Hi, I'm Whitney.

It's Friday and this is Newsround.

0:00:060:00:08

Coming up in the next few minutes...

0:00:080:00:10

The twins somersaulting

their way to success.

0:00:100:00:12

And we explain what this amazing

footage is from Nasa.

0:00:120:00:15

And why this dog is SNOW happy!

0:00:150:00:25

But first let's start

with exciting football news.

0:00:280:00:31

England now know who they will

face in next summer's

0:00:310:00:34

World Cup in Russia.

0:00:340:00:42

It is England.

They will be in with

Belgium.

0:00:420:00:49

They avoided the holders Germany,

five-times winners Brazil

0:00:490:00:51

and Lionel Messi's Argentina to be

drawn against top seeds Belgium.

0:00:510:00:55

They will also face Tunisia

who they beat in the 1998 World Cup

0:00:550:00:59

and Panama who will be playing

in their first-ever World Cup.

0:00:590:01:02

England's first game will be

against Tunisia and face

0:01:020:01:12

a mouth-watering final group game

against the Belgium side.

Head to Newsround online

where you can find out all you need

0:01:190:01:22

to know about the 2019 World Cup.

0:01:220:01:23

And from one World Cup to another,

the England rugby league team

0:01:230:01:26

are getting ready to play

in their first World Cup

0:01:260:01:29

final in 22 years.

They face Australia,

0:01:290:01:30

a team who have won ten out

of the last 13 finals,

0:01:300:01:34

so it definitely won't be easy.

0:01:340:01:36

The game will kick off

on Saturday morning

0:01:360:01:38

at the Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane.

0:01:380:01:40

England will be without captain

Sean O'Loughlin who has been

0:01:400:01:43

ruled out because of injury.

0:01:430:01:45

Best of luck, guys!

0:01:450:01:48

Next, if you like gymnastics,

then this one is definitely for you.

0:01:480:01:52

Two sporty sisters and their story.

0:01:520:01:56

Hi, I'm Katie.

0:01:560:01:59

And I'm Izzy and as you might have

guessed, we are twins.

0:01:590:02:03

Izzy is a brilliant gymnast

and when we were younger she used

0:02:030:02:05

to compete at national level.

0:02:050:02:08

But she had a really bad ankle

injury a few years ago

0:02:080:02:11

which stopped her competing.

0:02:110:02:13

So how did it feel when you hurt

your ankle and you thought

0:02:130:02:16

you wouldn't be able

to do gymnastics again?

0:02:160:02:18

Well, I was really disappointed

and upset because gymnastics

0:02:180:02:21

was everything to me and to think

I wouldn't be able to do it again

0:02:210:02:24

just really upset me.

0:02:240:02:27

Was it really hard watching me?

0:02:270:02:29

It took along time to get better

and I knew I would get

0:02:290:02:32

there eventually but when I was just

waiting to be able to do things

0:02:320:02:36

and join in with any kind of sport

again and I was watching you,

0:02:360:02:39

it made me very frustrated

I couldn't just jump

0:02:390:02:41

onto the floor and join in.

0:02:410:02:45

How does it make you feel being able

to do gymnastics again?

0:02:450:02:48

It makes me feel really happy

and delighted that I can do

0:02:480:02:51

the sport that I love and I'm

so thankful that my injury

0:02:510:02:57

didn't stop me from doing

gymnastics altogether.

0:02:570:03:04

This weekend we're heading

to the London Festival of Gymnastics

0:03:040:03:06

and this will be the first time

since we were younger

0:03:060:03:09

that we have performed together.

0:03:090:03:10

How are you feeling

about performing at the Festival?

0:03:100:03:12

Really excited because my big first

performance and I'm a bit nervous

0:03:120:03:20

things might go wrong

but mostly excited.

0:03:200:03:22

And ready to do it.

0:03:220:03:32

It was really fun because I haven't

done anything like that before.

0:03:360:03:39

Competing against her.

0:03:390:03:41

So it was actually really exciting.

0:03:410:03:46

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

visited some charities and a school

0:03:460:03:49

in Nottingham earlier.

Today's visits were the first

0:03:490:03:51

official ones for the couple

since they announced

0:03:510:03:53

they're getting married.

0:03:530:03:55

Crowds cheered as they arrived

and the royal couple were given

0:03:550:03:57

cards, flowers and chocolates.

0:03:570:04:02

Nasa has released footage

of lightning strikes captured

0:04:020:04:04

from the International Space

Station.

0:04:040:04:09

The film was taken as the ISS passed

over China, Korea and Japan.

0:04:090:04:13

Astronaut Randolph Bresnik

said the view was from

0:04:130:04:16

his favourite window.

0:04:160:04:18

Looks really cool!

0:04:180:04:20

Finally, a dog who is even

more excited than me about snow!

0:04:200:04:24

This is Truffle.

0:04:240:04:27

He's a cocker spaniel and lives

in York and this is the very first

0:04:270:04:30

time he's seen snow.

0:04:300:04:35

I could watch this again and again.

0:04:350:04:36

Look at him!

0:04:360:04:37

He's SNOW happy!

0:04:370:04:40

And it's the first December,

so you may be feeling Christmassy.

0:04:400:04:43

Have you got your

decorations up yet?

0:04:430:04:46

We want to know if you do

or if you think it's far too early

0:04:460:04:49

to get excited and put

up your decorations.

0:04:490:04:51

Head to Newsround online

to take part in our vote.

0:04:510:04:54

That's all for now.

0:04:540:04:56

Have a brilliant weekend, hope

you're doing something exciting.
