Usually, you have to be careful planting seeds, but with these,

Watercress is not just a tasty ingredient

Birds and insects munch on it too.

We need to protect those seedlings from those cheeky chompers

before they're big enough to harvest.

Look at this beautiful bird. What's his name?

This is Luke. He's a Harris hawk. We use him to scare the birds away.

With his nose and his claws.

That's what he does do.

The other birds are scared of him.

When he flies around, they eat somewhere else.

-Would you like to see this bird fly?
