Oh, and even worse, they're all droopy.

But we need balloons that are full of air.

Why isn't the tree making full balloons?

It's where we all make fun things out of balloons

and march them in a parade. It's a feast for the eyes.

If the balloons are empty, Mim-Mim will have a flat balloon animal.

We have to fix the balloon tree fast,

so we can get our balloons and get ready for the parade.

I wonder how we can fix it.

I know. Balloons need air to fill them up.

We need to find a way to get more air into those balloons.

Oh. But where does the balloon tree get its air from?

Huh.

Look at those rubbery tubes that lead away from the tree.

-Maybe those are air tubes.

-To fill the balloons! Very sensible.

Maybe if we follow those rubber tubes,

we can find out where the air comes from. Let's see where they go.

Looks like the tubes end here at...

-the Bubble Bubble Brook.

-Bubbles.

So the air in the balloon tree comes from the Bubble Bubble Brook.

These are little bubbles. Usually there are big bubbles.

It doesn't have as much air as usual.

We have to give the Bubble Bubble Brook more air.

-Who wants to help me blow bubbles?
