Hi, I'm Hayley and exciting

times on Newsround today.

It's Shrove Tuesday!

Which means loads of flipping fun.

Take a look at our pancake tips.

Feeling peckish this Pancake Day?

We've got you covered.

Grab your ingredients.

Get sieving.

Make a well in the flour.

Break your eggs into the mixture.

Add the water and milk.

Now mix it all together.

Keep mixing.

Melt your butter in a pan.

And add some to your

pancake mixture.

Pour your pancake

mixture into a pan.

And cook until it's golden.

Now flip.

Flip.

Flip!

Serve it up.

And pick your favourite toppings.

Don't forget to eat

one or two or three.

Chocolate spread is the winner!

One of Britain's best medal hopefuls

crashed out of her quarter

final this afternoon.

Short track speed skater

Elise Christie took a fall

in the women's 500 metres.

She didn't hurt herself

but was gutted especially

after being disqualified

in all three of her events

at the last Games.

It's not all bad though

she still has the 15 hundred

metres at the weekend

and then her favourite event

the 1,000 metre race

which starts on Tuesday.

Next, Marvel are back with a brand

new superhero film 'Black Panther'.

It follows the character

of an African King called T'Challa.

So, is it any good?

Newsround sent four 13-year-old

movie fans to find out.

We are home.

How I felt about Black Panther

after I watched it was

definitely liberated.

Just to see a positive

representation of black

people in Africa.

It seems really great,

it seemed really good but that's

all I can say right now.

It was really empowering in a way

because it wasn't just

all male characters.

There was a lot of women as well,

it was very diverse for everyone.

My son, it is your time.

My favourite character was Shuri

because she was really good

with technology and she was also

a very strong willed.

She was very smart,

she was supportive towards her

brother but she wasn't deemed lower

than her brother.

You get to decide what kind of King

you are going to be.

I didn't expect it to be

so colourful and vibrant

within its colours and also

the soundtrack blew me away as well.

The fabrics in the garments,

Nigeria was shown in the colours

that they wore and the bright

colours and patterns.

They weren't afraid to have

all these main black characters be

there on that front.

Don't freeze.

I never freeze.

The revolution

will not be televised.

One of the weak points

of the film was this CGI,

computer-generated images.

At one point it looked

like two plastic figurines

going at each other fighting.

The only weak spot I would

say is they probably

need a bit more time.

I don't feel like I've

got to see everything.

I would give Black Panther

four out of five stars.

I would give it four

out of five stars.
