Good morning.

Im Hayley and it's Good Friday,

so here's what we've got for you on this Bank Holiday.

Why chocolate Easter eggs are for you and not your dog.

And an exploding star a billion light years away.

But first, you've probably worked out by now Newsround is going tech

mad, and our latest special is all about technology and asking

the question, is tech taking over?

We've been chatting to some top famous vloggers and tech

whizzes to find out how they manage their tech time.

Here's Stampy to tell us how he does it.

Hello, I'm Stumpy and I am a YouTuber and I mainly make videos

on game called Minecraft.

It can sometimes be difficult getting a balance between taking

a break from your screen as well as spending time

in the real world, I guess.

I know some people can maybe set an alarm or keep

checking the clock in order to see how long they've been looking

at a screen.

The way I do it is, I drink tea a lot, so whenever I feel

like I need a cup of tea, I will make one and have a break

from the screen.

I will talk to someone or play with my cat.

I guess when you are picking your hobbies,

kind of think about a balance of hobbies.

Even if you don't think you are sporty, there's

a chance there is a sport out there you haven't spent much time

playing and if you give it ago, you might enjoy it.

you're doing for fun.

There have been lots of times where I think I've been

looking at a screen for too long and I feel like I need a break.

That always happens when you lose track of time.

I've never sat down at a computer and thought,

"Right! I will spend four hours doing this thing."

You sit down and you get involved in whatever you're doing.

If I'm playing Minecraft and I want to get

something finished, or editing a video,

and I want to get it perfect, it's hard to say, stop.

I say try and keep track of time, keep

checking what time it is and be aware how long you've been looking

at a screen and that way you're more likely to force yourself

to have a break.

Next, six people have been arrested in Belgium as police continue

to look for the terrorists who carried out the attacks that

happened on Tuesday.

More than 30 people died when the extremist group known

as IS say attacked an airport and a metro train.

We know lots of you have questions about what happened in Brussels.

So, we asked the BBC's security correspondent Frank Gardner

to answer them.

My title is BBC security correspondent, which means

that when bad things happen I'm afraid, like the big attack

in Brussels and Paris, I have to report on it

for the BBC

and try to explain it to our audience, including you.

Jessica, I think the answer is that there are quite a large

number of people living in some cities in Belgium,

especially in Bussells, who don't feel they are a part

They are only a small minority of people doing this,

but they have decided here is an opportunity to hit back

at a country and government they don't like, hurting the people

there and they've come back and kept their plans very secret.

Now they have killed a lot of innocent people.

Look, I can understand that all of this stuff

looks really scary.

But the chances of any of us being caught up in it personally

are very, very small.

We are one of the most observed countries...

In fact, we ARE the most observed country in Europe

and that is helping to keep us safe.

It's far more dangerous for you to cross the road without looking.

The chances of being caught up in a terrorist attack in Britain

are very low.

The pet charity PDSA is reminding people that chocolate is very bad

for dogs and can make them ill.

They've got a bit of advice on how to treat your pet safely

this Easter.

If you want to give them a really tasty treat why not try a little bit

of carrot?

And, remember, you don't need to show your pets you love them

by giving them treats.

Why not give them some extra cuddles or take them

out in the garden for some play time instead?

Nasa's Kepler space telescope has seen a star explode 1.2 billion

light years away.

The red star is thought to have been 500 times bigger and 20,000 times

brighter than our Sun!
