We meet the musical family where absolutely everyone plays something.

And we check out the Formula One of the ice-skating world.

UK Prime Minister Theresa May will go to America this week to meet

Donald Trump to talk about how the countries will work together.

But it's been a tricky first weekend in the job for President Trump.

His team have argued with the media over the size of the crowds

who watched his inauguration.

Photos show large empty spaces when compared

to Barack Obama's inaguration, but Mr Trump says the crowd was much

larger than the media says and they aren't being fair to him.

The weekend also saw millions of people in America and around

the world protesting against Donald Trump.

They were marching to show their support for a number of issues,

including gender equality and gay rights, which they say

they don't think Donald Trump will do enough to protect.

Now, some of you might play musical instruments,

but can you imagine coming from a home where everyone

is a top musician?

Meet the Kanneh-Mason family.

They're all, you've guessed it, pretty musical.

You guys come from a really musical family, don't you?

Yes.

Tell me a little bit about it.

It's busy, and exciting.

It can be very noisy, and it can be kind of annoying when you wake up.

I'm rather used to it, when you always wake up

and I can always hear a noise and the sound of music.

What do you love about music, and why?

I love music because it just has a lovely nice sound

with every instrument.

What I love about music is the fact that everyone is different, it's not

like maths where the answer's always the same.

What is it like, you all play musical instruments,

what is it like to play as a group?

When we all get together it's really nice, it's just really

noisy and I like that.

It's really nice playing with siblings because it's easy

to tell them what to do without putting it into

words, they just kind of know what to do next.

You just look at people...

Yeah, and they just know what to do!

I couldn't leave this musical home without asking them

for one special request.

Now, to a sport that is the Formula 1 of the ice skating world -

long-track speed skating.

Great Britain dominated the sport around 100 years ago,

however as time went on the sport has almost died out here in the UK.

But BBC reporter Mike Bushell has been to check out

the new home for GB speed skating in the Netherlands.

The frozen Fens in east England was the home of a traditional form

of ice skating called track speed skating, where people would race

each other on a frozen lake around a long track,

a test of speed and endurance.

However, in recent years the temperatures have risen

and the Fens rarely freeze over, meaning people can't skate on them.

This meant the popularity of track speed skating dropped in the UK.

However, here in the Netherlands, it's booming.

And some of the UK's best long-track speed skaters are now training

here at this giant arena for their competitions.

So who better to try out this cool new sport than the BBC's

very own Mike Bushell?

And what's the point if you don't have the right

clothing for the job, hey?

Let's find out why people enjoy speed skating.

The first couple of steps you really need to be explosive,

really get that speed up, because then the second bit

you can really accelerate on and really finish your stride.

It's hoped that top facilities like this will encourage more people

to try out long-track speed skating.
