CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:00:200:00:22

-Welcome to Friday Download.

-Your instant download for the week ahead.

0:00:320:00:36

Now, it is quite a big week for aliens this week,

0:00:360:00:38

and we've got an alien-themed show.

0:00:380:00:40

Men In Black 3 is out in cinemas today.

0:00:400:00:43

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:00:430:00:45

So we have got a little clip here.

0:00:450:00:47

Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga make surprise appearances in the film,

0:00:470:00:50

but we'll talk about that later on in Movie Download.

0:00:500:00:53

And I also managed to find an alien app booth,

0:00:530:00:57

-which turns you into an alien.

-Oh!

-Very nice.

0:00:570:00:59

-Is it a bit like FatBooth?

-Kind of. It's very interesting.

0:00:590:01:02

And I think, cos it's a gadget,

0:01:020:01:05

we have to start with the old gadget man, Tyger.

0:01:050:01:07

-Shall we see how Tyger looks like as an alien?

-AUDIENCE: Yes!

0:01:070:01:11

-Normal Tyger.

-Very normal.

0:01:110:01:12

-Ooh!

-LAUGHTER

0:01:120:01:14

I thought that was some kind of insult!

0:01:140:01:16

LAUGHTER

0:01:160:01:19

-Lovely eyes!

-That's really cool!

-You make a nice alien.

0:01:190:01:21

-Next up is Georgia.

-Oh, gosh!

-Lovely Georgia.

-Oh, no!

0:01:210:01:27

-Yeah!

-LAUGHTER

0:01:280:01:30

-I'm quite liking being blue!

-That is really cool.

0:01:300:01:33

That is proper extra-terrestrial.

0:01:330:01:35

-She looks gorgeous.

-Oh, thank you so much.

0:01:350:01:37

And shall we see what Richard looks like as an alien?

0:01:370:01:41

AUDIENCE: Yes!

0:01:410:01:42

The lovely Richard. Oosh!

0:01:420:01:44

LAUGHTER

0:01:440:01:45

-I like it!

-I don't think I'd want to meet you!

0:01:450:01:48

-How comes my hair didn't change colour?

-You look menacing.

0:01:480:01:51

-Am I that bad?

-You look pretty scary.

-Not in real life.

0:01:510:01:53

AUDIENCE: Awww!

0:01:530:01:54

So we've seen Georgia, Tyger and Richard, but can we guess

0:01:540:01:59

who our celebrity guest is this week who I've turned into an alien?

0:01:590:02:02

Can we guess?

0:02:040:02:05

-AUDIENCE: Alexandra Burke!

-It's Alexandra Burke!

0:02:050:02:08

Everybody, give it up for our special guest, Alexandra Burke!

0:02:080:02:11

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:02:110:02:15

Alexandra, thank you so much for coming on the show.

0:02:170:02:20

-Thank you for having me.

-It's an honour.

-Thank you so much.

0:02:200:02:23

But, what do you think of yourself as an alien, then?

0:02:230:02:26

I don't think I look that great, but what do you guys think?

0:02:260:02:29

We think you look good!

0:02:290:02:30

THEY SHOUT POSITIVE COMMENTS

0:02:300:02:32

It's a pretty cool little thing you've got there.

0:02:320:02:34

-You've got nice eyes.

-Yeah.

0:02:340:02:36

The thing is, I can make that face without the eyes.

0:02:360:02:39

-Please can we see it?

-Yeah. Are you ready?

-Yeah.

0:02:390:02:41

I'm gonna look really stupid, but it's the truth.

0:02:410:02:44

LAUGHTER

0:02:460:02:48

-Oh, I see it!

-Can you see?

-Yeah!

-Just without the eyes.

-That's good.

0:02:480:02:52

Your fans hear your album next week, it's called Heartbreak On Hold.

0:02:520:02:55

But I hear you also run a little competition

0:02:550:02:57

where you let your fans come out to eat with you?

0:02:570:02:59

Yeah, I do some competitions online where I take my fans out

0:02:590:03:02

to dinner, preferably to eat chicken, you know, cos I'm a fan of chicken.

0:03:020:03:06

I've got all your singles, so can I get an invite?

0:03:060:03:09

-That is my favourite food.

-Oh, my gosh. That's a deal. It's a deal.

0:03:090:03:14

You're performing your new single, Let It Go. Are you excited?

0:03:140:03:17

-I'm very excited. I'm very nervous, though. Gosh!

-Don't be nervous!

0:03:170:03:21

I've got my dancers with me and that, so it should be a lot of fun,

0:03:210:03:24

and as long as you guys enjoy it, that's all that matters, right?

0:03:240:03:27

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:03:270:03:29

Well, thank you for that, Alexandra.

0:03:290:03:31

Here's what's coming up on today's show.

0:03:310:03:33

I show Richard and Ceal my latest move in Dance Download.

0:03:350:03:39

New presenter Talia hits the court in Weekend Download.

0:03:390:03:42

It's game on for Team Friday Download at this year's Soccer Six.

0:03:420:03:46

And Alexandra Burke performs her new single, Let It Go.

0:03:470:03:50

# Let it go, go, go, go

0:03:500:03:52

# Let it all go... #

0:03:520:03:54

Hello, and welcome to another Dance Download.

0:03:580:04:00

This week, I'll be teaching you a small footwork routine

0:04:000:04:03

to Duck Sauce - aNYway, and here's what it looks like.

0:04:030:04:05

# Time after time

0:04:090:04:11

# I've told myself

0:04:110:04:13

# I've got nothing to lose

0:04:130:04:15

# Time after time

0:04:160:04:19

# I've told myself

0:04:190:04:20

# I've got nothing to lose

0:04:200:04:23

# Time after time

0:04:240:04:26

# I check myself

0:04:260:04:28

# Just to make sure

0:04:280:04:30

# I can do it any way that you want it

0:04:300:04:35

# I can do it any way that you want it

0:04:370:04:42

# Oh

0:04:430:04:46

# I, I, I, I

0:04:460:04:48

# I, I. #

0:04:480:04:50

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:04:500:04:53

Now, to help me teach this routine, I have two people with me.

0:04:530:04:56

As always, I've got Richard.

0:04:560:04:58

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:04:580:04:59

And also, get ready for the handshakes, it's going to happen.

0:05:040:05:06

-All right.

-Ceallach Spellman.

0:05:060:05:08

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:05:080:05:10

Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom!

0:05:110:05:16

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:05:160:05:18

Right, so, the routine we're going to learn, small footwork routine.

0:05:180:05:23

What it goes is a little bit like this.

0:05:230:05:25

We go one, two, three, four, one, two, three, four, one, two,

0:05:250:05:31

three, four. Simple as that.

0:05:310:05:34

I see this bit, and I think, "I might be able to get that,"

0:05:340:05:36

and we're dropping this into it.

0:05:360:05:38

This bit, you can remember, cos I do it quite a bit.

0:05:380:05:41

-I know that bit, but it's the other bit.

-Just lean into it.

0:05:410:05:44

-Drop. So we do it four times.

-OK.

-So we start going this way first, left.

0:05:440:05:50

Three, two, one, go. One, two, three, four. All right?

0:05:500:05:56

-Audience, want to try this as well?

-AUDIENCE: Yeah!

0:05:560:05:59

-Go left first. We're gonna do it four times.

-Right leg behind!

0:05:590:06:02

Three, two, one, go. One, two, three, four.

0:06:020:06:08

So the bit we've got to learn now is this.

0:06:080:06:10

Look at them hips! LAUGHTER

0:06:120:06:14

-It's a little bit of zumba.

-That's really difficult.

0:06:140:06:17

Step, do it, step, do it, step, do it. And we do it four times.

0:06:170:06:22

How do you go left?

0:06:220:06:23

Well, as we do it, as we go faster, you go one, step, one, step,

0:06:230:06:26

one, step, one, step.

0:06:260:06:28

-Oh! He's got that!

-CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:06:280:06:31

Ready? Go. One, two, three, four.

0:06:320:06:36

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:06:360:06:37

-We could be switching places here, Ceallach!

-Oh, well...

0:06:370:06:41

So we go four times and four times, and then we go left,

0:06:410:06:44

up, right, up, right, left leg behind.

0:06:440:06:46

Exactly.

0:06:460:06:49

Yeah, let's cue music. The music's going to get me motivated.

0:06:490:06:52

-So now we're gonna try it to the music.

-Let's do it.

0:06:520:06:55

I want EVERYBODY getting involved, every single person, especially you.

0:06:550:06:59

Yeah, especially you!

0:06:590:07:00

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:07:000:07:02

-And especially you.

-We're watching you.

0:07:020:07:05

Three, two, one, go.

0:07:060:07:08

-One, two, three, four, one, two, three four.

-I can't do it this way!

0:07:080:07:12

One, two, three, four.

0:07:120:07:16

I can do that bit, it's this way!

0:07:160:07:18

-Yeah? It's really simple. Oh!

-He's going all day!

-Three, two, one, go.

0:07:180:07:23

One, two, three, four. One, two, three, four. One, two, three, four.

0:07:230:07:30

-And again! One, two, three, four.

-It's hard that way.

0:07:300:07:33

One, two, three, four, one, two, three, four. Just go left.

0:07:330:07:38

One, two, three, four. Try it. Come on, then. Go.

0:07:380:07:43

I can't do it! I can do it right!

0:07:430:07:45

-You almost had it.

-Wait.

0:07:450:07:47

-Sorry! I'm in my zone!

-Give me some!

0:07:480:07:51

-Give me some!

-This is the first time!

0:07:510:07:54

I know, it's the first time, Ceal, you've outshone everyone.

0:07:540:07:57

-The swagger's gone from there to there with you.

-I am proud.

0:07:570:08:01

-That's nice, though.

-I did feel like working my hips.

0:08:010:08:04

Oh, it's perfect zumba. If you get this bit perfect,

0:08:040:08:06

and you get this bit perfect, you can keep working to get this move.

0:08:060:08:10

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:08:110:08:13

I like that.

0:08:130:08:14

So, you never know, I could teach you that in a later Dance Download.

0:08:140:08:18

-No, no, no, no!

-You'll get it.

0:08:180:08:20

Right, so, that is Dance Download complete.

0:08:200:08:22

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:08:220:08:24

Hello, everyone. Welcome to the Games Download.

0:08:290:08:33

I am joined by these two beautiful human beings, Ceal and Georgia.

0:08:330:08:35

-You're beautiful too.

-Oh, thanks, Ceal.

0:08:350:08:37

And the game that we're doing today is a classic.

0:08:370:08:40

It's actually a Sonic the Hedgehog game.

0:08:400:08:42

Ceal, if you'd like to get up and start having a go.

0:08:420:08:45

-I do love a bit of Sonic. People say I look like him.

-Do they actually?

0:08:450:08:48

No.

0:08:480:08:50

Now, anyone who's ever played a Sonic game before will

0:08:500:08:52

basically know that you have to just navigate Sonic across the screen.

0:08:520:08:57

If you keep holding him right, he'll start running,

0:08:570:08:59

-and you'll build up some speed.

-Ooooosh!

-Yeah?

0:08:590:09:02

So, basically, you just have to navigate him

0:09:020:09:04

from left to right of all these different courses, ultimately,

0:09:040:09:09

to defeat the bad guy, Dr Eggman,

0:09:090:09:12

which is a fantastic name for a bad guy.

0:09:120:09:14

This is actually Sonic 4: Episode II,

0:09:140:09:17

and you see these bouncy things? Use them.

0:09:170:09:19

-Now, get to that one on the left, yeah?

-OK.

0:09:190:09:21

-So I have to rebound off the wall?

-And you see the person you're with?

0:09:210:09:25

-That's your sidekick. She's called Tails.

-Is Tails a girl?

0:09:250:09:29

Yeah, and sometimes you can do special combo moves...

0:09:290:09:33

-Oooosh!

-..in order to get through difficult parts of the puzzle.

0:09:330:09:37

-I really like this.

-So we're playing this on the Xbox.

0:09:370:09:41

What I think is really cool is that this game is actually,

0:09:410:09:44

really shortly going to be able to go on to iPads, smartphones and PCs.

0:09:440:09:49

The only thing I found when I was playing it,

0:09:490:09:51

it's a little bit easy sometimes.

0:09:510:09:53

Does the difficulty not increase?

0:09:530:09:54

No, it's a general thing. You know what I really want?

0:09:540:09:57

-I would love to see a 3D Sonic game rather than the 2D platform.

-Oh!

0:09:570:10:01

-Oooh!

-Yes. So, now on to today's gadget, which is Mario Kart K'NEX.

0:10:010:10:06

-You guys know the game Mario Kart, right?

-ALL: Yeah!

0:10:060:10:08

So what I've got here today is actually sort of a gadgety

0:10:080:10:10

inventiony type thing that kind of brings it to life a bit more.

0:10:100:10:14

And it consists of sorts of things like this.

0:10:140:10:17

You get these little karts, you build them yourself.

0:10:170:10:20

I've got Mario, and they're powered by battery, OK?

0:10:200:10:22

And then you ride them on this.

0:10:220:10:26

-Oh!

-OK, so, as I said, you get these little karts,

0:10:260:10:30

and then you also get all these little bits of track.

0:10:300:10:33

Now, you can arrange these in any way you want.

0:10:330:10:35

You do it yourself. And that's the main fun aspect of it.

0:10:350:10:39

You could spend ten minutes making one in your lounge,

0:10:390:10:41

or you could spend three hours making one round your entire house.

0:10:410:10:44

You can put bridges in, you can put jumps in it.

0:10:440:10:46

Do you know what I love about that?

0:10:460:10:48

With some, like Scalextric, it can get quite tedious,

0:10:480:10:51

having the same track.

0:10:510:10:52

The fact you can rearrange it yourself,

0:10:520:10:54

-you can make it different...

-I love it!

0:10:540:10:56

So what I'm going to do is put Mario on the start line,

0:10:560:10:59

and I'm gonna turn him on, and he's gonna go.

0:10:590:11:02

-Oh!

-Now, this game's a bit like... cos it is a race,

0:11:020:11:05

and sometimes they do flip over or turn around or go the wrong way.

0:11:050:11:09

-But that happens in actual Mario Kart.

-Yeah.

-Can I get Donkey Kong?

0:11:090:11:12

-Can I be this one?

-Yeah, put it in.

-How do I turn it on?

0:11:120:11:16

-Donkey, mate, come on!

-Oh, he's off!

0:11:160:11:20

-Come on!

-Yes, carnage, carnage! Oh! You've got to be careful.

0:11:200:11:26

ALL: Oh, no!

0:11:260:11:29

Ceal!

0:11:290:11:31

-I think you guys get the idea. Great fun.

-Great fun.

0:11:310:11:34

-So let's pop ourselves down here.

-I love it.

-Do you actually?

-I love it!

0:11:340:11:39

-And you can build it yourself.

-That's cool.

0:11:390:11:41

And how about the audience?

0:11:410:11:42

-AUDIENCE: Yeah!

-Yeah?

0:11:420:11:44

There's no way of controlling them, is there?

0:11:440:11:46

No, I was going to say, that's a negative.

0:11:460:11:48

If you had controllers, that would be really cool.

0:11:480:11:50

Oh, if you could drive them and the track was a bit bigger...

0:11:500:11:53

But still, I think it's really good.

0:11:530:11:56

It is quite clever how they stick to the track.

0:11:560:11:58

Yeah, fantastic.

0:11:580:11:59

Right, so, that was Mario Kart K'NEX,

0:11:590:12:01

and now it's time for the most hotly-contested competition on TV,

0:12:010:12:04

Tyger Versus.

0:12:040:12:06

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:12:060:12:08

You all right, guys?

0:12:110:12:13

Yes, it is time for Tyger Versus,

0:12:130:12:14

and the score for this series is 4-0 to me.

0:12:140:12:17

-Let's find out who I'm up against today.

-I think it's Georgia.

0:12:170:12:22

Who is it going to be? Oh, it's Georgia!

0:12:220:12:24

-It's me!

-I haven't done anything against you in so long.

0:12:240:12:27

I know, it's been ages.

0:12:270:12:29

Right, so, as you guys know, we do it a bit differently this series.

0:12:290:12:32

Tyger Versus is revealed to us by a sacred golden envelope,

0:12:320:12:35

which is being held somewhere in the audience.

0:12:350:12:38

-Where is it?

-Where is it?

-I have it.

0:12:380:12:41

-There it is! What's your name, mate?

-Nathan.

-Nathan, OK.

0:12:410:12:44

It's a pleasure to meet you, Nathan.

0:12:440:12:46

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:12:460:12:49

Lovely to meet you. Can I just confirm

0:12:490:12:51

that you have never shown me or any of us the contents of that envelope?

0:12:510:12:54

-Never seen it.

-Thanks very much, mate. May I have it here?

0:12:540:12:57

-Thank you, you've been brilliant.

-CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:12:570:13:00

OK, right, so, let's read today's Tyger Versus.

0:13:000:13:05

"Today's Tyger Versus is a motion-controlled cow riding game.

0:13:050:13:10

"Use your controller to race the cow along the track,

0:13:100:13:13

"collecting points by hitting as many scarecrows as possible.

0:13:130:13:16

"The winner is the player who collects the most points

0:13:160:13:20

"when the time has run out, and the console's decision is final."

0:13:200:13:23

-OK, right, let's go ride cows!

-I play this all the time.

0:13:230:13:26

-My boyfriend and I have competitions.

-We're on the Wii.

-Thank you so much.

0:13:260:13:30

-OK, let's go.

-I love you, Georgia.

-Thank you.

0:13:300:13:32

-Just going to run through some basic controls, OK?

-I'm so scared!

0:13:320:13:35

So, jump is jump over, go to the left is left, right is right.

0:13:350:13:38

-Come on, Georgia.

-Oh, wow. Oh!

-Wait, am I blue?

0:13:380:13:42

You're at the bottom of the screen.

0:13:420:13:44

Go right, Georgia!

0:13:440:13:46

AUDIENCE CHANTS: Georgia, Georgia...

0:13:460:13:49

Come on, Tyger.

0:13:530:13:54

CHANTING CONTINUES

0:13:550:13:58

-Yes, yes!

-Come on, Tyger.

-Come on, Georgia!

0:14:020:14:05

It's so scary! Oh, no, no, no, no!

0:14:060:14:10

Get that, get it! Yes! Jump!

0:14:110:14:16

THEY SHOUT OVER EACH OTHER

0:14:170:14:19

Get that, get it. Yes!

0:14:240:14:26

-Am I bottom of the screen, yeah?

-Yes! Get them, get them!

0:14:260:14:29

Right, right!

0:14:330:14:35

Yes, yes!

0:14:400:14:43

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:14:430:14:45

-Georgia! Unbelievable! I love you!

-Thanks!

0:14:450:14:49

-Well played.

-Well done, Georgia.

-That was a good game, a good game.

0:14:490:14:52

-Well done.

-You too.

-Fantastic.

0:14:520:14:55

-I had quite a lot of fun playing.

-My heart was shaking so much.

0:14:550:14:59

-Absolutely fantastic cow riding there, Georgia.

-Thank you so much.

0:14:590:15:03

And the team did just beat you which means the score is now 4-1,

0:15:030:15:05

so it is all to play for and that's the Games Download complete.

0:15:050:15:08

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:15:080:15:10

So, where do monkeys make toast?

0:15:140:15:17

-I don't know.

-On the gorillas.

0:15:170:15:19

HE LAUGHS

0:15:190:15:21

Still to come on Friday Download...

0:15:210:15:24

# I can't love you more than this... #

0:15:240:15:27

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:15:280:15:30

# Let go, go, go, go, let it all go

0:15:320:15:36

# Let go, go, go, go, let it all go. #

0:15:360:15:40

OK, so welcome to this week's Music Download.

0:15:440:15:46

So usually, I'm joined by Aidan, but I thought, let's mix it up a bit.

0:15:460:15:50

I'm joined by Richard.

0:15:500:15:52

Yes! I've been so excited to come, I've locked Aidan in the toilets,

0:15:520:15:56

because I know he's always on it with you

0:15:560:15:58

and I wanted to be and thought it would be great.

0:15:580:16:00

Let's get down to the picks, yes?

0:16:000:16:02

So my first pick is a Wretch 32

0:16:020:16:03

featuring Ed Sheeran with Hush Little Baby, have a look.

0:16:030:16:07

# The world's going to hate me for saying this

0:16:070:16:10

# But patience is a virtue

0:16:100:16:12

# So we don't have to rush for our first youth

0:16:120:16:14

# We can take time, do rehearsals

0:16:140:16:16

# And I ain't acting, this is personal

0:16:160:16:18

# And I ain't doing this just to hurt you. #

0:16:180:16:21

# I should say goodbye

0:16:210:16:24

# Before I say hello

0:16:240:16:27

# So darling, hold me, closely, tonight

0:16:290:16:35

# Because if you open your eyes

0:16:380:16:41

# I'll never let you go. #

0:16:430:16:45

Wretch 32, what do you think of him?

0:16:470:16:50

I think he's amazing. I think the stuff that he's doing is really cool.

0:16:500:16:53

I'd like him to come on the show soon. He'd be good.

0:16:530:16:56

-We had him...

-Was it the first series?

-Yes.

0:16:560:16:59

-So hopefully he can come back on the show, but...

-Please do.

0:16:590:17:02

..he's actually doing something with Cheryl Cole?

0:17:020:17:05

-Well, it's said he is.

-Them two together? I can't see that.

0:17:050:17:08

Well, they're both good in their own rights, so I think it could be...

0:17:080:17:11

-True. Could be a hit.

-..a magical moment.

0:17:110:17:14

But anyway, my next pick is Lawson with When She Was Mine.

0:17:140:17:19

# Just a picture on the wall

0:17:190:17:22

# I'm surrounded by it all

0:17:220:17:24

# Got to walk before I fall, yeah

0:17:240:17:29

# Fall out, out on the street

0:17:290:17:30

# Street light, light over for me

0:17:300:17:33

# So far from where I used to be

0:17:330:17:35

# When she was mine

0:17:350:17:38

# Everything was easy

0:17:380:17:40

# Everything was simple

0:17:400:17:43

# Never felt so good when she was mine

0:17:430:17:47

# I wanted to remember

0:17:470:17:50

# Never missed a second

0:17:500:17:53

# But I wish I could forget

0:17:530:17:55

# Forget that she was mine. #

0:17:550:17:59

-What do you think?

-Amazing. Didn't they tour with The Wanted?

0:17:590:18:02

They did, actually. But no, I think the song's really good.

0:18:020:18:05

-At first I wasn't really...

-Yes, I wasn't really feeling it.

0:18:050:18:08

-..but it's grown on me.

-It's getting better.

-Really?

0:18:080:18:11

It's not really my cup of tea to be honest, Dionne.

0:18:110:18:14

-Well, they're performing next week.

-On the show?

-On the show.

0:18:140:18:16

Well, I have to see them live.

0:18:160:18:18

I think once you do, you'll definitely like them.

0:18:180:18:21

-Wicked.

-But my next pic, I think you'll like this one,

0:18:210:18:23

Nelly Furtado with Big Hoops.

0:18:230:18:26

# I betcha never seen something like that, like that, like that...

0:18:260:18:30

# Oh, oh, oh...

0:18:300:18:32

# I betcha never heard something like that, like that, like that...

0:18:320:18:36

#Oh, oh, oh...

0:18:360:18:37

# I betcha never seen something like that, like that, like that...

0:18:370:18:41

# Oh, oh, oh...

0:18:410:18:42

# I betcha never heard something like that, like that, like that...

0:18:420:18:46

# Oh, oh, oh...

0:18:460:18:48

# I betcha never heard something like that

0:18:480:18:50

# The bigger, the better, the bigger, the better... #

0:18:500:18:54

-I just love the base in that song.

-Do you know what?

0:18:540:18:57

I'm not going to lie, when I first heard it, I wasn't, like,

0:18:570:19:02

going crazy about it, if I'm honest with you.

0:19:020:19:04

But I love Nelly Furtado, so I kind of want to like the song.

0:19:040:19:07

The only thing that me engrossed in the music video, she's on stilts.

0:19:070:19:10

-Yes.

-Really high stilts and casually walking through the high street.

0:19:100:19:14

-But Nelly Furtado can do that.

-And I was thinking,

0:19:140:19:17

how did she do that through the high street for so long,

0:19:170:19:20

-walking on stilts?

-It's true.

-That's a good thing.

-It is good.

0:19:200:19:22

It's not only that, it's different,

0:19:220:19:24

and that's what makes me intrigued into it.

0:19:240:19:27

Definitely, my next pick is Chiddy Bang with Mind Your Manners.

0:19:270:19:30

# Say, I'm the man, tell me why I got to lie too

0:19:300:19:33

# Anybody, I'm the best, girl, let me advise you

0:19:330:19:35

# Why? Because I'm feeling invincible

0:19:350:19:37

# Junior high school, I had a crush on the principle

0:19:370:19:40

# I guess I was turned on by the leadership

0:19:400:19:42

# Now we got the gang wrapped up on some pita...

0:19:420:19:45

# So tell a hater, here's the slammer

0:19:450:19:47

# I know they hating on this, but mind your manners. #

0:19:470:19:50

-# Manners, take a second look and you'll see

-(And you'll see.)

0:19:500:19:53

-# There is no-one like me

-(Like me.)

0:19:530:19:55

-# Th-there is no-one like me

-(Like me.)

-Like me.

0:19:550:19:59

-# Manners, you better reconsider

-(Consider.)

0:19:590:20:02

-# Cause you will never do better

-(Do better.)

0:20:020:20:06

-# There is no-one like me. #

-(Like me.)

0:20:060:20:08

-It kind of just makes you want to smile and, uplifting.

-It does.

0:20:080:20:11

It's just a head bop at first and then you get the smile going.

0:20:110:20:15

I think it's going to do well and I hope it does.

0:20:150:20:17

Hopefully they can come on the show.

0:20:170:20:19

Definitely. Come back, we want you.

0:20:190:20:21

So for my final pick, she won X Factor, she's had three number ones,

0:20:210:20:24

-that's three, Richard.

-Three?!

0:20:240:20:26

She's been hanging out with us today and now she's here to perform.

0:20:260:20:29

Everybody, give it up for Alexandra Burke, with Let It Go.

0:20:290:20:32

Oh, er, fringe.

0:25:370:25:39

Nice, OK. Well, Ceallach, how do you think you did?

0:25:390:25:43

-All right?

-Not as good as last series.

-Really?

-Yes.

0:25:430:25:46

-22.

0:25:460:25:48

0:25:540:25:56

-At least I beat Nathan. If you're watching, Nathan.

-Cool.

0:26:050:26:07

And that is star download complete.

0:26:070:26:10

Now when we heard about the celebrity tournament, Soccer Six,

0:26:150:26:19

we all thought, we are going to pop along,

0:26:190:26:22

and represent Friday Download.

0:26:220:26:23

CHEERING So we did,

0:26:230:26:25

but we didn't think the competition was going to be as good as it was.

0:26:250:26:28

Unfortunately, you couldn't make it, Georgia?

0:26:280:26:31

I couldn't, but how did you guys get on?

0:26:310:26:32

Well, let's have a look.

0:26:320:26:35

Hello, everyone.

0:26:360:26:37

We are West Ham United football ground at Upton Park.

0:26:370:26:40

0:26:400:26:44

It's going to be an amazing day. We got Ciaran with us, by the way.

0:26:440:26:47

Unfortunately I'm on my own because I am a girl.

0:26:470:26:50

She is but all the lads are together,

0:26:500:26:51

so we are going to win and we are going to share it.

0:26:510:26:54

ALL: Friday Download!

0:26:540:26:57

# Only getting started!

0:26:570:26:59

# I won't back down... #

0:26:590:27:00

-We had a group meeting.

-Yes.

-And we decided we need group celebrations.

0:27:050:27:08

We think we are going to be scoring a lot of goals.

0:27:080:27:11

Scenario, scenario, Cal has just scored.

0:27:110:27:13

Yes. Go, go, go.

0:27:130:27:15

Would you like some more grapes, Your Highness? Yes, please.

0:27:170:27:21

-Our first game is against the only one, Inbetweeners.

-1.15.

0:27:210:27:24

Do you know what?

0:27:240:27:25

I am going to show them that we are the swag team.

0:27:250:27:28

-Be there, 1.15.

-Or be square.

0:27:280:27:30

-How often should I do that?

-When you need it.

0:27:480:27:51

Right, well, that's me done for the day.

0:27:560:27:59

I've got to go home now, I've really hurt my leg.

0:27:590:28:02

We lost the first one, not only did we lose a game,

0:28:090:28:12

we lost a player, Tyger, he's gone home with a bad hamstring injury.

0:28:120:28:15

We'll power through and we want to do it more for Tyger.

0:28:150:28:17

Friday Download!

0:28:170:28:19

So, we are joined by our lovable rogues. All right, boys?

0:28:190:28:22

Very good, thank you.

0:28:220:28:23

We're not the best of football players.

0:28:230:28:25

Excuses, excuses.

0:28:250:28:27

What I want to know cos we have got our celebrations sorted,

0:28:270:28:30

have you got any?

0:28:300:28:32

We do the plank. He is going to plank.

0:28:320:28:35

-Originality.

-Let's see if we can do it.

0:28:370:28:40

-It is like, shoot.

-Yes!

0:28:400:28:44

Hey, hey! Lucien, what is your favourite celebration if you score?

0:28:460:28:49

Celebration has got to be.

0:28:490:28:51

Jump on it, jump on it, jump on it.

0:28:540:28:57

I'm with the CBBC team, not with the boys,

0:29:000:29:02

cos unfortunately, I'm not a boy.

0:29:020:29:04

CHEERING

0:29:060:29:08

MORE CHEERING

0:29:110:29:14

# All the boys and the girls. #

0:29:200:29:23

We did really well, we got two and they got two so it's a draw.

0:29:230:29:26

I had no idea what was going on most of the time.

0:29:260:29:29

-Just running up and down out of breath...

-2-2!

0:29:290:29:31

It was fun. Dionne!

0:29:310:29:33

Yes! We are playing Lovable Rogues, which you might know

0:29:340:29:38

from Britain's Got Talent. I previewed it in TV Download.

0:29:380:29:41

They've got a few extra on their team as well, but we're 1-0 up.

0:29:410:29:44

-Go on!

-Come on, Richard!

0:29:440:29:46

I'm here with my new weekend buddy, Kieran.

0:29:460:29:48

You want to see this guy's celebration. Immense.

0:29:480:29:51

This guy can do backflips.

0:29:510:29:52

Oh! We just beat Lovable Rogues 3-2.

0:29:520:29:56

If we'd lost we'd be out, but I told you,

0:29:560:29:58

Friday Download are the best and we'll go far

0:29:580:30:00

in this competition, so just watch out.

0:30:000:30:02

So we showed you our celebration, what's yours?

0:30:020:30:05

What we do, look up then go bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam,

0:30:050:30:09

bam, bam, bam, bam, bump...

0:30:090:30:10

Then bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam.

0:30:100:30:13

Bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam.

0:30:130:30:15

RHYTHMIC SHOUTING

0:30:150:30:17

-Wahey!

-Bam, ba-ba-bam.

-Oosh!

0:30:170:30:21

Smashed you out the ballpark, mate.

0:30:210:30:23

CHEERING

0:30:280:30:30

Woo!

0:30:320:30:33

We didn't come first or second, we came third.

0:30:330:30:35

-Respectable.

-That's cool.

0:30:350:30:36

On a brighter note, we did have the best goal celebrations.

0:30:360:30:39

-Exactly.

-Better luck next year for Friday Download.

-Yep.

0:30:390:30:41

-Soccer Six Download, complete.

-Chicken time, let's roll.

0:30:410:30:45

OK, so welcome to Backstage Download,

0:30:490:30:51

-and we decided to put little Ceallach to the test.

-Pardon?

0:30:510:30:54

-Say hello, Ceal.

-Hello, how are you doing, everyone?

0:30:540:30:57

I don't know where anyone, anything, is.

0:30:570:30:59

OK, so as we know, Ceallach is a bit of a master

0:30:590:31:01

in eating disgusting foods. If there was a competition, he'd win.

0:31:010:31:05

But do you want to remind us of some of the stuff you've eaten

0:31:050:31:08

-on the show?

-Yeah.

0:31:080:31:09

Georgia, I have eaten some Brussels sprouts,

0:31:090:31:11

I've eaten mushy peas, I've eaten apple cores.

0:31:110:31:15

-So basically everything that's ever been on the show?

-Yeah, Dionne.

0:31:150:31:18

-Food-wise. I'm over here.

-Oh, sorry!

0:31:180:31:22

Basically we've got three sandwiches with...let's just say...

0:31:220:31:27

-Unique.

-Yeah, unique fillings.

-OK.

0:31:270:31:29

-And you've got to basically guess what they are.

-OK.

0:31:290:31:31

-So, are you ready?

-Give me it.

-So, first one.

-I'm nervous.

0:31:310:31:36

-Ooh!

-You should be. Right.

0:31:360:31:37

-Oh, don't do this to me.

-Here we go. Right, here's the sandwich.

0:31:370:31:42

-Thanks. Can I smell it?

-Hmm...

0:31:420:31:43

I think just go straight in for a bite, to be honest with you.

0:31:430:31:47

All right.

0:31:470:31:48

-What do you think it is?

-Jam.

-Right.

-Cheese and jam.

0:31:510:31:57

-That is in fact cheese and jam. Well done, you.

-Correct.

0:31:570:32:00

OK, here's your second one.

0:32:000:32:02

-Banana.

-Yes, and?

-Let's put it away.

-Water?

-Banana and...

0:32:030:32:09

It's going to get to me when you tell me what it is. What is it?

0:32:110:32:13

-Brown sauce.

-OK, here you go.

-That makes me feel sick.

-Really?

0:32:130:32:18

-Poor thing.

-Oh, dear. Here you go.

-This is delicious.

0:32:180:32:21

-OK, go on, then.

-Georgia, you're smiling while you say it!

0:32:220:32:26

-That's mustard and summat.

-Pass some water.

-Mustard and... Guess?

0:32:280:32:31

-Something else, it's sweet.

-Sugar?

-Have it over campfires, roast it.

0:32:310:32:35

Camping...

0:32:350:32:36

-Marshmallow!

-Yes!

-If I'd bitten into it more, I'd have got it.

0:32:360:32:40

-But I got that initial...

-I don't blame you for not.

0:32:400:32:42

Mustard taste. So, Ceal, you can take the blindfold off now.

0:32:420:32:46

-How was that, Ceal?

-Horrible.

-So grim, right?

0:32:460:32:50

And look how lovely they look(!)

0:32:500:32:52

So we can now confirm that you got three out of three.

0:32:520:32:54

This is what I do for people at home. Only them.

0:32:540:32:57

If it was anybody else, I wouldn't do it.

0:32:570:32:59

Right, so, everybody, that's Backstage Download complete.

0:32:590:33:02

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:33:050:33:07

OK, so welcome to Hot Or Not,

0:33:070:33:09

and we have the wonderful Alexandra Burke with us.

0:33:090:33:11

-Yeah!

-CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:33:110:33:13

Alexandra, do you want to kick us off with a topic?

0:33:130:33:15

-Absolutely. My hot is little dogs. Little small dogs.

-OK.

-They're hot.

0:33:150:33:21

Hold on, don't move yet, I've got to describe. Hold on, hold on.

0:33:210:33:24

-OK, sorry! I'm so sure.

-You just want to move anyway, yes!

0:33:240:33:26

Well, I have a little dog, his name's Alfie and he's this big,

0:33:260:33:29

and he's the cutest little thing in the world.

0:33:290:33:33

-Aw!

-And he's hot!

-OK.

-Come on, I don't understand.

-I'm scared of dogs.

0:33:330:33:38

I have to be introduced to the dog. I have to be with it for ages...

0:33:380:33:41

-Spend some time.

-..before I can sit down with it.

0:33:410:33:44

I understand. A lot of people have a phobia of dogs, small or big.

0:33:440:33:46

Overgrown rats. I don't really... Oh, no!

0:33:460:33:49

LAUGHTER

0:33:490:33:50

Your one... No, I'm talking about tiny chihuahuas.

0:33:500:33:52

-Oh.

-The tiny, tiny ones.

-I thought you were disrespecting my dog.

0:33:520:33:55

-I'd be running!

-My dog's not even here to defend himself!

0:33:550:33:59

Yeah, chihuahuas, they're cute, but people call them little...

0:33:590:34:02

-Overgrown rats.

-OK, yeah.

-It's hot.

-It's hot.

-Alfie is hot.

-Alfie's hot.

0:34:020:34:07

-Very hot.

-Awesome.

-My Hot Or Not is the Eurovision Song Contest.

0:34:070:34:11

I'm actually entering... I'm not really!

0:34:110:34:14

The final is on tomorrow night, 8pm on BBC One,

0:34:140:34:16

and there are 26 acts competing from all over Europe.

0:34:160:34:20

It is the competition's 57th year and it's taking place in Azerbaijan.

0:34:200:34:24

-Oh, good old Azerbaijan.

-Yeah.

0:34:240:34:26

So that's Azerbaijan, and let's have a quick look at some of the entries.

0:34:260:34:30

-This is Engelbert Humperdinck.

-Oh, what?

-Flying the flag for us.

-No way!

0:34:300:34:34

This is our guy, and he's singing Love Will Set You Free.

0:34:340:34:37

He looks a bit like a Michael Caine character.

0:34:370:34:40

I thought his name was a joke.

0:34:400:34:42

He changed it deliberately by deed poll, didn't he?

0:34:420:34:44

I thought people were joking.

0:34:440:34:46

Listen, Engelbert Humperdinck is a good friend of mine.

0:34:460:34:49

-Mr Humperdinck.

-Is he even big?

0:34:490:34:52

I've never even heard of him until now.

0:34:520:34:55

-Next we have...

-Jedward!

0:34:550:34:56

-I would rather Jedward.

-I would.

-In that situation.

0:34:560:34:58

They're in Ireland, though.

0:34:580:35:00

So these are entering, competing for Ireland.

0:35:000:35:03

Second year in the role with their track, Waterline.

0:35:030:35:06

I actually hope they win.

0:35:060:35:08

And finally now, this is a personal favourite act of mine.

0:35:080:35:12

These ladies have some major swag and they are Russian entries.

0:35:120:35:16

They are Party For Everybody.

0:35:160:35:18

There are called the Buranovo Grannies.

0:35:180:35:21

I think that's a new thing.

0:35:210:35:23

-Could they be your dancers?

-I'd have to change my image.

0:35:230:35:25

-That could be your next tour.

-I could try.

0:35:250:35:27

I think it's quite a fun evening. Sit in with a friend, eat loads.

0:35:270:35:30

I just think it's all a bit cheesy.

0:35:300:35:32

I was really rooting for the hotness of that right then

0:35:320:35:35

and the grannies threw me off, so...

0:35:350:35:37

-Aw! I think it's hot.

-So that is not hot.

-Right, so that's not hot.

0:35:370:35:43

My Hot Or Not is actually from our web forums. It's from

0:35:430:35:46

-Plum Peachy Peasant.

-Real name.

0:35:460:35:48

Pheasant? You're not a peasant! My Hot Or Not is...sushi.

0:35:480:35:55

Yay! Bring it on.

0:35:550:35:57

THEY BICKER

0:35:570:36:01

-Oh, what?

-I love sushi.

-Do we have any soy sauce?

0:36:010:36:04

Sushi is basically uncooked fish

0:36:040:36:06

that you eat and you dip it in sauces and stuff.

0:36:060:36:09

-Nice with soy sauce.

-Comes with rice.

-I don't like the ginger.

0:36:090:36:11

No, oh, no. Or the wasabi.

0:36:110:36:13

-Ginger's really good for you.

-Wasabi puts me off.

0:36:130:36:15

-It's good for your voice as well.

-So I'd say sushi's not hot.

0:36:150:36:18

-You're actually...!

-He always does it.

0:36:180:36:21

I don't know how you can sit next to him.

0:36:210:36:24

-That was not hot, by the way.

-Definitely not hot.

-OK.

0:36:240:36:27

So I have one from the audience, so Eve's suggestion.

0:36:270:36:30

-Do you want to tell us your suggestion?

-Hello, Eve.

0:36:300:36:33

-Hey. Handshakes.

-Handshakes. What do we think?

0:36:330:36:36

-Oh!

-Definitely hot.

-I think they're hot.

0:36:360:36:39

-Do you mean the fancy ones or...

-Wait, wait, wait,

0:36:390:36:41

we're going to demonstrate one right now.

0:36:410:36:43

-Just on a street.

-Cazh, just cazh.

0:36:430:36:45

-Whoa, Ceal.

-What's going on?

-All right, man. Oosh!

0:36:450:36:48

Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.

0:36:480:36:51

-Boom, boom, boom, boom, bang.

-Yes!

0:36:510:36:53

-Yes!

-I think, with a handshake, it depends on the situation.

0:36:530:36:58

In a meeting, I won't walk in and spend ten minutes doing handshakes.

0:36:580:37:01

-This is normal handshakes.

-I like a cuddle, cuddles are nice.

0:37:010:37:05

-Cuddles are nice.

-Cuddles are nice, to be fair.

0:37:050:37:07

-Don't refuse me!

-ALL: Oh!

0:37:070:37:11

-All right, I'll give you a cuddle.

-I don't even want one.

0:37:110:37:13

-What do you think of handshakes?

-Come on, Rich.

0:37:130:37:15

I quite like that handshake you guys done, so I'm thinking it's quite hot.

0:37:150:37:19

-Hot.

-I'm going hot.

-KLAXON

0:37:190:37:22

-That's the klaxon so a massive thank you to Alexandra Burke.

-Thank you.

0:37:220:37:25

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:37:250:37:27

-And that is Hot Or Not complete.

-Whoo!

0:37:270:37:29

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:37:290:37:30

With the Olympics round the corner, we're checking out a sport

0:37:340:37:37

that'll be really big this summer.

0:37:370:37:39

So we sent out our new presenter Talia to go and learn.

0:37:390:37:41

Let's see how she got on.

0:37:410:37:42

Hi, I'm Talia, and welcome to Weekend Download.

0:37:440:37:47

Now, when I found out I was playing beach volleyball

0:37:470:37:49

I got pretty excited.

0:37:490:37:50

But then I realised, it's not that kind of beach.

0:37:500:37:53

RECORD SCRATCHES

0:37:530:37:54

I'm Joe Lambe, I'm 19

0:38:000:38:02

and I'm part of the England junior volleyball team.

0:38:020:38:04

-My name's Sam.

-I'm Julie.

-We're both 18,

0:38:040:38:07

we both play for the junior national team.

0:38:070:38:10

I play it mainly cos it gives you a buzz,

0:38:100:38:12

just being friendly with your team-mates

0:38:120:38:15

and constantly playing. It's a social buzz as well.

0:38:150:38:18

-Hey, guys.

-Hi, all right?

-My name's Talia. Where exactly are we today?

0:38:230:38:27

We're at the National Volleyball Centre in Kettering

0:38:270:38:30

on the beach court, and we're all part of the England junior squad.

0:38:300:38:33

Nice. And you're going to be teaching me today, yeah?

0:38:330:38:36

Yes, some basic beach volleyball skills.

0:38:360:38:38

I've got all my gear on but I've not got any experience. Will that matter?

0:38:380:38:41

-No, not at all. We teach beginners all the time.

-So what's first?

0:38:410:38:44

-I think we'll have to start you off on the serve.

-Great, let's go.

0:38:440:38:48

OK, so here we are on the court.

0:38:510:38:53

Normally with serving, we'd be on the backline,

0:38:530:38:55

but for beginners we'll bring you forward.

0:38:550:38:57

-Right or left-handed?

-Right.

0:38:570:38:58

-Right, so I want you to put your left foot forward a bit.

-OK.

0:38:580:39:01

Right leg back. A bit to the side. That's it.

0:39:010:39:05

And bend your knees a little bit.

0:39:050:39:07

Put your fist out, clench it as hard as you can, and you want to be

0:39:070:39:10

hitting the ball from the palm a little bit.

0:39:100:39:12

-OK.

-So around here, but don't catch your wrist cos that'll hurt.

0:39:120:39:15

-All right.

-We're holding the ball out in front of us,

0:39:150:39:17

-literally hit it out of your hand, if you want to give that a go.

-OK.

0:39:170:39:22

Perfect.

0:39:240:39:25

Looks like you've got the underarm serve perfect,

0:39:280:39:30

-so we'll move you on to an overarm serve if you want.

-Great, yeah.

0:39:300:39:33

Normally we'd hit open-hand,

0:39:330:39:34

but we'll start you off on a clenched fist again,

0:39:340:39:37

-hitting it in the same place, avoiding the wrist.

-All right.

0:39:370:39:39

So we bring the ball out like we did in the first place,

0:39:390:39:42

then we bring our arm back like you're an archer,

0:39:420:39:45

-and then throw your hand up a little bit and just hit the ball.

-OK.

0:39:450:39:48

Perfect. So now that you know how to serve,

0:39:520:39:54

-we need to get you receiving one of your serves.

-All right.

0:39:540:39:57

So much like the other one, we start with one foot forwards, normally,

0:39:570:40:02

and most importantly here is bring your arms together.

0:40:020:40:04

When I put my hands together I always use the butterfly technique,

0:40:040:40:07

together like that. What you're aiming for here

0:40:070:40:10

-is for the ball to hit you there.

-Right.

0:40:100:40:13

When the ball's coming into you, you need to bend your knees

0:40:130:40:16

-As you're hitting it, bring your knees up.

-OK.

0:40:160:40:18

-OK, ready to try some?

-Yeah.

0:40:180:40:20

Remember, where your shoulders are facing

0:40:200:40:22

-is where you want the ball to go.

-OK.

0:40:220:40:24

Ooh, that was a bit high!

0:40:240:40:26

-Try and use your legs a bit.

-OK.

0:40:260:40:28

Perfect. OK, so now you've got some of the basics,

0:40:290:40:33

I'll throw you in at the deep end

0:40:330:40:34

-and we'll play against some of my England squad-mates.

-What?

0:40:340:40:38

-You'll be fine.

-Er, OK!

0:40:380:40:40

Right, OK, so let's get some tactics in here now.

0:40:410:40:43

-Remember what I talked about?

-Yeah.

-Perfect. Let's go.

0:40:430:40:46

COWBOY MUSIC PLAYS

0:40:460:40:49

Anyone can get into it. You can get beach volleyball nets

0:40:560:40:58

which are quite easily set up anywhere you want.

0:40:580:41:00

-You just need a big space.

-If I'd suggest someone playing,

0:41:000:41:03

I would say probably just go down the park,

0:41:030:41:05

set up a bit of rope and just knock a ball around, really.

0:41:050:41:09

-Doing the basics.

-THEY LAUGH

0:41:090:41:10

If you wanted to try out a new sport, volleyball's a great one to learn.

0:41:120:41:15

Step one - find yourself a ball and a net.

0:41:150:41:18

Balls cost about £10 and a net is under £20.

0:41:180:41:21

You could use a badminton net

0:41:210:41:22

or even a rope and two poles if you have them.

0:41:220:41:25

Set the net to 2.5 metres high and mark out your court using tape

0:41:250:41:29

on grass or sand, or chalk on a hard surface,

0:41:290:41:32

nine metres out from the net on each side.

0:41:320:41:34

You can also use a court at your local leisure centre,

0:41:340:41:37

but make sure you wear elbow and knee pads if playing on a hard surface.

0:41:370:41:41

Step two - practising.

0:41:410:41:43

To serve, stand on the end line marking

0:41:430:41:45

and make a fist with your hand, keeping your

0:41:450:41:48

fingers flat. Strike underneath the ball with the heel of your hand

0:41:480:41:51

and make sure you follow through in the direction want the ball to go.

0:41:510:41:54

To return the ball, put two hands together like so,

0:41:540:41:58

with your elbows extended, making sure you're in the right position

0:41:580:42:01

before the ball arrives. For targets that are closer,

0:42:010:42:04

move your hands further away from your body.

0:42:040:42:06

Step three - playing a game. Find some friends to play with you.

0:42:060:42:09

You can play with up to six per team or as little as two.

0:42:090:42:12

You can even practice on your own using a marker to aim at.

0:42:120:42:15

The rules are the ball can't touch the ground,

0:42:150:42:18

and each team can have three hits before returning it.

0:42:180:42:20

You win a point by stopping the other players from returning.

0:42:200:42:23

The first to reach 21 points wins.

0:42:230:42:26

So, I've learnt a new sport, taken on the England squad

0:42:260:42:29

and been to the beach all in one day.

0:42:290:42:32

So that means that's Weekend Download complete.

0:42:320:42:34

So for this week's Fail Download,

0:42:380:42:40

we'll be focusing on sleep fails, so let's have a look.

0:42:400:42:44

You know what it's like,

0:42:450:42:46

you're out hanging on a skiing holiday with your family,

0:42:460:42:49

you're wearing a snazzy helmet,

0:42:490:42:51

you're having the best day of your life,

0:42:510:42:53

but it's just all so exhausting.

0:42:530:42:55

Yeah, he's actually sleeping whilst standing up in his ski boots.

0:42:550:42:58

Genius.

0:42:580:43:00

There really is SNOW hope for him on those slopes.

0:43:000:43:03

Snow hope!

0:43:030:43:04

It's not just us humans who have a few problems with sleeping.

0:43:070:43:10

This canine is having the perfect kip,

0:43:100:43:12

but he seems to have forgotten he is asleep.

0:43:120:43:14

There he is, fast asleep, dreaming that he's running through the park

0:43:140:43:17

chasing a cat.

0:43:170:43:18

Go on, you've almost got it, faster!

0:43:180:43:21

You're never going to catch it because you're asleep.

0:43:210:43:24

Yep, he really is a dozy dog.

0:43:240:43:26

Hang on, this kitten is still awake.

0:43:290:43:31

Maybe it's not a sleep fail after all.

0:43:310:43:34

Wait, look at the eyes. They're going, they're going, gone!

0:43:340:43:37

Completely failing to stay awake. It's tiring being that cute.

0:43:370:43:41

I should know!

0:43:410:43:43

(Aidan!)

0:43:450:43:47

Hello?

0:43:470:43:49

I guess that's Sleepy Fail Download complete.

0:43:490:43:52

Aidan? Aidan? Oi!

0:43:520:43:56

Welcome to TV and Movie Download,

0:44:000:44:02

where I will be giving you my favourite TV and movie picks.

0:44:020:44:05

The first one is Shake It Up.

0:44:050:44:07

You might remember I reviewed this in the first series,

0:44:070:44:09

and it is now a popular hit show on Disney Channel.

0:44:090:44:11

Some say I have an eye for these types of shows.

0:44:110:44:14

If you don't know what it is, CeCe and Rocky Blue are best friends,

0:44:140:44:17

and they are following their dream

0:44:170:44:19

of becoming popular dancers on a teen show.

0:44:190:44:21

I'm not going to tell you much about this episode,

0:44:210:44:23

because I've got CeCe and Rocky Blue to tell you themselves.

0:44:230:44:26

Take it away, CeCe and Rocky.

0:44:260:44:28

BOTH: Hey, Ceallach and Friday Download.

0:44:280:44:30

-I am Bella Thorn.

-And Zendaya here.

0:44:300:44:32

In this episode, Parent Trap It Up, my character's dad helps

0:44:330:44:37

propose to her mom and we have a special guest.

0:44:370:44:40

The one and only Tyra Banks, which is super cool.

0:44:400:44:44

Take a look at the clip.

0:44:440:44:46

I bet if you take off those glasses and lost the pencils

0:44:460:44:49

in your hair, and did your make-up, well, not like that...

0:44:490:44:52

..you would look just like a model.

0:44:540:44:57

A model?

0:44:570:44:58

SHE LAUGHS

0:44:580:45:00

Stop.

0:45:000:45:02

You!

0:45:020:45:03

Hardly.

0:45:030:45:05

Sssh!

0:45:120:45:13

Thank you very much for that, girls.

0:45:130:45:16

Just my best friends there.

0:45:160:45:17

We're like that. Thank you very much.

0:45:170:45:21

Out in the cinema this week is Men In Black 3.

0:45:210:45:24

This is the third instalment in the Men In Black series and I can't wait.

0:45:240:45:28

Agent J, played by Will Smith,

0:45:280:45:29

must go back in time to save a younger version of his partner.

0:45:290:45:32

If he doesn't do so, he not only puts in danger the future

0:45:320:45:35

version of Agent K, but also the danger of planet Earth itself.

0:45:350:45:39

There is a lot lying on Agent J's shoulders.

0:45:390:45:41

Not only that, he only has 24 hours to do it, because,

0:45:410:45:45

if he doesn't do it in 24 hours, he will be lost in the past for ever.

0:45:450:45:48

I don't know what I'd do.

0:45:480:45:51

I think you're all looking forward to a preview trailer.

0:45:510:45:54

You might not know it, but I am part of the alien task force team.

0:45:540:45:57

Here's a preview clip.

0:45:570:45:59

Don't worry. There are no aliens about. Take a look at this clip.

0:46:000:46:04

There's aliens in the clip.

0:46:040:46:06

Somehow, history has been rewritten.

0:46:060:46:07

There has to be a reason this is happening.

0:46:070:46:09

K seems to be at the centre of it.

0:46:090:46:11

They're sending me back to 1969.

0:46:110:46:13

-K?

-How do you know my name?

0:46:140:46:16

I'm an agent of Men In Black but I'm from the future. We're partners.

0:46:160:46:20

We're running out of time, we're running out of clues

0:46:200:46:23

and there's an invasion coming. Really, we need to go right now.

0:46:230:46:26

As we said at the start of the show, Justin Bieber

0:46:300:46:33

and Lady Gaga do make cameo appearances in the film as aliens.

0:46:330:46:36

Nicole Scherzinger makes her movie debut in the film. All very exciting.

0:46:360:46:41

I'm going to take these off now. I'm an agent no more. I'm undercover.

0:46:410:46:44

Keep it quiet.

0:46:440:46:46

Next up is Up All Night, and it's out on DVD.

0:46:460:46:50

You might know what this DVD is about. I will explain it to you.

0:46:500:46:53

Five boys. They're a band.

0:46:530:46:54

They have sold six million records in six months.

0:46:540:46:58

They have made history by being the first UK boy band

0:46:580:47:02

to have their first debut album go to number one in America. Can you guess?

0:47:020:47:06

It's only my old pal, One Direction.

0:47:060:47:08

Oh, yes. They have got their DVD out and the DVD follows them on tour.

0:47:080:47:13

It's all about what they get up to behind the scenes.

0:47:130:47:16

There is also the tour and the show in Bournemouth.

0:47:160:47:19

You get to see all the gossip, what they get up to backstage.

0:47:190:47:22

If you're a One Direction fan,

0:47:220:47:24

or you want to see what it's like to be in a concert,

0:47:240:47:26

have a look at this.

0:47:260:47:27

# When he opens his arms and holds you close tonight

0:47:270:47:33

# It just won't feel right

0:47:330:47:35

# Cos I can love you more than this

0:47:350:47:39

# Yeah

0:47:390:47:40

# When he lays you down I might just die inside

0:47:400:47:45

# It just don't feel right

0:47:450:47:48

# Cos I can love you more than this

0:47:480:47:51

# Yeah

0:47:520:47:54

# I've never had the words to say

0:47:540:47:57

# But now I'm asking you to stay

0:47:570:48:01

# For a little while inside my arms

0:48:010:48:07

Yes, guys. It is official. I am the sixth member of One Direction.

0:48:070:48:10

We're known as 6D now.

0:48:100:48:12

I've spoken to the boys, so if you want to know me now

0:48:120:48:14

as One Direction, you can.

0:48:140:48:16

For now, it's TV and Movie Download complete.

0:48:160:48:19

We're in the Star Download with Alexandra Burke.

0:48:220:48:25

Basically, the aim of the game is to answer as many questions

0:48:250:48:28

-as you can in 60 seconds.

-OK. Oh, gosh.

0:48:280:48:30

-You've got to beat 20.

-20 questions?!

0:48:300:48:32

Yes. Alexandra, you have 60 seconds

0:48:320:48:35

to answer as many questions as possible.

0:48:350:48:38

Be honest, be entertaining and, most of all, be quick. Are you ready?

0:48:380:48:43

-Yes.

-60 seconds on the clock from when I start reading this.

0:48:430:48:46

Are you still in touch with JLS?

0:48:460:48:49

-Yes.

-If you could go back in time, when would you go back to?

0:48:490:48:53

The 1980s.

0:48:530:48:54

What's the most embarrassing thing you've done when you were younger?

0:48:540:48:57

Dropped on the stage.

0:48:570:48:58

If you were stuck on the top of a mountain, what would you do?

0:48:580:49:01

-Um, run.

-Have you got any tips for someone doing a talent show?

0:49:010:49:05

Always be yourself.

0:49:050:49:07

-What pets do you have?

-A dog.

0:49:070:49:10

What is the worst thing you have ever eaten in your life?

0:49:100:49:13

It has to be mayonnaise. I don't like mayonnaise.

0:49:130:49:16

If you could be a child again for a day, what would you do?

0:49:160:49:19

I'd go to a theme park.

0:49:190:49:21

How did you feel singing with Beyonce?

0:49:210:49:26

Amazing.

0:49:260:49:27

What's your favourite place you've been?

0:49:270:49:29

-Jamaica.

-What you do when you learn your songs off by heart?

0:49:290:49:35

I just have to keep practising.

0:49:350:49:38

If you could be an animal, what would you be?

0:49:380:49:40

-A bird.

-Who is your favourite Friday Download presenter?

0:49:400:49:44

Dionne!

0:49:440:49:45

Did you decide to enter X Factor yourself or did someone persuade you?

0:49:450:49:49

My mum and brother.

0:49:490:49:50

-14.

-That's not bad.

-That's not bad.

0:49:500:49:53

That's not too bad.

0:49:530:49:55

-As we love you a lot, we'll move everyone else down.

-Amazing.

0:49:550:49:59

-And put you here.

-I appreciate that. My big old face. Hello.

0:49:590:50:02

It's me.

0:50:020:50:04

Right, say goodbye to Lisa. Hello, Georgia.

0:50:040:50:08

There you go. That's Star Download complete.

0:50:080:50:11

Hello, everyone. Welcome to Just For Laughs.

0:50:150:50:17

Today, I'm going to show you guys a magic trick,

0:50:170:50:20

how to make a coin disappear.

0:50:200:50:22

Bear with me. Sometimes I get this wrong.

0:50:220:50:26

Basically, what you need is a cup. Could you examine that for me?

0:50:260:50:30

Tell me if it is a normal cup.

0:50:300:50:32

-That's a normal cup.

-Nice one. Preferably, a see-through cup.

0:50:320:50:37

A 20p piece or any other coin.

0:50:370:50:39

Could you verify that is a legit 20p piece?

0:50:390:50:43

Thank you. You also need a piece of A4 paper.

0:50:430:50:48

Basically, what will happen is the coin is going to go on the table

0:50:480:50:52

and I will place the plastic glass over it.

0:50:520:50:56

If I am making this coin disappear,

0:50:560:51:00

I don't want to let you guys in on the magic.

0:51:000:51:03

I'll cover it up like this so you can't see it.

0:51:030:51:08

Keep a keen eye on that coin.

0:51:080:51:11

With a magical gesture...

0:51:110:51:14

APPLAUSE

0:51:140:51:17

Actually, I did say at the start of the trick

0:51:170:51:20

that I was going to make the coin disappear.

0:51:200:51:23

I guess I have done the trick a bit wrong, but that is part of the trick.

0:51:230:51:27

You are trying to make the glass disappear, as that's more impressive.

0:51:270:51:30

Now I'm going to explain how it's done.

0:51:300:51:33

What you need is a big box with something soft in it.

0:51:330:51:39

I have my favourite dressing gown in here.

0:51:390:51:42

That will make it cushy.

0:51:420:51:43

You put that behind wherever you're standing.

0:51:430:51:48

Everything looks normal and everything is legit

0:51:480:51:52

until the point when this is over there.

0:51:520:51:55

You need a bit of misdirection.

0:51:550:51:57

I'm making everyone look at the coin by asking them to keep

0:51:570:52:00

an eye on the coin.

0:52:000:52:02

Because I'm looking up, other people will, and they won't be focusing

0:52:020:52:05

on this hand, which is basically sliding like this off the end,

0:52:050:52:10

and I'm dropping that into the box

0:52:100:52:14

of cushy stuff. It will not make a sound.

0:52:140:52:19

For this trick, I used a plastic glass.

0:52:190:52:21

Just in case it misses the box,

0:52:210:52:23

you don't want it breaking all over the floor.

0:52:230:52:25

With this in the box, I need to retain

0:52:250:52:28

the shape of the glass in my hand, which is easy to do with the paper.

0:52:280:52:32

Put it on top and do the magical gesture. Boom!

0:52:320:52:36

People should be amazed.

0:52:360:52:38

If you like, you can do the whole, "Oh, I did it wrong."

0:52:380:52:41

Sometimes it makes it a little bit more impressive.

0:52:410:52:44

Get practising that, and hopefully you will be able to impress everyone,

0:52:440:52:48

and that is the Just For Laughs Download complete.

0:52:480:52:50

Our Music Tribute for the week follows the alien theme

0:52:560:52:58

we've had throughout the day.

0:52:580:53:00

THEY HUM TWILIGHT ZONE THEME

0:53:000:53:01

It's Labrinth's Last Time.

0:53:010:53:03

A little fact for you, speaking of my old pal Labrinth.

0:53:030:53:05

He is not called Labrinth by birth.

0:53:050:53:08

-What?!

-Shocking. You could almost say scarily shocking.

0:53:080:53:13

-Almost out of this world.

-His name is Timothy.

-He's not Labrinth?

-No.

0:53:130:53:20

To be fair, it would have to be a name you would grow into.

0:53:200:53:23

Like Ceallach, baby Ceallach, you have to grow into.

0:53:230:53:26

I can't imagine a baby Ceallach.

0:53:260:53:28

It's a ridiculous name.

0:53:280:53:30

Who would be called it?

0:53:300:53:31

Look out for Callum from Birmingham who was at the bus stop

0:53:310:53:34

when he sees his sister being an alien.

0:53:340:53:36

This face of shock is amazing. He is having an ice cream.

0:53:360:53:40

-Take a look. What have you got?

-Chocolate.

0:53:400:53:43

I've got vanilla with a Flake.

# To go from one moment to another

0:54:150:54:22

# To know the world can be discovered

0:54:220:54:26

# And now it's my time to fly

0:54:280:54:34

I love the work those people put into extra-terrestrial outfits.

0:54:560:55:00

It was out of this world.

0:55:000:55:02

Did you see Elizabeth from Peterborough?

0:55:020:55:05

-I did.

-She turned herself green like one of Labrinth's aliens.

0:55:050:55:07

Incredible.

0:55:070:55:10

Aidan? He's gone green! He's an alien!

0:55:100:55:13

He's from out of this world!

0:55:130:55:15
