First, in America students have

walked out of their schools

to protest gun violence.

It's after an attack in Florida

which happened one month ago.

Here's what they did.

End gun violence!

No more violence!

These are the chants of thousands

of American students who walked out

of their classrooms.

Enough is enough!

Enough is enough!

This Snapmap shows just how

many kids were sharing

videos of the event.

There were 3000 demonstrations

across the US in major

cities like New York,

Chicago and the city where

the latest school shooting happened,

Parkland in Florida.

Now when people think of Parkland

they're not only going to think

of the 17 beautiful people

that we lost, they're

going to think of the change

that the rest of us have sparked.

We want change!

We want change!

We're marching against the Parkland

shooting that happened in Florida

and so we believe that it's really

cruel and it shouldn't

have happened.

People should be confident

when you come to school.

You shouldn't worry about getting

hurt, getting injured.

School should be a safe place, it

should be like a second home to you.

In order to get our stronger message

across we needed to hold it

here where everybody gets to hear

that we are together,

we are one, we are with Florida.

At the end of the day,

we just want our schools to be safe.

We think that people get guns too

easily and because of the school

shooting that happened a couple

of weeks ago, that

was just not right.

I am inspired and empowered

by each and everyone

of you who has walked out today!

And I'm a survivor.

The White House have released

details of their plans to help

with this issue including training

teachers and school staff

in how to use firearms.

But many of the students protesting

want more and they will march again

on the 24th of this month

to the capital city, Washington DC,

where the president lives,

in an event called March For Our

Lives.

Next, ever thought about becoming

Next, Colombia in South America has

the biggest number of bird

species on the planet.

And one ten-year-old has made

it his mission to find them all.

There is one.

And another.

That's a beautiful one.

Juan from Colombia has

a passion for finding birds.

TRANSLATION:

In three years I've

seen 491 species of bird.

491?

Not bad at all, but in the Colombian

jungle, there are reportedly

1,920 different species,

so how does he go

about spotting them?

He paces through the Colombian

jungle with a pair of binoculars

and parents in tow...

and has a special book

to identify what they are.

TRANSLATION:

Their colours -

some species have pretty colours -

and also by their behaviour,

how they hunt.

So, he has seen 491 birds.

Is he giving up any time soon?

No, he has set his sights on seeing

all of them in the jungle,

and then he wants to see

all the birds in the world!

What a big dream.

Finally, it's just as well

that the cold doesn't bother her,

because Elsa's been spotted helping

out in the snow.

When this police van got stuck

after heavy blizzards

in Boston in the US,

a man dressed up as the Frozen

favourite became an unexpected hero.

He stepped out into the cold to help

the vehicle get moving.

Looks pretty chilly to me!
