This morning we'll be bringing you the latest news from Brussels

Tributes have continued overnight as people come together to remember

the victims of the attacks on Belgium's capital,

In London, landmarks were lit up in the colours of the Belgian flag

People continued to gather in a central square

Anna Foster sent this report especially for Newsround.

This is a place called the Place de la Bourse,

a big public square rate in the middle of Brussels.

You can see hundreds of people have come out here today,

They have put big flags on these steps here.

They've got balloons as well in the same colours,

and if you look down here you can see all of the candles that people

have brought to light, and there are big tubs of chalk

as well and people are writing messages.

There are lots of children who have come here as well to remember

the people who were caught up in the attacks here yesterday.

Lots of people came overnight tonight, to light candles as well.

Lots of people have come from work with flowers.

The children were back at school today but lots of them are quiet

for a minute earlier today, to remember the people

who were caught up and involved in those attacks here

As you saw there, it's not just grown ups who are visiting

Many children have gone there as well, from all over the world.

These Dutch children wanted to show their sympathy.

We want to show that we are sad, and we are also

And if you're upset by anything you hear

on the news there's advice online too.

Shopping trollies, a tin bath and even a car -

in the country's canals and rivers this winter.

The Canal and River Trust says that littering is a big problem and it's

asking people to stop throwing pollution into our waterways

as its dangerous for people and animals.

Next - Newsround's latest special is all about tech.

We've been finding out if you think you're using it too much.

I know I certainly find myself on my gadgets a lot,

so we spoke to Stampy, Yogscast's Kim and Technobabble's

Marcus to find out how they keep a balance on their tech time.

I think kind of having one thing you want to do,

go on, do it, then go back off and join the real world again.

I think that's a great way to have a good balance between,

yes, spending time in front of screen and spending time,

As well as playing games, it's great now that we can code

with all of the devices we got around the house,

so instead of just playing games we can make a game!

Try and focus and streamline what you need.

Use these toys to do something creative.

And also learn these tools to learn new skills so,

for me, I learned how to make motion graphics.

I have taught myself a little bit of languages here and there. Use it

that way. Be responsible with your tech time and let it be responsible

for you, not your response will for it. -- don't work for it.

To footy now, and Wales and Northern Ireland meet in Cardiff

tonight for a friendly game ahead of this summers Euros.

Both teams have waited a long time to reach a major competition,

but Wales - who will play Ukraine on Monday -

will be missing two star players, Gareth Bale and Aaron Ramsey

Here's how manager Wales manager Chris Coleman feels

I am looking forward to it. Two important games for us, as it always

is. I know everybody says, you know, two friendly games, but never go

into a game for Wales thinking that. It doesn't matter, to meet other

players, so it is a big one for us. -- to me or the players.
