This is the story of me, my crazy summer...

I'm on the red carpet and I'm about to meet the star of the movie.

and, today, we're holding the Ramsay Games - in our back garden.

Megan, Holly, Jack, and

our friends are preparing for the contest.

Well, sort of!

So, the big question is...

'I'm cooking food for us to eat as part of the contest.

'Chilli chicken roulette,

'sweetcorn swipe, and, for the winners,

'some biscuit medals.'

Time to put the teams to work.

Guys!

I'm going to make my edible medals

and then I need you guys to help me clear up, please.

-Ooh! OK.

-Let's go outside.

'That's the fastest sprint ever!'

The Ramsay Games wouldn't be complete without winners' medals,

so I'm making delicious biscuit medals

to give out at the closing ceremony.

'First, add butter and sugar.'

Then I'm going to cream these together.

'Add an egg.'

I'm going to slow it down as I add in my flour,

so it doesn't go everywhere.

'And mix together thoroughly.'

I love making biscuits cos they're really simple.

'And...

'Next, add icing sugar and a...

'or you could use a few drops of vanilla essence.'

I LOVE vanilla. It's smells so good and it tastes so delicious.

'Cut it in half, pull open the sides...'

Use the back of the knife to scrape across

and get all the little vanilla seeds.

Mix it up.

And that is my...

Dough, done, done, dough!

Then simply wrap in Clingfilm.

So, I'm going to put this in the fridge now, to harden and set.

Time to see whether Holly and my team

have made a better flag than the boys.

-That's nice!

So, this is half our surname

and half Emma's surname.

We thought we'd do it nice and colourful cos it's ladies.

We, kind of, want it to be, not boyish cos theirs looks really

boring in comparison. Ours is quite striking.

And the girls are going to win.

Black shows we give no mercy and gold because we win.

How's that, then, guys?

I'm very happy with our flag.

I think that's a win for the girls!

My dough is nice and firm now.

'Roll out the dough and cut out circles.'

Each one is going to be a medal, which the

girls are going to win, obviously.

'Make a hole in the top of each medal for the ribbon.'

If I do it after it's cooked, the whole cookie will snap

cos they're quite fragile once they're cooked.

Now these are ready to go in a hot oven for...

'Both teams are outside, setting up the Ramsay Games...

'..but I think they've got a bit distracted.

-Ah!

-Ooh!

-'Jack had better rescue the water balloon!'

Don't worry, guys, I'm a trained lifeguard.

What is Jack doing? Jack just stripped into his underpants.

-Oh, shut up!

Great, you can see a bit of skin.

Perfect.

'I LOVE edible sprays -

'they look great and they're easy to get!'

And I sprayed them gold, because gold is the colour you get

when you come first.

'Next, the ribbon.'

And then, if I knot the bottom bit, thread it through,

then go over and under,

and pull it through.

And then I'm going to write something on it in icing.

That's my first medal.

OK. I'd better get a move on with these.

The Ramsay Games Sweetcorn Swipe

is all about speed!

'Which team can eat their sweetcorn the fastest?'

I can't wait to compete in it!

Sweetcorn. This is what they look like when you first get them.

'First, peel them.'

They're really hairy!

I've got a fringe!

Got a beard!

A moustache!

'Then cut off the top and bottom,

'and cook in boiling water for...'

Lay them in carefully, as you don't want to splash

boiling water up your arm.

'Ow, that really hurt!'

That was my funny bone.

OK. My corn are done.

You can just have sweetcorn with a bit of butter,

but we're going to have a bit more.

Got my sweet chilli sauce here, two with pesto.

I LOVE pesto.

And, last ones, my bacon and cheese.

Each team will get a corn from each flavour and then

it's like a relay race to see who can finish the corn the quickest.

'Bad for digestion, but this is tasty and competitive!'

I'm adding a full-on chilli challenge to the Ramsay Games.

I make a plate full of yummy chicken wings...

but, the thing is, one of them will be fiery chilli-hot!

'And, believe me, I mean super fiery.'

Who's going to get it? Trust me, we'll know when they do.

Ugh!

'First, add yoghurt and lemon zest.'

Did I just hear you say "chicken wings"?

You heard that from all the way over there?

-You know I love chicken wings!

-Yeah.

-Would you like to do some zesting for me?

-Yeah, I'd love to.

Jacky, you know you're supposed to stop zesting when you get to the white bit?

great to grab a quiet moment with Dad.

He's a chef, so I love to get his thoughts on the food I've cooked.

So, the biscuits, they're really nice presents to give.

Corn on the cob I grew up with -

that's what Nana used to cook for me all the time.
