in a car?

Yeah.

-All right. Let's...

-Let's have a look.

Lawrence made light work of the snowmen.

-Woo-hoo!

-Then, it all started to unravel.

Pie? Got hit by that. Front door?

Got hit by that, too.

Pontoon - that's not an obstacle, tripped over that.

Tevez. Guess what!

Then, for an encore, Lawrence got clipped by the back door, too.

CHEERING

That was amazing. He got hit by every single obstacle.

So there's the pie, right? And the front door's already open

but he stays down long enough to get hit by it again

He keeps walking, trips over that, it's not even an obstacle.

Dog comes - bang, straight over.

-Here comes the back door...boom.

Are you a fan of Total Wipeout or Winter Wipeout?

I LOVE Total Wipeout. I don't think I'd ever want to do it

because it looks too difficult

The first one is out in the cinema and it is Big Miracle.

This is based on a true story that happened in 1988.

It's where three whales have been trapped under ice

and they have to try to get into the sea before it all ices over.

Some explorers see the whales and think,

"We have to save them, we can't leave them there."

They get more people to help them and they go worldwide,

they're on the news, they're getting Russia to come

and help them bring in a big icebreaker,

it's non-stop action but it is a race against time

because if they don't go quick enough, the ice is going to go

all over the ocean and they will be trapped.

It also stars Drew Barrymore, so let's have a look.

Rachel, I'd like you to meet Fred and Wilma

and this is Bamm-Bamm.

-Everything's going to be OK.

The town of Barrow has shut down

as schoolchildren and shopkeepers alike

furiously work to cut a path to the ocean.

Maybe he's hurt.

You can't go down there, it's too dangerous.

You might not know, but I actually speak whale, so I watched the film,

knew what they were saying. I'm going to say thank you, guys.

Yes, it is based on that classic.

It is full of action so it is one for you older ones, definitely.

It's a bit non-stop, actually,

I haven't seen a film with so much action. I really enjoyed it,

and it starred one of my favourite actors, Orlando Bloom.

The Three Musketeers, in this film, have recruited a young man

who's out to face the big, wide world

and becomes part of The Three Musketeers. Will he be accepted?

You'll have to watch to find out. Let's have a look at
