So we ve been finding out how much

Great Britain's paralympians know

about the Games.

This week we re hearing from Nasser

who likes to beatbox.

These are the words

I've been labelled as,

but I'm so much more.

I've been beatboxing

for three years, now.

I think I'm actually

quite good at it.

BEATBOXING

I've been dancing since

I was, like, five.

And I'm also a brother,

a very protective brother.

I always try to take care

of my sisters,

in any way possible.

I was, like, eight or nine

when I first experienced racism.

But after that, it just

kept on going on and on.

I felt a little bit depressed.

So, it, like, it, kind

of, puts you down.

When people talk to you like that.

If you've ever experienced

something like I have,

choose your friends wisely.

The friends that are going to help

you through tough times,

friends who always going to pick

you up, when you're down.

Friends who are always

going to help you.

Because those are the friends

that are going to be

with you for life.

Right now in life, I feel amazing.

Honestly, I think my future's

going to be bright.

But there's always

bumps in the road.

And there may have been some

stormy weather around recently

but look what the wind brought in -

its Mary Poppins!

She's back in a brand-new Disney

film about the next adventure

of London's favorite nanny.

What's the last thing you'd

want to do in the freezing weather

we've had recently?

It's an ice swimming competition

in St Petersburg in Russia.

People from 13 countries took part -

including the UK, America,

Switzerland and Finland.

The temperature of the Neva River

was just above freezing.

But the surrounding ice

was 40 centimetres thick

and the temperature out

of the water was -16!

Brrrr - it's making me shiver.
