and here's what's coming up...

The UK's tallest ever bridge!

And you judge the brand new Bake Off!

First up, the public have had their first chance

to go on the brand new, tallest bridge in the UK.

But where it is it?

And how big is it?

Here's what you need to know.

The Queensferry Crossing - that's the brand-new 2.7 kilometre

bridge over the River Forth in Scotland, linking Edinburgh

and Fife.

The Queensferry Crossing stands a massive 207 metres above

high tide.

That's as high as 48 double decker buses stacked on top

of each other.

The steel in the bridge deck weighs 35,000 tonnes.

That's almost 200 Boeing 747s.

It has special wind shields along each

side to protect traffic from wind, so it can stay open even in the

stormiest of conditions - much needed on the windy Forth Estuary.

The foundation supports are sunk into

the mud down to the bedrock, just one of them is as tall as the Statue

of Liberty.

And an online ballot was held to give 50,000 people the once

in a lifetime chance to walk across the bridge.

Nearly five times that number a applied.

Most are from Scotland and the rest of the UK,

but some are from the US, India and one is from Slovakia.

The Queen officially opened it on Monday and the day after 10,000

local school kids will be able to walk on the bridge too.

Then on Thursday next week, the Queensferry

crossing will open for business.

Next up up - Bake Off is back!

The new series has started and it's the first time the show

has been on Channel 4, rather than BBC One.

So did it rise to the challenge, or did it fall a bit flat?

These kids gave us their views.

Such a mess.

OK, bakers, your time is up.

I liked the first episode, because it had loads of creative

ideas in it and I loved the new people.

I like Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood and I'm glad Paul

Hollywood stayed on, but I still miss Mary Berry.

I thought the first episode was better than the old episodes.

Because they made better cakes and the funny bit was when one

of bakers forgot to put the oven on when they put the cake in, so it

wouldn't bake.

I like this series better, because Mary Berry isn't in it.

I don't like Mary Berry.

I think the new judges are different,

because they're softer.

I think they said better stuff.

Mary Berry talked more and gave more advice.

The person I like was this old lady in there, one of the last

four in the challenge.

She made a water melon that looked perfect.

I really enjoyed the first episode and I will

definitely keep watching to see what happens next.

I didn't really think it was really that much different.

The only thing different to it was the presenters and the judges.

I will carry on with Bake-Off, but I won't do as much

as I used to, I don't think.
