cos there was like a mic thing at the top of me.

He was standing there and I shook his hand,

and as I went to sit down, I went to pull my trousers up,

and I stood up and the mic banged me on the head.

and you've just got smacked in the head by a mic. Embarrassing.

So, Dionne, the Beebs - he's sold millions,

he's a millionaire, he's one of the biggest superstars in the world,

but what I really want to know -

This week I'll be teaching you a tiny little routine

to Skrillex, Bangarang, and this is what it looks like.

-Are you girls ready to dance?

I've got to ask one question - was one of you a ballet dancer?

-Karis.

Yeah? I don't really know ballet, I'm surprised.

Can you show us, before we go on to my moves, five positions of ballet?

-I'll try.

-I know you haven't got your ballet shoes at the moment.

I'm expecting pointes in them.

-OK. Girls, you've got to help me out.

All right, we start with first position.

This is so unattractive.

I've got to ask, cos I think I actually did that perfectly,

The routine I'm going to teach you this week looks like this.

We're going to go, one, two,

It's really simple.

First we stand, legs shoulder-width apart.

You're going to put your knee out.

Pop.

Just popping it out.

-Are you guys learning, as well?

-Come on, guys.

Pop your knee out, but as you do we're going to start a wave upwards.

You're going to bring it up and bring your arm out.

-Courtney'd be good at this.

-I don't know about this one!

Karis is like this!

I'm a ballet dancer!

-So we go left...

-OK, left.

..then we go right...

Then, what we do is pop, like this...

We're popping.

Then like this,

-then like this.

-How do you pop like that?

Has your body got to be really tense?

-You're tensing all your muscles.

-OK, OK.

Carys, which means love in Welsh, and that's Carys over there.

which is ironically what I've sort of done.

It depends what leg they are originally.

If they're an awkward length, fair enough, but if they're nice, I think just leave them.

How are you on that? You always do pin folds.

I can't really move at this point.

I always do a pin fold.

Yeah, I love pin folds, so we'll just imagine that you're here.

I like it. It makes it look a little more casual, more rugged,

you're not trying too hard when you roll up your jeans.

What about rain?

I mean, this is the thing - in England, when it's grey and cold,

I'm inclined to say not.

But, just hear me out, in Barbados when it rains,

it's warm rain, there's no school, no-one goes to work,

and it's just warm and cosy.

-You could go and have a party in the rain.

-I love rain.

It puts you to sleep, though.

Or when you're in a caravan and you can hear it on the top.

it's stops thousands of things breaking over the years.

I like the sound.

I don't like popping it, because that actually lowers its efficiency.

It makes it less protective.

The best part is if you do this...

I love when you've popped it all and think, "Aww,"

-and then you find one!

It annoys me when you can't find one, and you know there's one there.

I can never get it done.

which is going to sleep when it's still light.

Now it's summer you get to half past nine,

ten o'clock, it's still light.

But, Rich, it depends whether you mean at 5.30 in the morning, or...

No, at night time, say it's ten o'clock at night,

cos it's summer it's still light.

I can't get to sleep.

I'm for sleep at any time of the day.

I don't mind sleeping when it's still light.

I can't fall asleep in light. I can be asleep when it's light.

It just depends how tired I am.

With Father's Day this Sunday,

I reckon kids everywhere could probably do with a bit of reminding.

I know I'm always forgetting Father's Day.

She's right - she's always forgetting it.

Anyway, I'm here to surprise Maddy

and to help her plan something special for her dad.

I'm Maddy, I'm nine, and I really like horses and roller-skating.

WHINNIES

But I'm always forgetting Father's Day.

Let's get in there and surprise her and get out of this weather.

Hi, are you Maddy?

I'm Georgia. Um, you a bit surprised?

-Is it OK if I come in?

-Yeah.

-Cool, thank you.

OK, Maddy, I hear you're a bit stuck with what to do for Father's Day?

Yeah, I don't know what to get him, cos he's got quite a lot.

OK, is there anything maybe he needs help with?

Well, he always leaves early in the morning

and I don't get to see him much,

cos he always comes back late at night, as well.

-OK, so maybe something to help see him more often, then?

-Yeah.

Is there anything he likes?

Well, I know what he doesn't like. He doesn't like wearing a tie.

OK, I've got an idea for the present,

and I reckon we could probably do something about the tie situation with a card.

But what I really need you to do right now is

go off around the house and find some paper and some buttons, OK?

You've got three minutes to do this, all right?

I'm timing you, you ready? Get set, go!

OK, Maddy, so you've got everything that we need.

I've got the scissors.

-You stick, I'll cut, so, let's go.

-OK, that's cool.

To make your shirt-and-tie card,

take a piece of coloured, A4 thick paper, and fold it in half.

Cut a slit down the top of the card and fold it out to the sides.

Then cut a patterned piece of card into the shape of a tie.

Stick on to your card and add the buttons at the top.

Your card is now ready to write in, so you can write your message.

OK, Maddy, so there we have one shirt-and-tie card.

-Now don't tell me your dad has ever received one of them before.

-Definitely not!

-OK, so when's your dad due home?

-About ten minutes.

Right, OK, well, we'd best get a move on, really!

On to the next thing.

You said you didn't get to speak to your dad much in the mornings,

cos he goes off to work and stuff.

So, how about using the same card as before

to make a special message board for you to talk to your dad?

That sounds good, I can write messages to him at night

and he can reply in the morning, so I get to speak to him.

Exactly, that's the whole kind of idea.

Using this magnetic tape we can even stick the letters to the fridge.

-Is that all right?

-Yeah.

-Great - let's get cutting.

Personalising a gift for Father's Day,

or any other day of the year,

is a great way to show your parents you care without breaking the bank.

To make your own personalised fridge magnets,

you'll need a roll of magnetic tape - about £4 from a DIY store.

Then take some coloured card and cut into letters of your choice.

Cut the magnetic tape into pieces

and stick to the back of your letters.

Have fun spelling out whatever messages you like,

and Dad can even message back,

not just for Father's Day, but for any messages you like.

I think my dad liked the attention he's getting for Father's Day,

'but I think it went to his head a bit.'

I can't believe my daughter would be that considerate - she must have had help.

If that shirt-and-tie card won't make him wear a tie, nothing will.

I think it will make him wear a tie, cos he'll know he looks good in it

and he'll be more confident wearing them.

The moral of the story is don't forget Father's Day.

Just make sure Dad doesn't get too used to the attention.

It is Fast Girls.

You can't get much better than this. With the Olympics round the corner

I needed something to get me in the spirit,

and if you needed something like that too,

Fast Girls is the film for you.

Shania Edwards is just a normal girl from a council estate

and gets into the 200 metres sprint finals in the World Championship.

Go on, girl!

Then she realised, "I want to be part of the relay team."

You know what? Dreams can never be too far away, can they?

However, she doesn't get on with someone else in the relay team -

Lisa, who's a rich girl -

and they learn to come together to be the ultimate relay team.

They've got to trust each other, loyalty is a key thing in this film.

I really enjoyed it.

It's proper fast-paced, Shania's running like that.

Come on, Shania! I'm going in the cinema,

I'm passing this baton and I'm taking this baton,

and by the end of it I was exhausted.

It also stars one of my favourite English actors, Noel Clarke.

And you might recognise Bradley James,

who plays Arthur in Merlin.

Great film, and I can tell you Bradley James plays a bit of a key interest in the film.

The slip-up occurs when he is getting lunch

from the canteen. See if you can spot it.

Would you give up your bread?

Did you see? Let's rewind.

We can clearly see the dinner tray he is carrying

has a tin cup in the centre.

When we cut to a close-up, it has vanished.

Then, when he goes to sit down again, it has appeared again.

Just left out that little detail, right?

but it's horrendously addictive.

-which are random. This one has two monkeys playing badminton.
