Hello, everyone. Squiglet here.

Ooh, ooh, ooh!

Can you guess what I'm pretending to be?

I live in the jungle, and love bananas!

Ha-ha! A monkey!

Shall we squiggle our own monkey?

What sort of line could we use?

Let's have a look.

It's a curved line.

Have you got your Squiggle Pads

and Squiggle Sticks ready?

Let's get squiggling.

We'll start with the top of the monkey's head.

You'll need a curved line for that.

I love curved lines. Squiggle one with me.

Curve up...

..and over.

What's yours like?

Curve up, and over.

Now let's squiggle the rest of our monkey's head.

A round line all the way round.

You'll need two eyes.

One, two.

Two nostrils,

and a big, smiley mouth.

We need some more curved lines for his ears.

Curve around,

then another little curve inside.

And do the same for his other ear.

Now for our monkey's body.

Curve all the way round.

A round line for his tummy...

..two arms with wiggly fingers...

..one...

..two.

Two legs...

..one...

..two.

And of course, a tail.

And there's our monkey.

Would you like to meet him?

And guess what? There's an art competition in the jungle today,

and the prize is ten bananas!

But I'll never win. I'm not very good at painting.

I'm sure you are, Haraldo.

All you need is something interesting to paint.

Let's go and see what we can find.

Let's start with one of the bananas that grow on the jungle trees.

We'll need some more curved lines for that.

Ready?

Curve down, and around,

and again on the other side.

Curve down, and around.

Now some little straight lines at the top

and some more at the bottom.

And one more curved line down the middle.

There! One banana.

Why don't you colour yours in

while I squiggle the rest of the jungle?

Wow!

There are lots of beautiful things for you to paint here, Haraldo.

But where is everyone?

They must be getting ready for the art competition.

Oink, oink!

He's coming, he's coming!

Moonet, the famous artist.

He's flying in to judge our art competition.

I must finish my painting before he gets here.

Lastly, two curved lines.

I'm colouring my paintbrush in brown and red.

What colour are you going to make yours?

There! One paintbrush.

Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, I know. I'll try painting the waterfall.

Oh! It's come out as a banana!

Oh, I knew I wasn't any good at painting.

It doesn't look much like me,

but it's a beautiful banana, Haraldo.

Oh, oh. But I don't want to paint bananas!

Yes, it is I, Moonet, the famous artist.

I've travelled all over the world,

but I've never seen such a beautiful jungle,

and such a lovely airport.

ALL: Airport?

Yes, I just flew in, and the jungle airport is spectacular,

-around.

Squiglet, I've had an idea.

Moonet loves the airport.

Maybe if I paint it for him, I'll win the art competition.

Good idea, Haraldo. But we'll have to hurry. Come on!

I'm not sure.

And last of all,

a bumpy line all the way around,

to make the frame look really special.

I'm going to colour my frame in gold.
