Good morning. This is Newsround. I'm Ricky with all the very latest this

Tuesday. In the next five mins. Time to get gnarly as the skiing

slopestyle gets going in Sochi. And with Britain's Got Talent returning

to our screens, we want your questions for the judges.

First this morning, a flooding crisis continues to grip southern

England. Hundreds of people have had to leave their homes overnight as

record floodwaters keep on rising on the River Thames. There are 16

severe flood warnings in place in England, which means there is danger

to life, with 14 along the Thames. After a quieter day yesterday, the

bad weather is returning, with heavy rain and strong winds battering

southern England again this morning. But it's not just the south of

England. Britain's longest river, the Severn, is rising in the

Midlands. It's caused huge problems in Worcester, where Nel's found that

getting to school can be really difficult. I cycle here. It was

weird because the roads were closed. Also we had to cycle through the

floods so it's pretty weird. All the fields by the bridge where water.

You couldn't see any difference between the river and the fields.

Smoking in cars with children in the back is likely to be made illegal in

England and Wales. Last night, lots of MPs voted to support a ban, which

means the Government is now able to make it law. But it's now up to the

people in charge to decide whether it should be introduced. But some

people say it's a step too far. Next up, the use of mobile phones and the

internet is changing how young people are being bullied. The

children's charity NSPCC says over a third of kids have been bullied

online, and it can be a really upsetting and difficult thing to

deal with. In a special Newsround this afternoon, I'll be taking a

look at the world of cyberbullying, speaking to young victims and

finding out about their experiences. I've got a notification on my phone.

I wasn't sure if it was somebody's idea of a sick joke. Everybody has a

smartphone. It's always there and you can't get away from it. Don't

retaliate because that's what they want. They want to see what set and

that they have got to you. And joining me now in the studio is CBBC

presenter Shannon Flynn who features in our special programme. You also

struggled for some time online? Yes, when I was 12 or 13, I was bullied

on various different social networking sites. By people like

either new, didn't know, had absolutely no idea where it is

coming from and yeah, it was awful. I would come home from school, log

on to the websites, and just see endless amounts of abuse and had no

idea where it came from. It didn't feel real. Because you are on

television, people pick on you may be because they either want to be

like youthful sub did you feel like that was the reason you are being

bullied online? I think so, because some of them related to my work.

Others were just just calling me names, absolutely no reason for it.

It was awful. It's such a big part of our lives being online and the

mobile phone, it's hard to escape from it if it happens. Yes, it's

with you all the time because everybody has their mobile phone

with them all the time. Even if you are not at home, locking on to your

laptop, it's on your telephone next to you. You can't get away. What

tips would you give to somebody who is being bullied online? Make sure

you tell somebody because I told my parents what happened to me and I

blocked everybody. Thanks very much for sharing your story. Everything
