Hey, hello there, tiddlers. How are you tiddling?

Oh, Mr Bloom here.

And I like going out and about. Yeah, I like going here and there,

doing lots of fun things

and finding out about new places.

And I've been wondering, what do you like to do where you live?

Perhaps you might like to do some horse riding,

or maybe a bit of gardening, like me.

Hi, my name is Deesha.

I love where I live because I get to do lots of things.

I go to Bollywood dance class with my cousin every week.

I love listening to music.

Dancing keeps me fit.

I like to go to Bollywood dance club.

I get to dance with all my friends.

Sometimes, we get to make up our own moves.

In the holidays, I like to go to summer club with my friends.

I like watering the plants.

I like playing with my friends.

Teaching my friends Bollywood dance moves.

Now, I've always wanted to learn Bollywood dance moves.

Would you mind teaching me?

Right then, what do we have to do?

-First, we do two twisty arms...

Oh, I'm getting in a tangle there. OK.

And then we do the raindrops.

-Hey, I think I got it! How did I do? OK?

-Yeah.

Oh, I felt like a Bollywood dancer.

Aw, thanks for teaching me those moves. That was great.

What other types of things do you do at your summer club?

You get to try food and guess what they are.

Oh, well, I've worked quite an appetite, now. That sounds good!

But you have to wash your hands first.

Right, OK then, Bina, you lead on.

We wash our hands so they're nice and clean,

ready for when we play the blindfold food tasting game...

OK, I'm ready!

..where we have to guess what we're eating by its shape and taste.

Mine's round. What shape is yours?

-Eh... Oval.

-What does it taste like?

-Olives.

-Ah, they were olives!

What do you reckon, Deesha?

-Sweet.

Juicy.

-Yummy?

You're right! Well done, they were pineapple chunks.

Pineapples, they look so different on the outside, don't they?

-It's a bit of a funny shape.

-I think it was celery.

-Celery.

Ooh, what could this be?

It feels like there's lots of little things in mine.

-It's like your drinking something when you eat those.

-Is it juicy?

What do you think it is, Kirtana?

-I've had it before. I can't remember the name.

-What's it called?

They were pomegranate seeds!

Do you know what a pomegranate looks like?

It's round and it's pink and...

-Pink and white.

-You're right, Kirtana.

And on the inside, there are lots of tiny pink seeds.

-Got to taste some yummy things, didn't we?

-Yeah.

So, what are you doing next today?

We're going to harvest some vegetables.

-Please could you give us a hand.

-Yeah! I'm a dab hand with that.

The tiddlers grow all sorts of vegetables

in their summer club garden.

Hey, tiddlers, what are you up to, here?

We're harvesting onions.

Oh, hey, these look like good onions to me!

And what else are you growing?

-We're growing some beetroot over there.

-Oh, yeah.

You've got some beetroot in some buckets.

Do you need a hand with these onions? Shall I give you a hand?

-Yes, please.

-All right, I'll reach over. Here we go.

Oh, look at that tiny one!

Hey! Tiddlers, I can see some pretty interesting things

-growing over there. What have you got?

-Fenugreek.

Fenugreek! Shall we go take a look?

Ah, here we go, fenugreek.

Now, you don't find this in many allotments.

Deesha, do you know what fenugreek's used for sometimes?

-For Asian cooking.

-Yeah, that's right.

And, Kirtana, what do you really like about this area?

I enjoy coming here

and the sun is out all the time.

-All the time?

-Yeah.

-Wow, well, it's certainly out today.

And Deesha, why do love where you live?

-Because I get to play on my bicycle and I can go to shops.

-Really?

Have you got some exciting shops around here?

There we go.

You seem to be doing a fine job so I'll leave you to it.

I'll go and find out what the boys are up to.

-We take them to our local stores and sell them.

-Really?

-And these are the vegetables you've been growing here?

-Yeah.

-We're making our posters.

Posters for your shop? Ah...

The labels go on the vegetables to say how much they cost

and also we have to write who harvested them.

So you grow them, you harvest them,

then take them to the shop and sell them.

That sounds like fun to me. Is it?

-Yes!

We've brought all this stuff for your shop. Is that OK?

-Great.

-Good. Would it be all right if me and Deesha had a look around?

-Of course.

Now I recognise these fellas! What have we got here, Deesha?

-Coconuts.

If you shake them, all the water is swishing around in the coconut.

Well, shall we have a listen? Yeah? There's one for you, Zoe.

-Right, let's listen out.

Can you hear it?! Yeah, it's sloshing around in there.

Mm-hm! And I bet it's really tasty, isn't it?

Hey and what have we got here?

-Cassava.

-Cassava! It's unusual looking, isn't it?

You've got a cracking shop,

fruits and veg from all over the world.

I wonder what it's like where they come from.

-BEEPING AND WHIRRING

-Oh, hey-o!

I thought as much! Look at this!

Here are some cassava being harvested in South America.

It grows under the ground.

Coconuts are grown in hot countries.

The coconut picker uses rope to climb up the tree

to pluck the coconuts.

The ladies are taking the coconut husks off

to get to the fruit.

That's what a coconut looks like on the inside!

Come and get your vegetables!

Freshly pulled from the ground, today.

We've got some nice lettuce here.

We've got some coriander there,

-haven't we, Bina?

-Oh! Do you want to smell it? Mm!

-Yeah.
