Hi guys. Leah here, live this Friday morning with some of this on the

way. How this tiger cub trio coped with their first venture outside.

And an year to talk about books and boys with Frank Lampard. -- and

Dianne here. This is Newsround. But first to the latest development in

the search for the missing Malaysia Airlines plane. Australian officials

say that new data suggests it didn't fly as far as they first thought

before crashing into the sea. As a result search crews have shifted the

area they're looking for wreckage several hundred miles to the north

east. The plane went missing mid-flight more than two weeks ago,

something that's extremely rare. The BBC's Jonathan Head is at the search

base and explained what this latest development means.

In practice, it brings the search area closer to Western Australia.

1000 miles offshore. That means that the planes leaving this airbase will

be able to spend longer over the search zone, which should improve

the efficiency of the search. The problem is it means that if the new

information is right, one week has been wasted in essence. And there's

upsets you. Next, he's used to exciting supporters with his goals,

but Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard has a growing reputation for keeping

fans on the edge of their seats with his books too. Well, now Frank has

teamed up with the Premier League and the National Literacy Trust to

get more boys reading, something that's not happening enough

according to them. What is your fragrant book? --

favourite book. It made sure I did reading and basic maths at school.

I've enjoyed reading and got good marks. My favourite book was the

BFG. It is very good, Latin. Whatever you want to do with your

lives, it is important to get the basics. How important is it to read

outside of school? Very important because it is a basic life skills.

It is a great way to use your imagination. There is time in the

modern day for kids to do lots of different things but reading every

day can help you with your basic skills. At the moment, younger boys

find it harder to read compared to girls. Why is that? I think it is

something we have to work on. I don't know why. Perhaps there's

something in them that does not want to read so much, but with gentle

help, they can get excited about reading. And you do not have to be

on a computer. You can sit and read and have more enjoyment. And it is

something that the National Literacy Trust is working with the Premier

League to try to achieve. One in five children leave Henry school

without being able to read properly. We are trying to work with

the Premier League to get boys to read more. Boys look up to players

like Frank Lampard. They will read more when they know that their

favourite Premier League footballers are reading. The difference between

girls and boys in reading starts as young as five but it is hoped that

with people like Frank Lampard getting kids into reading, that gap

can be breached. And there's more from Frank on the

A replica of the surface of Mars has been extended so it can test out the

latest Euro Rover bound for the red planet. This warehouse in

Hertfordshire has the same sand and rocks as Mars and has been made

bigger to house a prototype of the European Mars Rover. It's expected

to blast off for a new mission in 2018.

Zookeepers in London have been speaking about their latest

arrivals. The three Sumatran tiger cubs were born in February but went

on display for the first time this week. Zoo staff aren't yet sure

whether the cubs are boys or girls but they're pleased with how they

coped with their first venture outside. I think they were

overwhelmed by it. It is such a huge space. Also, Mum was keeping a

watchful eye over them because she is concerned with where they are

going. She does not want them to be out of her sight. So she limited

them to around the area where they came out, to make sure they were

safe. And finally if you're a Harry Potter fan with a spare ?15,000 in

pocket money then this next story is for you. Original Harry Potter book

illustrations by British artist Cliff Wright are going up for

auction in America. They were used as covers for the second and third

instalments of J.K Rowling's seven book series. There's also a two page

letter by the former British Minister Winston Churchill

explaining why he wanted to leave his job back in 1955. That is all
