What does a seedling look like if it needs help?

-Yeah, not nice and green, but sad and yellow.

So we need to check their size,

we need to check their colour and they're upright and strong.

that will do just the trick.

and it's a bit like medicine for plants.

If you mix the leaves with water, it makes a special potion.

That helps plants to grow.

-Can you help make some potion?

-ALL: Yeah!

Right, glove up, and let's get to it.

I've got some water here.

We can put all the leaves into this. Pop them in the bucket of water.

-How many leaves do you think we can pick today?

-180.

We need to get as many leaves in this bucket as we can.

Brilliant! Now the leaves are in water we leave it,

for about a month.

-Uughh!

-ALL: Mr Bloom!

-What is it? Do you not want to wait a month?

-No way!

All right. Why don't we see if Compo can help us out?

All we need to do is spray it onto the leaves

of my seedlings and the job's done.
