Morning, everyone, you're live with me, Leah, on CBBC. Coming up.

:00:00.:00:09.

Today Britain officially says it will leave the European Union.

:00:10.:00:14.

The super rare tigers caught on film.

:00:15.:00:17.

And meet the unexpected visitor on a US golf course.

:00:18.:00:21.

First to some big news for the future of the UK.

:00:22.:00:36.

Later today, Prime Minister, Theresa May is going to trigger

:00:37.:00:40.

It's after the UK voted to leave a group of countries

:00:41.:00:48.

The British people decide our future in Europe.

:00:49.:00:56.

The decision taken has been reversed by this referendum to leave the EU.

:00:57.:01:07.

Following the referendum, we face a time of great national change.

:01:08.:01:11.

I will return to this House before the end of this month to notify

:01:12.:01:14.

when I have formally triggered Article 50 and begun the process

:01:15.:01:17.

through which the United Kingdom will leave European Union.

:01:18.:01:22.

Well, for a country to leave the EU, the prime minister of that

:01:23.:01:30.

country has to do something called triggering Article 50.

:01:31.:01:33.

It's just a complicated way of saying the UK's prime minister,

:01:34.:01:36.

Theresa May, will officially tell the rest of the EU that the UK

:01:37.:01:39.

She's signed a letter that will be handed over at this building

:01:40.:01:45.

round about the time you're eating your school dinner.

:01:46.:01:54.

Politicians have two years to come up with a plan as to how the UK will

:01:55.:01:59.

leave and how it will carry on working with the EU. Let us find out

:02:00.:02:04.

a bit more about Article 50. Article 50 is the name

:02:05.:02:06.

of an agreement between members of a club of countries called

:02:07.:02:08.

the European Union, or EU, which explains how a country

:02:09.:02:11.

can leave this group, The Prime Minister, Theresa May,

:02:12.:02:13.

will activate Article 50 later today, which means the UK

:02:14.:02:18.

will officially be Well, doing this gives the UK

:02:19.:02:19.

and other 27 EU countries, two years to come up with a deal

:02:20.:02:25.

about what sort of relationship the UK will have with

:02:26.:02:28.

the EU in the future. They need to decide rules

:02:29.:02:31.

for things, like buying and selling products to each

:02:32.:02:34.

other and immigration. Once a deal has been made official

:02:35.:02:36.

and approved, then the UK is out. It's a lot to get through in two

:02:37.:02:40.

years so the politicians will be If they decide they need

:02:41.:02:43.

more than two years, then the time limits can be extended

:02:44.:02:47.

but only if everybody agrees. Don't forget there is loads more

:02:48.:03:01.

info over at Newsround online, including this explainer

:03:02.:03:04.

of what all the words people And take a look at these incredible

:03:05.:03:06.

pictures of a rare group of tigers They were filmed by conservationists

:03:07.:03:11.

using special camera traps, which are triggered

:03:12.:03:14.

using motion sensors. There's less then 300 Indo-Chinese

:03:15.:03:15.

tigers left in the wild in Thailand. And what's really exciting

:03:16.:03:20.

is that the footage shows the tigers are having cubs for the first time

:03:21.:03:23.

in 15 years. Next up, a long stretch

:03:24.:03:28.

of Australia's north-east coast is at dangerous risk of flooding

:03:29.:03:31.

after a powerful cyclone hit. Cyclone Debbie has caused major

:03:32.:03:34.

damage, heavy rain and power cuts This is the moment a huge cyclone

:03:35.:03:38.

battered the north-east With winds of up to 163

:03:39.:03:46.

mph and pounding rain, people think that Cyclone Debbie

:03:47.:03:52.

might be the worst to hit So far it has caused

:03:53.:03:56.

lots of damage to buildings, trees and roads in an area called

:03:57.:04:01.

Queensland and it's left more In fact, Cyclone Debbie is so strong

:04:02.:04:05.

it's been labelled a category four storm by weather experts,

:04:06.:04:13.

that's only one level down Australia's prime minister

:04:14.:04:15.

has reassured people that there are plans in place

:04:16.:04:22.

to keep people safe and the authorities have encouraged

:04:23.:04:25.

around 25,000 people It's very clear that the time

:04:26.:04:28.

for people to move is now, More than 2,000 emergency workers

:04:29.:04:33.

are on stand-by ready to help those affected by the cyclone

:04:34.:04:39.

but the authorities won't know how much damage Cyclone Debbie has

:04:40.:04:43.

caused until the winds die down. Now you normally see front flips

:04:44.:04:50.

at gymnastics but... A monster truck driver became

:04:51.:04:53.

the first in the sport's history to pull off a front flip

:04:54.:04:57.

at the Monster Jam World finals. Lee O'Donnell, nicknamed

:04:58.:05:01.

the Mad Scientist, completed it much to the surprise

:05:02.:05:04.

of the crowd in Las Vegas in the US. Sport, Andy Murray is out of the

:05:05.:05:26.

Davis Cup team. He has a tear in his elbow and is to rest. No decision

:05:27.:05:30.

has been made yet as to whether he will return. Kyle Edmund, Dan Evans,

:05:31.:05:38.

Jamie Murray will head to France. We will keep you up-to-date on the

:05:39.:05:39.

Davis Cup news. Last up, check out this unexpected

:05:40.:05:40.

visitor having a stroll This alligator interrupted a golf

:05:41.:05:43.

tournament in South Carolina by walking across the course

:05:44.:05:46.

as players watched on. All the players managed to jump

:05:47.:05:51.

into their buggies and drive off. That's all, Newsround's back

:05:52.:05:55.

here at 4.20 this afternoon. You're watching CBBC

:05:56.:06:06.
