Hello Kickabout fans.

It's Saturday morning,

the weekend is upon us

so what better way to kick-start

things than a full

dose of footy action?

There's loads to look forward

to today, so let's take a look

at what's coming up.

Ben chats to Manchester City

superstar Fabian Delph.

Now, though, let's start the show

with the big footy stories hitting

the headlines this week.

Kelechi Iheanacho scored

the first-ever goal awarded by VAR

in England during his team's 2-0 win

over Fleetwood Town

on Tuesday night.

VAR, which stands for video assisted

referee, was used to correctly judge

the forward onside during the third

round FA Cup replay.

And sticking with the FA Cup, seven

other replays took place this week.

League One leaders Wigan

produced a shock as they

beat Bournemouth 3-0.

Cardiff put four past Mansfield

to set up a tie against Man City

in the next round and elsewhere

Sheffield Wednesday,

West Ham, Reading and Swansea

all made it through.

The final team to book their spot

were champions Chelsea.

They beat Norwich on penalties

after an exciting end to the game,

which saw two red cards and Willian

denied a penalty.

Wow, what an end to the game

at Stamford Bridge and these next

Kickabout fans will have been very

happy to have seen their team

progress to the next

round, I'm sure.

Elisha loved watching

the Cherries win last weekend.

so both goal-scorers from that

match, that is so cool!

And Elisha will be hoping

Bournemouth continue their winning

ways today with victory over West

Ham.

Both teams had fantastic

results last weekend,

with the Cherries beating Arsenal

and West Ham putting

four past Huddersfield.

And the five previous Premier League

meetings between these

two have seen 23 goals,

so hopefully expect plenty of action

for Eddie Howe's 100th

Premier League game in charge.

Elsewhere, Arsenal and Crystal

Palace meet at the Emirates,

with the Gunners having lost just

one of their last 16

matches against Palace.

Whilst league leaders City host

Newcastle in the late kick off.

City are unbeaten in 20

Premier League matches

against the Magpies,

their longest unbeaten run against

a side in their league history.

Talk about a tricky one for Benitez.

The Blues did lose for the first

time in 31 Premier League games,

though, in their last

match against Liverpool.

However, they're still unbeaten

in 23 home league matches.

Pretty impressive, huh?

One big way that Guardiola has

helped City become so good this

season is the way he's overhauled

the players' diet.

Nutrition is a big deal

for the former Barca boss.

He's employed chefs from England,

France and Spain since arriving

at the club, and the healthy

lifestyle is clearly paying off

with their performances

on the pitch, as Ben found out

recently when he met Blues

superstar Fabian Delph.

Why is it important for children

to be eating salads

and fruit all the time?

Because it's part of life.

If you can eat healthy,

you can have a healthier life.

Living clean's not about being 100%

strict, but just eating the right

foods, the right supplements.

It helps you grow, it's

good for your skin,

it's good for your hair.

It's good for everything basically,

especially in the sport I play,

it's probably 60-70% key

to our success.

So what was your secret treat

when you were growing

up, what was the thing

you couldn't live without?

Chocolate!

I loved chocolate, always liked it.

But to be honest, I don't

eat chocolate any more,

I've not had put the two years now.

You cut it out?

I cut it out, yeah.

I was going to ask, as a proud

Yorkshireman were you into Yorkshire

puddings growing up?

Yorkshire puddings.

All the time?

Loved Yorkshire pudding.

Have you seen you can get

a Yorkshire pudding wrap now,

where it's like a wrap like a fajita

but they do it with

a Yorkshire pudding?

Is that made in Yorkshire?

It is.

It's hard believe, that!

We're pretty simple people.

Sounds marvellous, doesn't it?

old and they're benefiting from this

But yeah, it gets me through games.

I go into games

with a lot of energy.

We're lucky enough to have a lot of

variety there for us to choose from.

And what's Pep like when it comes

to food, is he quite strict or does

he give you a bit of leeway?

He's strict.

I wouldn't say strict...

He's just a very healthy person

himself and he understands,

as well us, that to be healthy means

that we'll have less injuries,

stay on the pitch more

and perform at a higher level.

So yeah, we're a healthy team.

Well it seems to be working out

all right at the moment.

Yeah, it's working wonders,

we seem to be doing well so far,

so long may it continue.
