Hi, I'm Leah, this is Newsround, and here's what's going on

Abigail is causing problems for Children in Need too.

Radio One DJ Scott Mills was due to abseil down the Blackpool Tower

but he's been forced to change his plans.

He'll now be tackling the big tower in London's Olympic Park.

But there will still be lots of Pudsey action which all kicks

So, we've been asking you guys what you're doing today for Children

I am personally. I am Pudsey. I am Pudsey. Simek we have all dressed up

as Pudsey or Glass, the mascots for Children in Need. We have got a lot

of money in. Children in Need is important for me because all over

Britain there are children who are homeless, or poorly, and they really

need help. Children in Need is important to me because I like

knowing that other people are happy. I like helping people. It is a very

good cause. And you guys have been sending

in your pics of what you're doing These guys from Windsor Park School

in Falkirk are definitely getting in the spirit as are this lot from

Gorshall Primary in Manchester. And loving Eva from Manchester, who

says, "Me and my sister had to go to school dressed-up as our heroes

for Children in Need". Have been walking 2 km every day

this week, in all weathers, There are loads of Children in Need

events happening up and down the country, so we sent Jenny

to Blackpool to find out what one Hello, I am a Blackpool Tower

Circus. There are lots of television crews here. Flashing lights and

everyone is busy rehearsing for the Children in Need this evening. They

will be singing with 2000 kids across the UK. Come to meet some of

the stars. How are the rehearsals going? We have been rehearsing

really hard and it is all paying off. How long has this been going

on? About six weeks. We have had to practice the high notes and the low

notes. What does it mean to you to take part? It means a lot. We're

helping children who really need it the most. Aren't you nervous? Not

really. What does it mean to you to take part? It is really good. We

help all the children who are in need and give them a better future.

Make sure you enjoy tonight. They'll be taking part at eight p.m., as

well as loads of other stuff. And just before you go, take a look

at this skateboarding super pup! Otto just set a new

Guinness World Record for boarding The brilliant bulldog breezed

through the legs of 30 people with ease, before being presented with

his own official certificate. Pudsey is in the studio with us.
