Morning guys, I'm Ricky and this is your Friday Newsround.

First up, it's the end of the summer holidays.

Some of you will already be back at school, some of you will be

going back very soon!

But there's one thing that many of you may have encountered

on that first day...

The back to school uniform photograph.

Love it...

Don't mind it...

Hate it.

Some of your parents just love to take that photo on your first day

back and many share it on their social media.

We went to a school in Scotland to find out just what some parents

are up to and what you really think about it.

My mum posted a picture on Facebook of me in my school uniform

on the first day of school and I didn't mind that

because I think it shows that she's proud of me.

I know my mum's account is private, but I still worry about it

because I don't know who their friends are.

My mum and dad care about their privacy,

about the privacy of us, so they don't really post

pictures of me and my little brother on Facebook,

although they do have it.

My parents don't post pictures, but my auntie does and I don't

like it cos I don't know who her friends are.

So some parents do post this photo, some don't.

But the big question is, should they have to ask your permission?

I think they do have to ask for our permission

because if they put a picture on that you don't like,

then it's not really fair on you that you've got a picture

on social media that you don't like.

I think on a safety aspect if there's other

children in the picture, their parents should be notified

before the children get tagged in it.

I don't think they need to ask permission because it's your parents

and they're the boss of you, so they can do what they want.

I do think they should ask at times if it's, like,

pulling a funny face.

So there's mixed opinions about this, but what advice

would you give to parents who want to take and share

your uniform picture?

Make sure you ask your child before you post a photo on social media.

I think you should ask a kid's permission before

in case they don't like it.

All parents should let their children choose the picture

if there's more than one.

Let me see the picture before you post it.

Make sure you think about your privacy settings before you post.

Think about how you would feel if your parents did it to you.

You know us well enough to know you should ask.

will probably clash.

Simon Cowell has gone with.

And the football transfer window closed last night meaning teams

can't buy any players until next year.

The UK spending record was broken, but biggest deal were the ones

that didn't happen.

Alexis Sanchez stays at Arsenal despite big offers,

Ross Barkely tuned down a move to Chelsea and Philippe Coutinho

hasn't yet got his wish to join Barcelona from Liverpool.

And talking of transfers - should the teams' buying and selling

have to be finished before the season begins?

today work begins on a three-year scheme to improve

England's Coastal Path.

At nearly 3,000 miles, it'll be the longest
