a team who have won ten out

so it definitely won't be easy. | 0:01:34 | 0:01:36
The game will kick off

at the Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane. | 0:01:38 | 0:01:40

Next, if you like gymnastics,
then this one is definitely for you. | 0:01:48 | 0:01:52
Two sporty sisters and their story. | 0:01:52 | 0:01:56
Hi, I'm Katie. | 0:01:56 | 0:01:59
And I'm Izzy and as you might have
guessed, we are twins. | 0:01:59 | 0:02:03
Izzy is a brilliant gymnast
and when we were younger she used | 0:02:03 | 0:02:05
to compete at national level. | 0:02:05 | 0:02:08
But she had a really bad ankle
injury a few years ago | 0:02:08 | 0:02:11
which stopped her competing. | 0:02:11 | 0:02:13
So how did it feel when you hurt
your ankle and you thought | 0:02:13 | 0:02:16
you wouldn't be able
to do gymnastics again? | 0:02:16 | 0:02:18
Well, I was really disappointed
and upset because gymnastics | 0:02:18 | 0:02:21
was everything to me and to think
I wouldn't be able to do it again | 0:02:21 | 0:02:24
just really upset me. | 0:02:24 | 0:02:27
Was it really hard watching me? | 0:02:27 | 0:02:29
It took along time to get better
and I knew I would get | 0:02:29 | 0:02:32
there eventually but when I was just
waiting to be able to do things | 0:02:32 | 0:02:36
and join in with any kind of sport
again and I was watching you, | 0:02:36 | 0:02:39
it made me very frustrated
I couldn't just jump | 0:02:39 | 0:02:41
onto the floor and join in. | 0:02:41 | 0:02:45
How does it make you feel being able
to do gymnastics again? | 0:02:45 | 0:02:48
It makes me feel really happy
and delighted that I can do | 0:02:48 | 0:02:51
the sport that I love and I'm
so thankful that my injury | 0:02:51 | 0:02:57
didn't stop me from doing
gymnastics altogether. | 0:02:57 | 0:03:04
This weekend we're heading
to the London Festival of Gymnastics | 0:03:04 | 0:03:06
and this will be the first time
since we were younger | 0:03:06 | 0:03:09
that we have performed together. | 0:03:09 | 0:03:10
How are you feeling
about performing at the Festival? | 0:03:10 | 0:03:12
Really excited because my big first
performance and I'm a bit nervous | 0:03:12 | 0:03:20
things might go wrong
but mostly excited. | 0:03:20 | 0:03:22
And ready to do it. | 0:03:22 | 0:03:32
It was really fun because I haven't
done anything like that before. | 0:03:36 | 0:03:39
Competing against her. | 0:03:39 | 0:03:41
So it was actually really exciting. | 0:03:41 | 0:03:46
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle
visited some charities and a school | 0:03:46 | 0:03:49
in Nottingham earlier.
Today's visits were the first | 0:03:49 | 0:03:51
official ones for the couple
since they announced | 0:03:51 | 0:03:53
they're getting married. | 0:03:53 | 0:03:55
Crowds cheered as they arrived
and the royal couple were given | 0:03:55 | 0:03:57
cards, flowers and chocolates. | 0:03:57 | 0:04:02
Nasa has released footage
of lightning strikes captured | 0:04:02 | 0:04:04
from the International Space
Station. | 0:04:04 | 0:04:09
The film was taken as the ISS passed
over China, Korea and Japan. | 0:04:09 | 0:04:13
Astronaut Randolph Bresnik
said the view was from | 0:04:13 | 0:04:16
his favourite window. | 0:04:16 | 0:04:18
Looks really cool! | 0:04:18 | 0:04:20
Finally, a dog who is even
more excited than me about snow! | 0:04:20 | 0:04:24
This is Truffle. | 0:04:24 | 0:04:27
He's a cocker spaniel and lives
in York and this is the very first | 0:04:27 | 0:04:30
time he's seen snow. | 0:04:30 | 0:04:35
I could watch this again and again. | 0:04:35 | 0:04:36
Look at him! | 0:04:36 | 0:04:37
He's SNOW happy! | 0:04:37 | 0:04:40
And it's the first December,
so you may be feeling Christmassy. | 0:04:40 | 0:04:43
Have you got your
decorations up yet? | 0:04:43 | 0:04:46
We want to know if you do
or if you think it's far too early | 0:04:46 | 0:04:49
to get excited and put
up your decorations. | 0:04:49 | 0:04:51
Head to Newsround online
to take part in our vote. | 0:04:51 | 0:04:54
That's all for now. | 0:04:54 | 0:04:56
Have a brilliant weekend, hope
you're doing something exciting. | 0:04:56 | 0:04:58 |
