Hi, guys, I'm Whitney,

and these are your latest Newsround

stories on Thursday morning.

First to the country

of Zimbabwe in southern Africa.

Here's Hayley to tell you what's

going on there and why it matters.

This is Robert Mugabe, and, yes,

he is wearing a suit

with a picture of himself on.

He has been the leader

of the country of Zimbabwe

in Africa for 37 years.

To his supporters, he is a hero

who won freedom for his country.

To others, he is a man

who will not allow anyone

to criticise him and uses

violence to get his own way.

But now he's in trouble.

The army in Zimbabwe has taken over

running the country from him.

All this matters because Mugabe has

been in power for so long.

Under his rule, there have

been lots of problems.

And as a result, life is very

difficult for many people.

Including children.

What happens next will be important

in deciding the future of Zimbabwe.

What do you think should be done

about bullying online?

Later today, Prince William

is going to announce a new code

for 11 to 16-year-olds, and that's

advice on how to behave online.

We took some ideas from the code

to a school to see what you think.

What worries you about being online?

It just worries me that older

people think they can take

advantage of young people.

That you don't know if someone

is being the real them.

How different people can

hack into your accounts.

If you see something negative,

if it is about you, it

will maybe hurt your feelings.

Cyber-bullying is an issue because

anyone can be bullied online.

Almost one in five young people say

that they have been bullied online.

So, who should make things better?

I think the sites should make it

a bit more stricter.

Parents should always look

through what you do.

I think that the social media

websites are responsible

because I think they can tell

if you are under 13 or over 13.

I think it is your parents'

and your own responsibility,

because when you decide to make

a social media account,

you have to be aware

of the things could happen.

Loads of people talk about this

issue, but things don't seem

to be getting better.

So what would you do about it?

I think the sites should be stricter

and should be more careful to check

what people put online.

More security, more monitors.

There should be more report signs.

Social media sites should make

all accounts private.

If you put your age in,

you have to get a parent

to put it in for you.

Make a tutorial at

the beginning to say

where all the report buttons are.

I think parents should be more aware

of cyber-bullying and should know

what their kids are looking

at and what they are on.

Today, Prince William is revealing

a new list of rules for 11

to 16-year-olds about social media.

His charity, the Royal Foundation,

has worked with social

media, tech companies

and Anti-Bullying Week charities.

They say stop, take a step back.

Try and see what is going on.

Check the guidelines

of the site you are on.

Speak.

Ask an adult or friend

you trust for their advice.

Report bad behaviour and speak

to charities that help with issues

like cyber-bullying.

Support.

Help the person being bullied.

Get them to speak to

someone they trust.

So will something like this work?

With it being Prince William,

I think it is going to get

a lot more attention.

Some children, if they are getting

bullied online, they don't know

what to do and get really nervous

and they are unsure.

So I think it is really good

because it is an instruction

as to what to do.

I don't think it will work

because a lot of people like to know

what they want to do and don't

like people telling them what to do.

In my opinion, I don't think this

will work because bullies are just

going to be bullies.

I think it is helpful to have a list

online because it is made

who know what they're talking about.
