See you later.

Hi, I'm Hayley.

0:00:030:00:04

It's Good Friday and here's what's going on in the world today.

0:00:040:00:07

We get tech advice from Stampy.

0:00:070:00:14

Six people have been arrested in Belgium as police continue

0:00:250:00:29

to look for the terrorists who carried out the attacks

0:00:290:00:31

that happened on Tuesday.

0:00:310:00:33

More than 30 people died when the extremist group known

0:00:330:00:39

as IS claim they attacked the airport and a metro train.

0:00:390:00:43

We know lots of you have questions about what happened in Brussels.

0:00:430:00:46

So, we asked the BBC's security correspondent,

0:00:460:00:47

Frank Gardner, to answer them.

0:00:470:00:51

Hi, I'm Frank Gardner.

0:00:510:00:53

My title is BBC security correspondent, which means

0:00:530:00:56

that when bad things happen I'm afraid, like the big attack

0:00:560:00:59

in Brussels and Paris, I have to report on it

0:00:590:01:01

for the BBC

0:01:010:01:02

and try to explain it to our audience, including you.

0:01:020:01:05

Jessica, I think the answer is that there are quite a large

0:01:120:01:15

number of people living in some cities in Belgium,

0:01:150:01:17

especially in Bussells, who don't feel they are a part

0:01:170:01:20

of their country and feel quite separate from it

0:01:200:01:23

and they don't like the country they are living in.

0:01:230:01:26

They are only a small minority of people doing this,

0:01:260:01:28

but they have decided here is an opportunity to hit back

0:01:280:01:31

at a country and government they don't like, hurting the people

0:01:310:01:34

from that country.

0:01:340:01:37

The people involved are people who are already criminals

0:01:430:01:45

in most cases.

0:01:450:01:48

Some had gone to Syria and they'd learned how to fire guns

0:01:480:01:51

there and they've come back and kept their plans very secret.

0:01:510:01:55

Now they have killed a lot of innocent people.

0:01:550:01:58

Look, I can understand that all of this stuff

0:02:040:02:06

looks really scary.

0:02:060:02:08

But the chances of any of us being caught up in it personally

0:02:080:02:12

are very, very small.

0:02:120:02:14

We are one of the most observed countries...

0:02:140:02:17

In fact, we ARE the most observed country in Europe

0:02:170:02:19

and that is helping to keep us safe.

0:02:190:02:22

It's far more dangerous for you to cross the road without looking.

0:02:220:02:25

The chances of being caught up in a terrorist attack in Britain

0:02:250:02:28

are very low.

0:02:280:02:32

Thanks Frank.

0:02:320:02:34

There's a full guide to what happened in Brussels online

0:02:340:02:36

along with our report about who Islamic State are.

0:02:360:02:38

And remember, if you're upset by anything you hear on the news,

0:02:380:02:41

there's advice there, too.

0:02:410:02:45

Next, you've probably worked out by now, that Newsround is going tech

0:02:450:02:48

mad, and our latest special is all about technology

0:02:480:02:50

and is tech taking over?

0:02:500:02:54

We've been chatting to some top famous vloggers to find out how

0:02:540:02:57

they manage their tech time.

0:02:570:02:58

Here's Stampy.

0:02:580:03:03

Hello, I'm Stumpy and I am a YouTuber and I mainly make videos

0:03:030:03:06

on game called Minecraft.

0:03:060:03:07

It can sometimes be difficult getting a balance between taking

0:03:140:03:16

a break from your screen as well as spending time

0:03:160:03:19

in the real world, I guess.

0:03:190:03:20

I know some people can maybe set an alarm or keep

0:03:200:03:23

checking the clock in order to see how long they've been looking

0:03:230:03:26

at a screen.

0:03:260:03:27

The way I do it is, I drink tea a lot, so whenever I feel

0:03:270:03:30

like I need a cup of tea, I will make one and have a break

0:03:300:03:34

from the screen.

0:03:340:03:35

I will talk to someone or play with my cat.

0:03:350:03:38

I guess when you are picking your hobbies,

0:03:440:03:46

kind of think about a balance of hobbies.

0:03:460:03:48

Even if you don't think you are sporty, there's

0:03:480:03:50

a chance there is a sport out there you haven't spent much time

0:03:500:03:54

playing and if you give it ago, you might enjoy it.

0:03:540:03:56

It's having a balance between all the different things

0:03:560:03:59

you're doing for fun.

0:03:590:04:02

There have been lots of times where I think I've been

0:04:100:04:12

looking at a screen for too long and I feel like I need a break.

0:04:120:04:16

That always happens when you lose track of time.

0:04:160:04:18

I've never sat down at a computer and thought,

0:04:180:04:20

"Right! I will spend four hours doing this thing."

0:04:200:04:22

You sit down and you get involved in whatever you're doing.

0:04:220:04:26

If I'm playing Minecraft and I want to get

0:04:260:04:29

something finished, or editing a video,

0:04:290:04:32

and I want to get it perfect, it's hard to say, stop.

0:04:320:04:36

I say try and keep track of time, keep

0:04:360:04:39

checking what time it is and be aware how long you've been looking

0:04:390:04:43

at a screen and that way you're more likely to force yourself

0:04:430:04:47

to have a break.

0:04:470:04:51

That's all for now.

0:04:530:04:55

Newsround's back right here in about half an hour.
