Jenny's been following this story for us. | :00:19. | :00:22.
This was a grammar, spelling and punctuation test. | :00:23. | :00:28.
The answers mistakenly appeared for a few hours last | :00:29. | :00:30.
night on a website used by the people who mark the tests. | :00:31. | :00:37.
The government says it then thinks someone who's against the tests | :00:38. | :00:40.
They're now looking into what happened. | :00:41. | :00:46.
The test went ahead as normal because officials don't | :00:47. | :00:48.
think it was seen by any parents or children. | :00:49. | :00:51.

The Government told Newsround, "These tests should | :01:15. | :01:20.
They help teachers understand how pupils are doing as well as | :01:21. | :01:25.
helping us make sure schools are doing well." | :01:26. | :01:28.

to sell for money and then they tried to take his too, | :01:52. | :01:54.

It's February 2016 and a wounded rhino is being rushed into this | :02:14. | :02:21.
animal orphanage in South Africa. I wish more people would explain how | :02:22. | :02:26.
horrible it is to find these babies. He's just a baby and his mum has | :02:27. | :02:35.
been killed by poachers. It is traumatic, they are stressed, they | :02:36. | :02:41.

attacked by poachers but he managed to escape. The wounds on his back | :03:29. | :03:36.
were severe, very deep. The brutality must've been something | :03:37. | :03:42.
else. Lofo was alone in five days with no milk, food or water. Despite | :03:43. | :03:47.
his injuries, he survived and was likely found by the team. That | :03:48. | :03:52.
animal wants to love. That's all he wants to do. The team of experts | :03:53. | :04:04.
have operated on Lofo's wounds and feeding by hand every day and are | :04:05. | :04:09.
helping him get well again. He has just grabbed onto life. You can | :04:10. | :04:13.
stand with him and he will kiss you and he enjoys being with others. He | :04:14. | :04:21.
is getting stronger and has got a new family. I can't wait to release | :04:22. | :04:31.
