The quest to find a True Warrior continues Raven

Our land is in danger.

The evil sorcerer Nevar and his fellow demons

have found a way to escape the

desolate realm that imprisons them and are seeking to conquer ours.

Only the one true protector of the land

can find the warriors to save us.

My name is Raven and I seek the true warriors.

16 of the bravest and most worthy have answered my call.

Which of them will conquer the challenges?

Who will reach the Grand Tournament and be named as a True Warrior?

Nevar's demons seek to conquer this land.

The brave and the bold stand against him.

Here are four of their number.

After a night's rest,

these warriors must continue their quest to become a True Warrior.

They have already outwitted Nevar's demons and used their skills

to obtain the precious gold rings...

..that will determine their fate.

With four challenges under their belts,

Kaichir and Scona lead with ten rings each.

Sharow has nine while Cersage lags behind with seven.

Who will win the treasure rings they need in today's challenges?

Warriors, within these ancient ruins lies a conundrum,

a puzzle so perplexing that it can only be solved by the most cunning

of warriors. Scona, Cersage, you shall face this challenge first.

Scona, you will enter this doorway here.

Inside, you will find two sets of puzzle pieces that must be

assembled. Do this correctly and they will show you two symbols.

You must describe these symbols to Cersage,

for they are the key to finding golden treasure.

Cersage, once you think you know what the two symbols are,

you must match them with the flag before you unveil to which they lead.

If you are correct, then you will discover two rings.

But should you be in error, then a skull will be rewarded.

You may guess again, but beware, for there are only two sets of rings.

Find these before the sands run out and you will leave the richer.

Should you find two skulls,

or fail to locate the rings before the sand runs out,

each of you will lose a ring from your hoard.

To reveal the coordinates of the treasure,

Scona must construct the puzzles and describe them correctly to Cersage.

Scona and Cersage have found two rings, but the sands are running quickly.

Conundrum has proved fruitful for these warriors.

I think we did work well as a team, because...

..we communicated well.

We had a plan to start at the top of every shield and go round clockwise.

-Made it a lot easier.

-It was so tense.

She said, "OK, OK, I'm going for it now," and I held my breath,

crossed my fingers. I was so worried she'd pick up the basket and it

would be a skull. It felt amazing when she just told me,

"Oh, I found two of the rings."

It was great.

Scona and Cersage solved this puzzle.

Teamwork brings good fortune as two rings are revealed.

Come on, we've got this. We can get all four rings.

But the hidden skulls still remain a danger.

-Sharow must hurry to complete the puzzle.

-Green and it has three white ravens.

Right, I think I've got it. I should be able to get the rings.

OK. The next one is here.

Yeah, got the rings. I got the rings. Yes!

Good teamwork and resourcefulness have earned these warriors

two rings each.

It was really hard putting the puzzle together because you

didn't know which one went in each place.

Being out here, trying to figure out the shields,

I felt quite calm because I just used a way of just eliminating each

shield to narrow it down to know which one it was.

When I found the rings under the basket it felt amazing because I

knew that we didn't have much time left and that I knew that I could

keep up with Scona in the lead.

I felt quite pleased because that helps me get closer to first place

and I'm one ring behind first place.

The warriors' resourcefulness earns each of them two golden treasure

rings to add to their hoards.

Scona and Kaichir now share the lead with 12 rings each.

Sharow is close behind with 11.

Cersage trails with nine rings.

If she is to continue on this quest,

her fortune must change before the end of the day.

It is now time for us to leave these ancient ruins to continue our

journey. Let us see what the next challenge has in store.

It takes more than strength to become a True Warrior -

you must also prove yourself clear of thought and dedicated of purpose.

Here at the end of this maze of ropes hides a golden treasure ring,

but only those with focus and determination will find it.

Scona, Sharow, you will face this challenge first.

Once you think you have found the rope which leads to a golden ring,

then pull the lever.

If your eye is true then treasure will be your reward,

but should you choose unwisely then a skull will drop and instead of

adding to your hoard, you will each lose a ring.

for if Sharow pulls the wrong lever, a skull will drop.

Wait, wait, wait, this one?

I think so. Give me a second to get into position.

Right, go.

Scona and Sharow must trust one another if they are to succeed.

Sharow must move quickly. Time is running out.

We had to pull a lever, we had to find out which ring...

-It was quite, yeah...

-It was quite tempting just to pull the thing.

Yeah, I was so worried that a skull was going to fall,

but we worked together for Riddle Rocks and I think we make a very

-good team.

-Yeah, we both completed both challenges...

Both challenges when we were a team.

Cersage and Kaichir are next to face Loom Labyrinth.

Cersage and Kaichir have been rewarded with treasure.

Playing that game felt amazing,

but it was so tense because you never knew if it was the right lever

you were pulling, especially the third one.

We were running out of time and Kaichir had to take my word for it

and that shows real trust.

I was quite nervous after knowing that the other pair had earned three,

so I knew that if we didn't get all of them then I wouldn't draw

first place any more.

Perfect performances from all our warriors.

Each gains three rings to add to their treasure hoards.

Kaichir and Scona remain in the lead with 15 rings apiece.

Sharow is one behind with 14 rings.

Cersage remains in touch, just, with 12 rings,

but she is fast running out of time to overtake the others.

Raven of old is signalling.

He must have news.

A portal here has been closed for now.

Another way in which Nevar hopes to capture you and the warriors

and claim more magic back to himself.

If we had come this way, Nevar would have captured the warriors.

But, Raven, we have unmasked his trap.

He hasn't realised that I can warn you of his plans.

How quickly can Nevar steal the magic he needs to escape?

We cannot begin to fight against his plans until we find the first of the

-True Warriors.

-It will take him some time and there is only one more dawn

before the Last Stand, then the Grand Tournament can begin,

but finding the True Warrior must be your focus.

We must find a different route.

I will take the warriors to Raven's Rock.

A wise course.

Stay safe, wise one, the land needs you to watch over it.

I watch,

but you and the warriors will be the saviour of this land.

Nevar, yet again, one step ahead.

His evil magic has encapsulated treasure rings in ice upon this

treacherous cliff face.

Nevar's demons pursue us still,

but there are golden treasure rings hanging above you.

To reach them, you will need to climb down

and use your warrior's hammer to smash the shell that hides them.

Cersage, Sharow, you shall descend first.

Look sharp. There are three rings to collect on this treacherous

cliff face. The first of you to reach the bottom with their rings

will keep the treasure. Now, we must move quickly

before Nevar's demons find us.

This is a race to the bottom.

Whoever reaches the cliff foot first will keep any rings they gather

along the way.

The defeated warrior will forfeit one gold ring from their hoard.

Cersage is quick to gather the first treasure ring.

Sharow is close behind.

These warriors are so closely matched.

Cersage knows she needs to gather as many rings as she can,

while Sharow seems focused on the final pod

before getting to the ground. Tactics could play a big part here.

Cersage has worked out Sharow's strategy and is racing for

the bottom to keep her treasure.

A much-needed win for Cersage.

At the top I felt really nervous

because Sharow's quite a good abseiler.

I thought this race would be tough,

but I just channelled those nerves into adrenaline and it worked.

It was quite a close battle.

Cersage is very, very good because she got ahead of me in the last ring.

I'm feeling quite excited for the next challenge and I hope to gain

-some more rings.

Scona must call upon her strength and conquer her fear of heights

to succeed in this challenge.

Kaichir smashes an ice pod and claims a golden treasure ring.

This rock face is treacherous.

Scona is tackling it with caution,

but she must gather speed if she is to beat Kaichir.

Does Kaichir have enough time to go for another ring before Scona

reaches the bottom?

Kaichir secures his win,

reaching the ground first with one ring in hand.

My tactic when I was going for the rings is try and be quick and then

break it, but I saw Scona and she was missing all the rings and trying

to get down first so I just had to skip them all and get just one.

For that challenge,

I have always found abseiling one of my weaknesses.

I don't mind going up a cliff, but just going down it is my worst fear.

I think Kaichir was going to do very well in this.

I did think he was going to beat me in abseiling because that's my

weakness, but I'm actually quite proud of myself that I went down, though.

It takes a brave warrior to descend Raven's Rock,

but bravery alone does not earn treasure.

Coming second means Sharow and Scona each lose a ring from their hoards.

Cersage and Kaichir's speedy descents see each of them add one

ring to their hoard.

With a single challenge remaining before one of these

warriors must leave the quest,

Sharow and Cersage share last place with 13 rings.

Sharow, Cersage, with 13 rings each,

you both risk elimination at the end of today's challenge,

but not all is lost for you still have one chance to change your fate.

Scona, Kaichir, you have an advantage.

Take care not to waste it.

Hold tight to your treasure rings and they will pay your way to the

Last Stand and a chance to compete for the title of True Warrior.

This challenge will test your strength, stealth and speed.

Each of you must tackle this treacherous slope,

descending to lay claim on a precious treasure ring,

but your quest ends not there, young warriors,

as you must return to the summit where a second ring awaits.

Fail to reach the summit first and you will lose a treasure ring from

your hoard. Do you understand the challenge that is before you?

This is a test of speed, strength and courage.

The winner will claim two rings

and the defeated warrior will forfeit one.

Scona takes advantage of Kaichir's hesitation and claims her ring.

The warriors' descent was swift, but that is only half the race.

And Scona is victorious.

When I was going down the very steep hill,

I saw Kaichir right in front of me and I kind of panicked,

but then I remembered that it was going uphill,

that's when it gets ready close and when it gets really tight

and that's when you can gain on the other person.

It's my first time in first place alone, I've always been drawing.

When I was running down the steep hill,

I felt good about myself cos I was actually in front of her,

but I was getting a little bit stuck trying to get the ring on my wrist.

I knew that Scona was a really fast runner and that if I didn't win then

I'd be going down to joint second.

Warriors, are you ready?

They know the winner keeps their place on this quest.

Is fatigue setting in for Cersage?

Determination has earned Cersage the ring she needs

to stay in this quest.

Facing off Sharow in that challenge,

I felt really nervous because it was a tie-breaker and only one of us

-could get through.

-I'm quite pleased with myself because I started off

with first, then I started to drop down, but Cersage was really good.

She was quite fast, especially going down,

and she was quite good with the climbing up of getting her feet and

-arms in the right position.

-Running down the steep hill I felt the

adrenaline running through my veins and it was just like being a rocket.

Warriors, we have reached the end of the second day.

Scona, with 16 rings, you lead the warriors to the third day.

Cersage, Kaichir, you have both done well.

With 15 rings each, you can challenge for the lead.

Sharow, with only 12 rings,

I'm afraid this day is the end of your quest.
