Hi, I'm Whitney, it's Wednesday and this is Newsround.

And Bolt gets ready for his glorious goodbye in London.

Now, he's the epic, energetic and always entertaining athlete that

everyone wants to watch.

But Usain Bolt is preparing to race for the final

time before he retires.

He's running the 100 metres and the 4x100m relay

at the World Championships, which begin on Friday in London.

He says that although he's retiring, he's still the fastest man

in the world and he's 100% confident going into the competition.

So, what next for Bolt?

It is going to be hard, because track and field

is everything for me, you know what I mean?

I have been doing this since I was, like, ten years old.

So it is something that I have enjoyed over the years

has been just a rush, as you said.

I don't know what I'm going to do.

This is why I think I want to play football, to change it up,

you know what I mean?

It would be a different rush.

But we will see where life takes me.

You never know which direction I'll go.

I might go into acting and do some action movies,

so that would give me a rush.

So, you never know.

More sport now, and England goalkeeper Karen Bardsley will miss

the rest of Women's Euro 2017.

It's after getting hurt in Sunday's quarterfinal win over France.

She broke her leg when she collided with team-mate Steph Houghton.

Siobhan Chamberlain is now likely to step in to face the Netherlands

in tomorrow night's semifinal.

The Downie sisters, Ellie and Becky, will miss October's World Gymnastics

Championships in Canada.

Ellie is recovering from ankle surgery and Becky

from an elbow injury.

Ellie injured her ankle at the British Championships

in March, but went on to win four medals in April's

European Championships.

What inspired you to start selling JoJo Bows?

PS, we are your biggest fans!

Oh, they are so cute.

They are so little!

What inspired me to start JoJo Bows? Definitely that I just love them.

They were just kind of my thing and I loved hair bows.

So I was like, I want these bows to mean something,

if you know what I am saying.

So, now, if you wear a bow, you're someone who is nice.

So it really has a good, positive message.

I am so happy that all you guys are loving it.

If you had a different job when you're older, what would it be?

This is from Anastasia.

She is nine and she lives in a... High Wyn-combe?

Wyn-combe?

Did I say it right? And she lives in High Wycombe.

I think I would definitely be a doctor.

I would be a surgeon.

Hi, JoJo. What is your ideal everyday outfit?

Jeans or leggings, or little shorts.

And then I would say a cute T-shirt.

But it is going to be black, pink and teal or purple or lime green.

Oh, and of course, how could I forget a bow?

I would like to know, if you were stuck on a desert island

for the rest of your life, what three things would you bring?

I would definitely bring my phone.

An unlimited supply of water.

What else?

I don't know!

How do you stop being nervous before a show?

You know what, I'm going to give you some advice.

I told myself this about two months ago and my life has

been great ever since.

I am done being nervous.

I live my life to the fullest.

What's going to happen?

Are you going to mess up?

Probably not. But if you do mess up, it is OK.

Honestly, you know your dance, you practised, you worked hard.

Just go and have fun.

everyone safe but he couldn't help joining in.

Even the Chief of Dorset police said he was proud that his officers

could do their job and have fun with festival goers as well.

The three women, all aged between 70 and 80, became internet sensations

after they posted themselves dancing to Beyonce's hit

track Single Ladies.

to save their bowling club from closure from the local council.
