Morning, everyone.

0:00:020:00:03

Leah here live with Newsround.

0:00:030:00:04

We've got some treats for you this morning including...

0:00:040:00:07

The story of the baby rhino that survived against the odds.

0:00:080:00:12

And find out how you move an old aeroplane that's can't fly!

0:00:120:00:17

A grammar, punctuation and spelling test due to be taken this morning

0:00:260:00:30

by all ten and 11 year old children in England has been

0:00:300:00:31

accidentally published online.

0:00:340:00:36

SATs answers appeared on a password protected exam board

0:00:360:00:40

website for a short while.

0:00:400:00:41

It's the second time in three weeks this has happened.

0:00:410:00:44

The Department for Education says it's investigating the mistake

0:00:440:00:47

and the test will still be going ahead as normal.

0:00:470:00:52

Firefighters have been able to inspect the damage after a huge

0:00:520:00:55

wildfire that destroyed the Canadian town of Fort McMurray

0:00:550:00:58

more than a week ago.

0:00:580:01:00

While some neighbourhoods have been almost entirely wiped out,

0:01:000:01:03

experts believe many of the town's buildings have survived.

0:01:030:01:07

It offers some hope to the 88,000 people who escaped the flames

0:01:070:01:11

and officials say they people may be able to return in about two weeks.

0:01:110:01:18

Now to the story of an amazing baby rhino.

0:01:180:01:21

In February his mum was killed by poachers for her horn and then

0:01:210:01:24

they tried to take his too, but he survived.

0:01:240:01:26

At least one rhino a day is killed by poachers in Africa by criminals

0:01:260:01:30

who sell their horns for a lot of money.

0:01:300:01:32

This is Lofo's story.

0:01:320:01:34

It's February 2016, and a wounded rhino is being rushed into this

0:01:430:01:47

animal orphanage in South Africa.

0:01:470:01:50

I wish more people would explain how horrible it is to find these babies.

0:01:500:01:56

He's just a baby, and his mum has been killed by poachers.

0:01:580:02:04

It's traumatic, they're stressed, they call for their mums.

0:02:060:02:10

Their herd is gone, their mum is gone.

0:02:100:02:13

His name is Lofo and vets are giving him life-saving treatment.

0:02:130:02:18

This orphanage is the biggest in the world and looks

0:02:310:02:33

after over 50 rhino.

0:02:330:02:36

They are in a terrible state, they are very scared.

0:02:360:02:39

They fear everything.

0:02:390:02:40

What you immediately pick up in your heart is devastating.

0:02:400:02:44

Like Lofo, they have all lost their mums because of poaching.

0:02:440:02:48

After Lofo's mum was killed, he was attacked by the poachers

0:02:530:02:56

who tried to take his horn as well, but he managed to escape.

0:02:560:03:02

The wounds on his back was severe, very, very deep.

0:03:030:03:06

The brutality must have been something else.

0:03:060:03:10

Lofo was alone for five days in the national park,

0:03:100:03:12

with no milk, food or water.

0:03:120:03:15

Despite his injuries he survived, and was luckily found by the team.

0:03:150:03:18

That animal wants to love.

0:03:180:03:23

That's all he wants to do.

0:03:230:03:24

He wants to love.

0:03:240:03:28

Petronel and a group of experts have operated on Lofo's wounds.

0:03:300:03:34

They have fed him by hand everyday and they are now

0:03:340:03:36

helping him to get well again.

0:03:360:03:39

He just grabbed onto life.

0:03:390:03:41

Now, you know, you can stand with him and he will kiss you,

0:03:410:03:44

and he enjoys being with others.

0:03:440:03:50

He's getting stronger and he's got a new family.

0:03:500:03:55

I can't wait to release him to breed with females and see all those

0:03:570:04:01

babies running around.

0:04:010:04:04

I can't wait, he's a brilliant animal.

0:04:040:04:08

He's lovely, isn't he?

0:04:180:04:19

Well, tomorrow you'll be able to see Defending the Rhino on CBBC,

0:04:190:04:22

our special film about the fight to save some of Africa's most

0:04:220:04:25

magnificent creatures.

0:04:250:04:27

And, you can watch the trailer for the film over

0:04:270:04:30

on the Newsround website.

0:04:300:04:31

That's also where you can find out more about poaching and learn how

0:04:310:04:34

poo can help you track a rhino.

0:04:340:04:39

Scientists are warning that 80,000 of the 400,000 plant

0:04:390:04:42

species in the world are at risk of wiped out.

0:04:420:04:45

Researchers at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew

0:04:450:04:50

in London say climate change, diseases and loss of habitat could

0:04:500:04:52

mean these species become extinct.

0:04:520:04:54

They hope their findings will encourage scientists to do

0:04:540:04:57

more to help plants.

0:04:570:04:59

In tennis, British number two Heather Watson is through to

0:04:590:05:02

the second round of the Italian Open.

0:05:020:05:04

She beat world number 14, Sara Errani, in three sets.

0:05:040:05:07

If Heather does well in the tournament she'll qualify

0:05:070:05:09

for a place in this summer's Olympics.

0:05:090:05:14

A black dot appeared on the sun yesterday

0:05:140:05:16

caused by the planet Mercury crossing it.

0:05:160:05:18

This event won't happen again for three years and was too

0:05:180:05:21

dangerous to watch with the naked eye but could be

0:05:210:05:24

seen through telescopes.

0:05:240:05:26

Finally, fancy living in an aeroplane?

0:05:260:05:28

Course you do!

0:05:280:05:30

This camp site in the Republic of Ireland is hoping

0:05:300:05:34

to give people the opportunity.

0:05:340:05:36

David McGowan, who owns the site, bought the old Boeing 767 plane

0:05:360:05:41

but then had the issue of trying to move it!

0:05:410:05:44

It took a journey on a barge, then a two-day journey by sea,

0:05:440:05:47

then transport by trailer and then a lot of lifting

0:05:470:05:49

to get the plane in place.

0:05:490:05:51

That's all from me, Newsround's back at 4.20 with Ayshah.
