We check out the next big Saturday night singing show!

Flying high at a very special kite festival.

First up, it's the Queen's official birthday today.

To celebrate the occasion, Trooping the Colour has been taking

place with Prince William playing his part.

400 musicians, 200 horses and 1,000 troops take part.

The Queen has also given out special honours,

with Harry Potter author JK Rowling getting a special Companion

of Honour Award for services to literature.

It's going to be a scorcher of a weekend, with loads of sunshine

for many parts of the country.

And we've been asking what you've got planned

to enjoy the good weather.

Maybe a BBQ, maybe meeting your friends in the park,

or even heading to the seaside?

Bethany says: This weekend I'm in Devon and I am going to the pool

every day because the weather is so nice!

Chloe Louise is visiting family and going strawberry

picking for her birthday!

Camron is going to buy lots of food, and heading to going to the park.

And Iris says she's trampolining, having a water fight and having

friends over for a barbecue.

OK, a quick look at the day's sports stories, and could this guy be

on his way back to the Premier League?

Apparently Cristiano Ronaldo wants to leave Real Madrid.

The former Man United forward has had an amazing few seasons,

winning three Champions Leagues and breaking loads of goal-scoring

records, but he's been accused of not paying the right amount

of money to the Spanish government - an accusation that is making him

think about his future there.

And the British and Irish Lions have won their latest warm-up match

against the Maori All Blacks.

They've just one more game to go before the first big Test

against the New Zealand national team next Saturday.

Are you enjoying the Voice Kids but missing Britain's Got Talent?

Well a brand new singing show starts tonight on BBC One.

30 choirs and singing groups will be battling it out

for a big prize of ?50,000.

Martin's got this one.

This is Pitch Battle!

Expect colourful costumes, cool dance moves, and

some amazing vocals.

So, let's find out what Pitch Battle is all about.

It is vocal groups, amazing vocal groups,

very varied vocal groups, from Gospel choirs to a cappella,

competing, basically, to be crowned the best vocal group

of Pitch Battle.

Mel Giedroyc will be joined by judges choirmaster Gareth Malone

and American singer Kelis, so get your voices ready

to sing along this weekend.

Sticking with telly, and a hit drama series called The Lodge.

The show is filmed in Northern Ireland,

and Newsround went to meet the show's stars.

These are the stars of The Lodge.

They've got millions of hits online, and loads of you have

been watching on telly.

# It's my time, it's my time...#

It's filmed right here in the UK, in Northern Ireland.

And they've invited me to see what they get up to,

on-set and off-screen.

So, The Lodge is a teen musical mystery drama.

It follows the story of my character, Skye.

She's 15, and she's moved from the city to the family's

country lodge, after the passing of her mother.

The concert was a hit, the lodge is doing great.

When we're on set and we're working, we could be working a 12-hour day,

and it could be cold, freezing, raining, it's nice to get

a little bit of laughter in the day.

We were just trying to knock these coconuts off these stands

with these tennis balls.

Everyone was having a wicked time.

We do play a lot of table tennis.

There's a piano, and Josh plays the piano, so he's

always playing along.

Who's best?

I don't actually know.

No?

The hours are so long, so we are there to support each

other, scripts and everything.

I mean, sometimes it can get stressful, but it's

such a great cast.

They're about to go for a take, I'm probably going to have to be

really quiet in a moment.

It's season two.

Now, this season, she gets to ride, and she gets to do loads of sports

and be out there with the boys and getting dirty, and it's great.

This season we are exploring different relationships.

The music and the dance sequences are fantastic.

My character comes in with a bit of a mystery behind her, I'd say.

She's a massive tomboy as well.

She rides a bike, and she doesn't wear any dresses.

What's really nice about this series, everyone kind

of has their own back stories.

You learn a lot more about each person's different character.

# The road is long, I'll keep holding on

# I feel so alive #.

Imagine looking up at the sky and seeing this!

Fire-breathing dragons, cartoon characters,

and all sorts animals, in kite form, of course,

have been taking to the skies along the south-west coast of Denmark.

It's all part of a special three-day event.

Thousands of kite flyers from across the world come together

to show off their kites on the beach.
