It's been a week since Scotland voted not to become independent

The No result has sparked big discussions about how the whole

So, Scotland isn't becoming an independent country.

But it has been promised more of its own powers.

And now there are some politicians who think that things

Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland each have their own parliaments or

assemblies with their own politicians, who can decide

on certain issues for that nation - such as schools and hospitals.

All things are decided by Members of the UK Parliament, based in London.

That means MPs from Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland can vote

But it doesn't work the other way round.

The Prime Minister David Cameron, who's from the Conservative Party,

English votes for English laws is really just about fairness. At the

moment Scotland has its own parliament. And that this saves the

rules for schools and hospitals in Scotland. But Scotland also sends

Members of Parliament to the United Kingdom Parliament and they help to

make all of the rules for schools and hospitals in England also.

But the Labour Party - the main opposition party to the

Matthew and Sofia, who live in England,

She talks about Scotland for the Labour Party.

Is the Labour Party going to change the rules so that only England MPs

The Labour Party is not going to do that. We have MPs from across

Britain and we believe that when we come together in the British

Parliament there are big things we do together and we think it is

important that all of the people making those decisions are treated

equally across Britain. Do you think it's fair that MPs

in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland can vote

on issues that only affect England, but MPs from England can't vote

on those same issues in Scotland, I think it is fair. We are all

joined up together. If you try to start on clicking what is Scotland

or England or Wales, it is not straightforward.

Politicians from all parties are agreed that Scotland will get more

powers as a result of the No vote in the referendum.

But they are now arguing about what that vote means

Kids causing a nuisance and being disruptive in class are stopping

other children learning, according to school inspection group Ofsted.

Evidence from 3,000 school visits showed pupils potentially lose up

to an hour of learning every day because other pupils are messing

But some teachers say that's not true.

It was have it. Disrespect towards teachers. I think that affected a

lot of the learning. I was sick when I first started but I think I am

starting to learn and I feel clever. Music lessons are getting brighter

and noisier at one school They've swapped traditional brass

instruments for these cheaper, The traditional ones are expensive

and often too heavy for kids Exciting. Because you get to play a

trumpet and learned how to do it. It is really fun. You have to blow for

a long time. And when you drop it, make sure it doesn't break.

A pair of giant pandas are having to learn

new survival skills so they can look after themselves when they're

Yun-Tow and Yang Hua have been moved to a bigger outdoor pen to look

for their own food, get some exercise and fresh air.

It's a special training camp for pandas who are leaving captivity.
