Hi, guys, Ricky here with the latest from Newsround this Monday.

First up - England's cricket team are still celebrating victory

in the Women's World Cup yesterday, So we thought we'd take a look

England's win was the fourth time the women's team have lifted the

World Cup trophy. They are part of a very select list. Sunday's final was

the most watched game of women's cricket in history. They late crowd

of nearly 27,000 packed the stadium and the worldwide TV audience has

been more than 50 million making it the most watched women's World Cup.

Star batter Beaumont was named the player of the tournament. She

managed 410 runs in nine matches including 23 in the final. She took

six wickets to knock it in the's batters and take England's

directory. The first player to take more than four wickets in the World

Cup final. Natalie Sciver was the only player to get more than 100

runs in one game and she even coined a new shot, the Nat-meg.

From world cup winners to an Olympic superhero.

Michael Phelps is one of the fastest swimmers on Earth,

but he took up a pretty weird challenge yesterday

It's possibly the biggest swimming showdown...

And I have to say right at the start it wasn't a real shark,

but a simulated one that he raced against.

Which some people found disappointing.

Anyway, let's get to the challenge, set in the waters of

He's the world record holder for 100m and 200m butterfly.

And for this challenge he was specially equipped

with a wetsuit and monofin to help mimic a shark's

Phelps came in at 38.2 seconds so he got beaten by just 2 seconds.

Next, Great Britain's under 23's team took on Turkey

at the The World Wheelchair basketball championships last

month - and for the first time they won GOLD!

It was this match with this shot that gave the GB

But it hasn't stopped there, the team have reunited here

in Sheffield because they are now training around the clock

for the European basketball championships, and is even some hope

for Paralympic success in the future.

We've been back just over two weeks, so it is starting to set in.

You look back, since I've been back I've not thought about it too much.

It's good to have a think back, you don't get much

time to stop and think about the stuff we've achieved.

What is it about wheelchair basketball you love?

I've always been so competitive, every aspect has made my life

a million times better than without it.

Could we be seeing Paralympics in 2020?

I hope so, if we could achieve gold, that is my dream.
