But first, there has been loads of gold medals

for Britain on day four of the World Para Athletics

Championships which are being held at London Stadium.

Hannah Cockroft won the T34 800m.

That adds to the gold she had already won in the 100m on Friday.

Also, Sophie Kamlish took home gold when she won the T43/T44 100m.

I'm kind of still not really believing it because obviously

the only other major international medal I've got was a bronze

in the 200 in 2013, so it's been quite a long time.

And Olivia Breen won the T38 long jump with a personal best of 4.81m.

This means that Great Britain are second in the medal table

with 20 medals in total and a very impressive 11 golds.

Well done, guys!

Now to some high-flying horses.

A new style of horse eventing is hoping to bring a little more

excitement to the sport.

We went along with a young super fan to see what it's all about.

Hi, I'm Izzie.

I love all things riding and I even enjoy lessons.

I've been riding since I was about five, but I am

here today to find out how the professionals do it.

This is the Event Rider Masters, a new type

of eventing competition, and I can't wait to see

the riders in action.

Eventing is also known as horse trials.

The competition has three different stages - dressage,

cross country and showjumping.

One of the riders here today is Gemma Tatterson.

She is a very experienced competitor and she was part of the

British Olympic team at Rio.

What makes the Event Rider Masters different to other competitions?

Event Rider Masters is a shortened, more exciting

version of eventing.

So it is actually the top 40 riders in the world come forward

which makes it very, very competitive and the build up towards

the end of the competition, really exciting for spectators and riders.

Well done on your lovely showjumping round.

How are you feeling now you are in seventh,

heading into the cross-country?

Yeah, we are really excited.

Primero is a new ride for me and it is only the second time

at this level.

So to jump a really good clear round, to be in the top ten,

is really exciting.

I'm going to be giving the cross-country

my best shot.

The overall winner is the rider with the fewest penalties

after the three stages.

Congratulations on winning.

How do you feel to win such a big event?

Thank you very much, Izzie.

It's really special.

It's a really special feeling because it doesn't happen

very often and I just get the impression I have succeeded in

achieving one of my dreams, so I am over the moon.

The idea behind the Event Rider Masters is to make

traditional eventing faster and more exciting.

I have had a great day and I hope to be competing

in it myself one day.

Could your phone give you head lice?

Some scientists say that if you use a smartphone or a tablet

you're twice as likely to get head lice than those who don't.

Huddling together watching videos or taking selfies with friends

means your heads are touching more often and increases your

chances of getting them.

This is a head louse and this is a nit, which is an egg.

Don't worry, they are nothing to be embarrassed about.

That's better.

I know, your whole body just started to feel a little

bit itchy, didn't it?

Many people get head lice or nits.

They are passed on by head to head contact and it's got nothing to do

with having dirty hair.

Other lice myths include...

"Lice can jump."

That is not true.

They are not that athletic and the best they can manage is a crawl.

Look at this guy go!

"Lice prefer long hair."

Wrong.

Lice don't like sunlight so they hide close to the scalp

and that's the same whether your hair is long or short.

Some people say lice come from animals.

That isn't true either.

They only live on humans.

No one knows where they came from, but they've been around as far

back as the Egyptians.
