0:00:330:00:34

Amazing news for women's

football this morning -

0:00:340:00:35

England made it three wins out

of three in World Cup qualifying

0:00:350:00:38

as they thrashed

Kazakhstan 5-0 last night,

0:00:380:00:41

Nikita Parris scoring

the third goal here.

0:00:410:00:45

They're second in their group

after leaders Wales beat Bosnia 1-0.

0:00:450:00:48

Northern Ireland won

3-1 against Slovakia.

0:00:480:00:52

Manchester United beat Watford 4-2,

0:00:520:00:53

Jesse Lingard here with the pick

of the goals, to narrow the gap

0:00:530:00:56

on rivals City to five points

at the top of the Premier League.

0:00:560:01:02

Talking of goals,

look at this one from

0:01:020:01:04

Leicester's Riyad Mahrez

that helped the former

0:01:040:01:06

champions beat Tottenham 2-1.

0:01:060:01:12

Andy Murray's announced his

plans to help the

0:01:120:01:14

next generation of young athletes.

0:01:140:01:17

The two-time Wimbledon champion

is starting a new talent management

0:01:170:01:20

company so he can help children

succeed in lots of different sports.

0:01:200:01:25

Hi, I'm Andy Murray,

British tennis number one,

0:01:250:01:29

and my message to the young

sportspeople is

0:01:290:01:33

that you're all going to have

setbacks along the way.

0:01:330:01:39

Everybody gets them.

0:01:390:01:40

You're going to have

disappointments, you might not get

0:01:400:01:43

selected for your team,

you might lose in

0:01:430:01:45

big finals, but that's OK.

0:01:450:01:48

It's not a bad thing.

0:01:480:01:49

You're going to have people

when you lose these matches

0:01:490:01:52

telling you you can't do it,

you know, you're not capable.

0:01:520:01:56

You're always going to have

negativity out there,

0:01:560:01:59

but if you keep believing in

yourself, if you keep working hard,

0:01:590:02:02

you will get there.

0:02:020:02:11

so go out there and do it.

0:02:110:02:13

Good luck.

0:02:130:02:14

Next, it's pretty hard

to do a backflip,

0:02:140:02:19

but imagine managing

it in a wheelchair.

0:02:190:02:20

Well, Lily Rice is the first woman

in the UK to do just that!

0:02:200:02:24

She tells us all about how

she managed this awesome trick.

0:02:240:02:26

I'm Lily Rice, I'm 13 years

old, and I ride WCMX.

0:02:330:02:37

WCMX stands for

wheelchair motocross.

0:02:370:02:41

It involves riding

a wheelchair in a skatepark.

0:02:410:02:44

You ride the wheelchair

like a BMXer would ride a BMX,

0:02:440:02:48

or a skateboarder would ride

a skateboard, or a scooter

0:02:480:02:50

would ride a scooter.

0:02:500:02:52

I started riding early March,

and we just, like, did it on a

0:02:520:02:55

few banks, which are basically

like small hills going up and down.

0:02:550:03:02

But as my confidence increased,

I started to try bigger ramps,

0:03:020:03:04

and then eventually did a small

quarter pipe, which

0:03:040:03:06

is about two feet.

0:03:060:03:08

And I felt so happy when I did that.

0:03:080:03:10

But now, looking back

on that, I think that is

0:03:100:03:12

nothing compared to

what I am doing now.

0:03:120:03:16

The backflip wasn't really a target,

I kind of just arrived at

0:03:160:03:19

the skatepark and I was like,

"I want to try a backflip".

0:03:190:03:23

Practised into a foam pit first,

which is like a big

0:03:230:03:26

ramp going up into bits

of foam, basically.

0:03:260:03:30

It kind of describes itself.

0:03:300:03:31

Then I moved onto a resi ramp,

which is a normal ramp made for

0:03:310:03:34

practising tricks.

0:03:340:03:36

Once I landed it, I was,

like, really happy.

0:03:360:03:39

I was ecstatic and I screamed.

0:03:390:03:42

It is different to what

other people are doing.

0:03:420:03:44

I go to the skate park,

and people are like, why is there a

0:03:440:03:47

wheelchair here?

0:03:470:03:49

Then I go onto one of the ramps,

and they are like,

0:03:490:03:52

oh, my God.

0:03:520:03:53

I'd like to try a front flip

now that I can do a backflip.

0:03:530:04:00

No woman has ever done

a front flip, so I

0:04:000:04:03

would be the first woman to do that.

0:04:030:04:04

Skateboarding is going to

the Olympics next year, and I really

0:04:040:04:07

hope WCMX can go to

the Paralympics as well.

0:04:070:04:09

I want to inspire others and show

people that you can do

0:04:090:04:12

whatever you want.

0:04:120:04:13

You just have to put

your mind to it.

0:04:130:04:15

An entire street in Hampshire

has been decorated

0:04:150:04:17

with festive lights by a man

who really loves Christmas.

0:04:170:04:20

He started persuading every

one of his neighbours

0:04:200:04:22

to decorate their homes

0:04:220:04:23

This year, hundreds of people turned

up to see the switch-on.

0:04:230:04:28

So far, around £50,000 has

been raised for charity,

0:04:280:04:30

and the lights attract

thousands of people

0:04:300:04:32

in the run-up to Christmas.

0:04:320:04:42

Go online to get all the details of

the royal wedding. I hope I've got a

0:04:430:04:49

ticket in the post. Plus if you are

a basketball fan we have some great

0:04:490:04:54

steps from the Harlem Globetrotters.

0:04:540:04:56

Thanks for watching.

0:04:560:04:57

I'm back in half an hour.
