Liverpool fans arrived at Sheffield Wednesday's Stadium	:00:42.	:00:51.
Too many fans were let into the stadium and many of them	:00:52.	:00:57.
and hundreds more were injured.	:00:58.	:01:05.
Because of this disaster, football stadiums have changed.	:01:06.	:01:08.
Fans all have seats and there are no longer metal fences	:01:09.	:01:10.
This has made football grounds much safer so	:01:11.	:01:17.
a disaster like this could never happen again.	:01:18.	:01:24.
Since the disaster, families of the victims have been	:01:25.	:01:26.
For the past two years, an inquest has been trying	:01:27.	:01:30.
And yesterday, the decisions were made.	:01:31.	:01:34.
The BBC's Judith Moritz was there and sent	:01:35.	:01:37.
An inquest is where you find out how and why somebody dies,	:01:38.	:01:43.
and at Hillsborough, very sadly, 96 people died.	:01:44.	:01:46.
And also it happened nearly 30 years ago.	:01:47.	:01:52.
It's taken a really long time to get the answers.	:01:53.	:01:55.
But it was decided that the Liverpool fans who died,	:01:56.	:01:57.
they died because the policeman who was in charge of the game	:01:58.	:02:02.
they were at made a really big mistake.	:02:03.	:02:05.
He allowed too many people to go inside the football ground	:02:06.	:02:08.
The families of the people who died say they are	:02:09.	:02:14.
really pleased to find out at last what happened, but they also say	:02:15.	:02:17.
they really miss their relatives very much.	:02:18.	:02:22.

Definitely there will be a big relief for Liverpool	:02:42.	:02:44.
because it kind of brings everyone in Liverpool together.	:02:45.	:02:50.
Since I've been growing up, Hillsborough has always been	:02:51.	:02:52.
a question of what happened and I think today	:02:53.	:02:54.
is really going to be a bit of relief to people,	:02:55.	:02:57.
that they actually know really what actually happened.	:02:58.	:02:59.
They'll feel relieved and I reckon they will be able to take a step	:03:00.	:03:03.
forward, but they will never be truly able to forget those that	:03:04.	:03:05.
Now that they've got the result that they were unlawfully killed	:03:06.	:03:12.
then they can mourn them in a way that they should	:03:13.	:03:15.
Well, last night 96 lanterns were lit outside St George's Hall	:03:16.	:03:24.
in Liverpool, one in memory of each of the football fans	:03:25.	:03:27.
And buildings across Liverpool showed their support by lighting up	:03:28.	:03:33.
Later this afternoon a memorial will be held in the city.	:03:34.	:03:42.

Moving on, junior doctors across England are not turning up	:03:49.	:04:02.
They're taking part in a protest - called a strike - because of a row	:04:03.	:04:07.

Junior doctors in England are striking because they are unhappy	:04:15.	:04:17.
with government plans to change their pay and working hours.	:04:18.	:04:20.
The government says it wants to improve	:04:21.	:04:26.
hospital services at weekends, but many doctors	:04:27.	:04:28.
believe the changes are unfair	:04:29.	:04:29.
and neither side can agree on a deal.	:04:30.	:04:40.
This is the first strike this year, but the first one	:04:41.	:04:43.
to affect Accident and Emergency departments.	:04:44.	:04:47.
Thousands of appointments and operations have	:04:48.	:04:48.
But more senior doctors are stepping in	:04:49.	:04:51.
to make sure those who need care can get it.	:04:52.	:04:59.
Olympic excitement next, because today marks exactly one	:05:00.	:05:01.
hundred days to go until the start of the Rio Olympic Games in Brazil.	:05:02.	:05:05.
