The veggies! That's a good guess, but it wasn't the veggies.

This has been sent from my mum,

or Granny Bloom, as the veggies like to call her.

This is a picture of where she lives.

She lives right at the top too! You can see for miles.

Do you tiddlers know anybody who lives in a flat?

Some people don't have gardens, like the people that live in flats.

If you really want to do gardening there's a way round this problem.

Who knows what a window box is?

-It's something that goes round the windows.

-That's almost right.

It's a little box that that you put under the window.

And then can you put little plant pots on it?

Yeah, you can put these under your window and grow all sorts in there.

You can grow vegetables herbs, flowers, all sorts!

I love herbs.

They're great. I had one kocking around here the other day.

Where did I put it?

We could turn this window box into a present for Granny Bloom!

-Do you think that's a good idea?

That's right, I think Compo's made some models of the nursery.

We've really made the most of a little space here, tiddlers.

We've squeezed the whole nursery into this teeny-tiny window box.

We've got to tidy all this lot up, don't tell us.

We just couldn't make the bricks fit into the little box.

We really tried.

-Did you get all the bricks out of the box?

Then they'll fit back in the box.

You just need to make the most of a little space.

Tiddlers, tell them what we did outside.

Oh, I know. We put plants in and then we put models

of Mr Bloom and Compo in.

Was the window box really big or was it really small?

Really small.

-And you managed to fit everything in?

Could you possibly help us pick up all the bricks and pack them away?
